4-0 out of 5 stars Addictive game
It seems well designed to me, realistic graphics and sound, lots of choices, interesting sets.My only complaint is that there are only 3 levels- normal, hard and brutal.A thirdsomewhere between hardand brutal would have been nice.

5-0 out of 5 stars Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour
Very Well done Much better then the first installment.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not your daddy's Red Alert
Pretty much an entirely new story line and a different universe in this one, so if you're looking for GDI vs NOD action it isn't here. That being said, this is the best looking RTS I've seen, and the gameplay is good and the resource gathering mechanisms are rather simple (i.e. you don't need 9 different elements to build a tank).

4-0 out of 5 stars awesome game with one tiny flaw
c&c generals is an awesome game where u get to be a general of course and can control an army either the usa china or a strong terrorist force of the Global Liberation Army(GLA). u can build a strike team and have infantry tanks helicopters and jets.
2-0 out of 5 stars Not even close to living up to Red Alert series
The 3D gameplay they attempt here just doesn't work. It's not entertaining and addictive like the old RA 2.They should put effort into making a Red Alert 3.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great addition to a true classic
This game is very fun, and a necessary addition to anyone's game library. The storyline got a little whacky, but that is part of the charm. I like the new units that were added, and the ability to mix Allied and Soviet tech in some of the later missions.

5-0 out of 5 stars This Game rocks!
This game was the first C&C game 3-0 out of 5 stars Pretty Cool
This game has no strategy involved, its about who can make the most tanks, men, etc...I have won in 20 minutes by mass producing my tanks...

5-0 out of 5 stars I saw this item featured
...I have this game, it's a classic, and while I have played Starcraft, Warcraft I, Warcraft II, Red Alert 2, Tiberian Sun, the original Command & Conquer, Empire Earth, Age of Empires, Age of Empires II, all of these games' expansion packs, clones of these games, alterations of the genre like Myth I-III, Battlezone (but not Battlezone II, that wasn't as good as the original) I'd still have to say that I had the most fun playing this game of all of those other games. The focus now, sadly, seems to be on unit tactics. While fun, it never ever approached the level of fun or the need for nostalgia either(!) that was so well captured in this game.Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Annoying, and no re-play value
Like many players, I found the disk changing aspect quite annoying. Also, the graphics, for requiring as much hardware as they do, were rather poor. The LoL:GoD graphics were better, and that's sad, since it came out years earlier, and they were worse than the ones in the first game! Also, I don't think the game setup is all that fun; the guild idea would be cooler if you couldn't join every one. Like, if you had to give something up to play the game through, thereby creating re-play value. As it stands, LoL3 should have gone through more review sessions before being published. Westwood, have you ever heard of beta testers?

3-0 out of 5 stars not really impressed
First, there were too many disks to keep track of, and unless you knew what you were doing you had to keep changing CDs, because CDs were split by land rather than by plot. The controls were a bit awkward, and it wouldn't let me get all the treasures because of this awkwardness. The enemies became either too hard, or too easy (there was some weapon that you threw at one of the jungle creatures, that killed them in 1-2 hits). Then I got stuck (literally) in this one cave, and I never played the game again.

5-0 out of 5 stars We need more games like this one
I could say a lot of good things about this great game, but, to keep this short, I'd better just hit the main points. This is the best game I've ever played.Unfortunately, there is nothing else like it.I've played it all the way through 7 times, joining all 4 guilds (that's the way to go) and doing all 12 guild quests, which are in addition to your main goals of restoring your soul and saving your world. There are too many specific things about it to praise here, so let me just say that, if you're looking for a good, first-person, single-player, single-character, sword-and-sorcery RPG, snatch up a copy of this game before there are no more to be had. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars BE WARE!
I bought The Arsenal pack for 10 bucks.I loved playing the red alert games and i always loved the original. But when i went to install I was disapointed that it would not work on my XP operating system. I thought Xp was pretty compatable with everything but i guess not this game. This is the first time i ever said this. But make sure ur OS (operating system) is below windows 98!

5-0 out of 5 stars Unbelievable; 'nuff said
Could this be the most addictive game of all time?It certainly feels like it, and it has that office space feel to it that really sets the atmosphere for such an epic game.4-0 out of 5 stars It's a classic

This game is unbelievably fun.I can't tell you how many hours that i played it.I was instantly hooked. The gameplay is excellent and never boring. Also features an excellent soundtrack.Hats off to Westwood.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Game
All I can tell you is that this game was an example for such games asStarcraft and Tiberian Sun. It is a classic game that everyone should own.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not the best but still fun.
You get to control people in a 3D enviroment. There is only one camera veiw though, which sux. Other then that the game is cool especially the computer intelligence.

4-0 out of 5 stars dune is not pointless
every one i know say this game is crap but i think it is quite good because you dont offen get to command armys that are bigger than the base you origionally built!!! strategy games are my favorite types, like the command and conquer series which were ace and still are. You also have the opportunity to steal buildings and nick their technology.4-0 out of 5 stars If you liked Dune, You'll love Dune 2000
I fell in love with Dune for the ol' Sega.So when I saw Dune 2000 hidden in the back of some discount games I was browsing through, I impulse purchased.Dune 2000 ups the original, as to be expected. (It's not 16-bit anymore!) Better graphics, although not what one would expect, more scenerios, and some pretty neat video segways (even that proffesor from Sliders as the Atredies mentat!) are plusses. The menus can be daunting at first or when in a rush, however.I've spent many a late night plotting the downfall of each of the three houses. If you enjoyed Dune II, buy Dune 2000. ...
