Tech Deck Tony Hawk Skatepark Mini Skateboard Accessories: Grind Rail & 1/4 Pipe
Average Customer Review: 5.0 out of 5 stars
Toy
list price: $9.99
US | Canada | United Kingdom | Germany | France

Editorial Review

This simple quarter-pipe and ramp with grind-rail--one of the many Skatepark accessory sets endorsed by pro-skating legend Tony Hawk--provides the perfect setup for practicing grinds and shoveits on your Tech Deck fingerboard. Built from slick and sturdy high-impact plastic, the two pieces of this set interlock to provide a nearly foot-long continuous skating surface--both 6-inch-wide ramps rise from the floor to meet at a height of 3 inches. The quarter-pipe's edged lip is built tough enough for serious abuse, and the ramp's single metal rail can kick up sparks under a hard-core 5-0 grind. --Paul Hughes ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars mini tech decks not durable
Tech decks are fun, but the minis break easy.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is the Best!
I like these ramps because the 1/4 pipe gives you air to grind on the gindramp. This is especail good to beginers of fingerboarding. Buy the trick sreet and some of these and the ramp+stairs and you have a good skatepark.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is awesome!

Tech Deck Tony Hawk Skatepark Mini Skateboard Accessories: Stairs & Ramp
Toy
list price: $9.99
US | Canada | United Kingdom | Germany | France

Editorial Review

Perfect for practicing flips, hops, and shoveits, this stair-and-ramp set from Tony Hawk's Skatepark series provides the ideal proving ground for Tech Deck skaters. With smooth, sturdy plastic surfaces and real metal rails, the two interlocking pieces--a simple ramp and a set of stairs with two side-rails--are built for heavy abuse. The slick ramp is nearly a foot across (as the board rolls) and 3 inches high; it should give you enough speed for a quick hop up to the rails, and then it's a railslide (or 5-0 grind, if you like) back down the other side. --Paul Hughes ... 2-0 out of 5 stars nick the ninja
this toy is kinda funbut nick falls off if theres a little bump in the road and its hard to do a tail spins and it can't board slide. i think they could make it a little beter or as good as the tony hawk one but it's good if your board and if you want to play with your friends but it doesn't go far it said on the box it could go 20ft but i don't think it goes far at all but it's still fun you can put your little tech deck dudes on it but you can't do tricks with them on. ... Editorial Review

This is the deck for kids (or adults) who want to get serious about skating. Features include 54-millimeter wheels, 31-inch pro-street concavedesign with laminate deck, straight angled nose and kicktail, lightweightaluminum trucks, and ABEC-1 precision bearings. The top of the deck is fullycovered with grip tape for ultra traction and the bottom is covered with agreen, red, and silver metallic design reminiscent of the psychedelic prismatic stickers we used to get in gumball machines in the '70s. 1-0 out of 5 stars Waste of money!!!!!
This skateboard was the biggest waste of money. After just playing with it for 1 day, the wheels broke and we had to take it to a bike shop for replacements. The man at the store commented that these were the worst set of wheels he had seen and was surprised that they had lasted as long as they did.Dont waste your money, its definately not worth it.

3-0 out of 5 stars Kids like it
Well, my nephew loves it, so I can't judge myself. It's not the best I've seen, but is pretty cute.PS:for the poster who said "there thumbs" and "idiot" to the other poster, it is *they're* (contraction) thumbs, as in "they are thumbs."

It does kind of look like a peanut!!

3-0 out of 5 stars 's ok
I got it off a friend with no instructions but it was really easy to start.I played the easy level and i thought i was going to get through it with no problems until i got to a level when i the 'thing' on the skateboard disappeared every time i tried to get a certain deck.I managed it in the end though i think this games fixed or something cos i cant find anyway to control speed and so can never get to the required deck in the given time. Its like running for the bus with a sore leg.You go slower than you think you should be able to and just as you get to the bus stop, the bus pulls out.may be good if you've got good gameboy control.but if your that much of an expert you wont want to play it. ...
