4-0 out of 5 stars Beautiful! Miyamoto brings back more fun!
Okay, hour 1 of minish cap: It's 6:00pm and I'm still stuck on this one puzzle, the size of a piece of dust and Ezlo isn't helping me... success! I found the Jar of Gusts! I suck the spiderwebs off (You're sick if you're thinking what I think you're thinking I'm thinking you're thinking.) with the jar and get out of the extra entrances, quite frankly I'm entertained.

Drowning in puddles... teardrops and getting jumped by pieces of pollen... what's not to want or need?! Mr. Miyamoto did not fail us, the gameplay engine was solid, the graphics, good for a GBA game, sound... wonderful! I swear, playing as a super-chibbi is fun, so if you want an affordable good game... don't buy this game... buy it if you want an awesome affordable game! Go Zelda!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Cool Game
This is fun, even when you play it again. There is a HUGE amount of kinstone fusions to do, it will take a lot of time to come up with everything. I had to make a separate game where I don't finish the four sword, since i miss a lot of fusions from the town. Also, try making your name dude or cheesy. People start saying really weird stuff.

4-0 out of 5 stars So Much Fun
I had a ball playing this game. It took a while to finish but it was worth it. Going to start all over again. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Not a good choice for younger kids
My 4 yr old is crazy about The Incredibles and counted the days until his Incredibles game arrived in the mail. It was very disappointing. It is a lot of punching and being shot at and that's about it. Since The Incredibles appeal to a very large and young audience (and I know older folks too). I really thought the game would be more appropriate for younger children. It's not. My son loves Zelda, Urbz, and Mario Kart but unfortunatelythis was a waste of money and a big disappointment for a great little guy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awsome!!!!
I saw the movie and it was Awsome and I know 99.9% or movie games are good!

so I felt pretty dumb buying this game.. looks like a little kids game.. sounds like a little kids game - but I love star wars! so I bought it and brought it to school - by the end of the week 5 out of 6 people I showed it to had bought it. the lego idea is really cool - I went and saw revenge of the sith and I kept thinking about how buildings would look as legos.. but anyways. I'm not even remotely good at video games - I don't think I've ever finished a game in my life.. though i have many. I haven't finished this one yet - but I have high hopes. This isn't hard to play - when you finish levels you can go back and play through them again and with different characters that youve unlocked - which is very amusing to a star wars fan.. :) ... Editorial Review

John Williams' lovely and moving score for the sixth Star Wars film brings thirty years of collaborating on George Lucas’ beyond-popular intergalactic franchise to a close. (Is this really the end of Star Wars? Can’t Lucas and Williams work together on a prequel to these prequels? Let us hope so, and that Jar Jar Binks is nowhere near it.) As this music accompanies the most exciting Star Wars film in many a moon, the soundtrack itself is more fun, more evil, more nasty and bumpy. Many of the heroic, anthemic themes woven throughout Episode Three: Revenge of the Sith will necessarily be familiar to any fan of the series, from the "Imperial March" to the main theme. It’s remarkable how stirring the latter can be, no matter how many times you’ve heard it, and even for those who do not have all their money invested in S.W. memorabilia. There is a lot of new music here, and the lush, extensive range of both Williams and the London Symphony Orchestra is on display, most notably in the menacing, percolating "General Grievous" and the rousing "New Hope" end theme. --Mike McGonigal

5-0 out of 5 stars Strong in the Force, John Williams is!!!
John Williams' score for Episode III couldn't be better. As with each episode, he has added new themes and tones to enhance the unfolding story elements, most of which are darker and sadder at times and then charged with action energy at others. The Revenge of the Sith action scene music feels new this time, not cut-and-pasted-re-run action music like in Return of the Jedi. WOW - it's amazing!! And to think that so much incredible fervor is scored as strongly in the strings and woodwinds as it is in the brass and percussion. John Williams' brass writing has never been better - the heroic fanfares and punctuated expressions during space battles leave the listener breathless; the noble and warm Force Theme and Luke's Theme heard in the french horns and trombones harkens the listener back to that first scene of the double sunset on Tatooine in A New Hope.

Although much of this recording is programmatic music, it is still enjoyable to listen to... over and over! The strange synthesizer sounds and eastern vocal stylings in track 8 (Padme's Ruminations) seem at first out of place for a Star Wars soundtrack, but they make excellent sense once seen with the movie, as they illustrate the critical moment when Anakin decides to join the evil Sith. This here is the critical, heart and soul-breaking pivotal point in the entire Star Wars series, and the different music alerts the listener!

John Williams' new Battle of the Heroes Theme is a winner! It is much like the Dual of the Fates Theme from Episode I, which is a nice bookend/thematic tie for the new trilogy. The choral passages are soaring and passionate, adding a feel of true destiny and drama to the climactic lightsaber dual and fall of Anakin.

More choral music (from "Qui-Gon's Funeral" in Phantom Menace) isalso very effectively adapted to the end fates of Anakin and Padme.

Lastly, Williams' joins Lucas in pointing the tragic ending of this episode to the "new hope" found in Episode IV - I could hardly believe my ears as Princess Leia's and Luke's Themes are brought out as the twins are born! And also SO APPRECIATIVE that the end credits are a fresh new recording of music from the very first Star Wars film! The closing track - though a bit cut-and-pasted, and perhaps stretched with some slower tempos due to the huge list of credits - is nonetheless an emotional and stirring conclusion to Williams' fantastic 30-year composition.

The only strange or disappointing moment happens right after the classic opening scroll music transitions into the opening scene. On the CD it is different (a direct segue to action music) than what is heard in the movie (several moments of war-like drums pounding before the full action music starts). But the CD version is still great, just different!

Thanks to John Williams for kicking it in and creating new material for this last episode. The only nearly exact re-run found in this score is my favorite track from The Empire Strikes Back "The Dual" (Vader vs Luke), this time heard chillingly accompanying Yoda vs the Emperor.BRAVO!BRAVO!BRAVO!

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent finish to the collection of 6 soundtracks
John Williams ends his saga of Star Wars soundtracks as beautifully as he started it. The Battle of Heroes and Anakin vs. Obi-Wan tracks are the perfect backdrop for the fast paced, intense duel between master and apprentice. The Immolation Scene is similar to the Schindler's List soundtrack, heavy on the strings to convey the sadness that overtakes Obi-Wan on seeing the fate of his former friend, symbolic of the rise of evil throughout the galaxy.

The DVD is also a wonderful synopsis of the greatest tracks from all 6 soundtracks, set to the environments and characters they represent so well.

1-0 out of 5 stars Revenge of Recycled music.....
Even John Williams could not make a good showning with the music for ROTS.It is sadly to say much of recycled themes that he already scored for Episodes I and II.The Anakin/Obi-Won duel theme was sorry to say too long and too drawn out.Much like the Minority Report score....It might have worked for Barnard Herrmann, but not here.Much like the movie was a let down, the music was also.It seems that the CGI effects made everyone off key, includiing Williams. To everyone else who loves the music and the movie, I think You gave all goneCrackers. ... Read more

    GBA Pokemon Emerald

    Editorial Review

Are you looking for a new Pokemon challenge? With a focus on continuing the story, Pokemon Emerald brings together elements and characters from Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Emerald is the third adventure to take place in the Hoenn region, and it features all new areas and exciting new plot twists.

In Pokemon Emerald, your character is an aspiring Pokemon Trainer and new inhabitant of Littleroot Town. You'll enter the neighborhood amid a truckload of boxes, eager to explore your new environment. Eventually, you'll stumble upon a challenge that forces you to select from three Pokemon -- Torchic, Mudkip or Treecko. Once you decide, you can begin your quest to become the world's greatest Pokemon Trainer.

If you've played the Ruby or Sapphire installments, you'll recognize many of the locations in Emerald. Although familiar, quite a lot has changed in Emerald. The most exciting addition is Battle Frontier. No matter how well you think you know Hoenn, you will always discover something entirely new. Plus, you may even encounter a new Gym Leader in your journeys.

You are up against stiff competition in Emerald. Team Magma and Team Aqua once again look to disrupt the peaceful civility of Hoenn. Unlike Ruby and Sapphire, both gangs have set up camp in this adventure. That means you'll be facing double-the-evil, double-the-clever, scheming plans. To really spice things up, Emerald has added sightings of the rare Pokemon Rayquaza. The plot thickens!

The Battle Frontier of Pokemon Emerald brings together seven battle facilities. Each area provides a unique battle experience. Special Trainers called Frontier Brains head each facility and they will test every aspect of your combat skills. Your victories will be memorialized in the form of Frontier Symbols, and you must defeat the Frontier Brain at each location several times in order to earn your awards.

With new locations like Battle Dome, Battle Arena, Battle Factory, and Battle Pike, Pokemon Emerald will throw you awesome new twists and challenges. The new adventure in Hoenn is full of adventure and has plenty of opportunities to hone your battle skills. Just keep your composure, explore the island, and you can become the world's greatest Pokemon Trainer. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars This game..is awesome! Much better than Ruby and Sapphire!
This game is much more funner and challenging. After you defeat the elite four, you can go to the Battle Frontier. The Battle Frontier is absolutley awesome! Over all, I will give this game a 9.3 outta 10! Thank you nintendo for making this game so much better! For those who don't have the game, you will love it! It's much more advanced than boring old Ruby or Sapphire. IT'S much more FUNNER! And it's only a measily little price of 35 bucks. That's a pretty good deal! So get the game today! It's AWESOME!!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Very Few Flaws
This game, overall, was very good. I believe that even those who have Ruby or Sapphire would like this game. One reason is the new Battle Frontier. this leaves you a major challenge once the core of the game has been completed. There are also many plot changes that make this game, overall, a good buy.

5-0 out of 5 stars cool

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Fun, but drains the battery.
This is a great follow up to the the Microgames. You may even get a bit dizzy on some of the games as they require you to turn your GBA in circles! This cartridge also has a rumble pack in it which really adds to the tilt feature giving you feedback when you tilt it, the downfall of the rumble pack though is that it will drain your battery quicker.I played it for about 2.5 hours on and off the 1st day I bought it and my GBA SP already needs a recharge. All and all a must have in your library.

5-0 out of 5 stars if you like mega micro mini games you'll love twisted
THIS GAME LIKE THE LAST IS INSANLY ADDICTIVE! THOUGH THE TWISTING PART TAKES AWHILE TO GET USED TO I BELIVE THIS IS THE BEST GBA GAME THAT'S CAME OUT. IT'S PRETTY HARD TO PROGRESS THOUGH THE LEVELS NOW. LIKE ON THE FIRST ONE I GET UP IN TO LEVEL 80 BUT NOW I CAN'T GET UP TO LEVEL 30. I'M GLAD THEY DID THAT, BECAUSE IT PUTS MORE REPLAY VALUE ON IT. THE EXTRA UNLOCKABLES ARE GREAT. THERE ARE MANY NEW GAMES TO UNLOCK AND OTHER STUPID THINGS LIKE A YOGA MAN WHO KISSES HIS OWN BUTT (UNLOCK THE YOGA MAN AND YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN) OVERALL THIS IS WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY(AS LONG AS IT'S UNDER $40) BUY IT NOW!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Better than Kirby Tilt and Tumble!
When I was 17, I got a game for Christmas called Kirby Tilt and Tumble. It was a Game Boy Color game, but I had a GBA at the time. It was pretty awkward to play the game...

Then a year later I became a Wario Ware fan, and own almost every Wario Ware game known to man, and almost own a DS and Wario Ware Touched. I waited a long time to get this game, and now I finally have it! I really enjoy how you can turn the GBA around and not use the buttons, although on Kat and Ana's stage, you don't have to turn the GBA around, but you do have to hit the A button. But for some games, you have to turn the GBA around and use the buttons. Nonetheless, I really enjoy Wario Ware Twisted. NOTE: Don't play this game in the car, because the pak will detect vibrations! ... Read more
