5-0 out of 5 stars The best thing EVER!!!
This is the best thing in the world. It compares to great games like Halo and Grand Theft Auto.Anything is better than the PS3!

5-0 out of 5 stars Suprisingly good
Bought this one to see what quality was like. It was pretty good, the kids think it's cool to watch their own movie. Still not as good as a protable DVD, and they have really compressed film!!

2-0 out of 5 stars Video Quality bad
The Video quality of this is very choppy and not very good quality at all. I played mine on the Nintendo DS and was disappointed. For the retail price of $19.95 I would save my money and buy the real DVD of this excellent movie. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Good and engrossing game for Gameboy Color.
I knew that I wanted this game but couldn't decide between the GBC or GBA versions. After reading up on some reviews from gaming sites, I decided to go for the GBC because of the roleplaying aspect of the gameplay.

5-0 out of 5 stars Classic Castlevania, Amazing Arcade Action, Great Fun, Great Game
No, this is not an easy one, but set it down and after awhile try try again, it highly addictive, nice graphics, an older game at its best...
5-0 out of 5 stars Castlevania
This game is the one that started it all in matters of the castlevania trilogies i always played this game even when i had my first NES and that classic feel of this game has never left it will always be the best cause you never forget your first.

4-0 out of 5 stars Classic, but not without its flaws
Bittersweet memories come to mind upon thinking of this game. Short story shorter, this game features Simon Belmont, who is hunting Dracula. Not entirely intriguing, but whatever gets you whipping skeletons and vampires. It's easily one of the most fun games of its time, but in retrospect, Castlevania's game mechanics are unapologetically screwed up. The words "Medusa head" and "Fleaman" bring shivers to even the most hardened gamers' spines, as they remember being humbled under the digital molasses weighing down Simon while annoying enemies knock him into bottomless pits. The player has no mid-air control, which frustrates to no end as agile, chastising enemies run loops around him/her. This kind of stuff was hardly acceptable, considering the level of control you feel over Mario in his respective series. Another problem is that you'll find yourself mindlessly running into worthless items while holding something good like holy water or a cross, a problem remedied in future Castlevania installments. On a superficial note though, the game has some of the best music for its time, as the catchy bleeps and bloops composing tracks like "Wicked Child" still get stuck in my head.

4-0 out of 5 stars Your Favorite Characters on the Track
So, this is a fairly interesting game.I'm a big fan of many cartoon network shows, so it's cool to play as your favorite character and battle the others. You start out with a number of characters- Courage, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Johnny Bravo, Sheep, Cow and Chicken, and others. Each character has certan abilities- some weigh more than others which slows your speed down, others have a better grip on the track, making sharp turns easier, others have higher speeds overall. You have to choose the best of all possible worlds in this regard.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great, non-violent game!
This is a really great non-violent game that is easy for all to understand and play. My six year old son just loves it, and I have to say, I do as well. You can be many different characters from Cartoon Network shows. As you win challenges you gain access to other characters, power-ups and tracks. The only thing that I would say that I don't like about it is instead of saving the games it gives you passwords. But this is easy enough to fix, we keep a small post-it pad with our gameboy and just write them down.

4-0 out of 5 stars realy nice game!
I am a 8 year old and I think this game is really good because it is challenging but not too challenging. The graphics are good. I don't like the music. It is similar to Crash Bandicoot CTR. I got it free with my sister's SP that she's getting for Christmas. It is worth getting it for free! I would recommend it to people who like racing games. I think it would be boring for teenagers, but kids like me or younger would like it. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars the good game
I think this game gets you out of the sofa and into a reality world were you do whatever you want.

3-0 out of 5 stars solid, but I've played better gba games
This was quite fun, however the technology and gameplay were inferior to the independent product by the name of Karnaaj.Plus at $8.99 you can't beat that price. For anyone that is a fan of this title and racing in general I would recommend this as well.

5-0 out of 5 stars Grand Theft Auto..for the Gameboy Advance...'bout time....
We've all been looking for(the often rumored) Grand Theft Auto for the Gameboy Advance and, now, after a long wait- we finally have it. Despite the reviews I've read all over the internet and even a certain gaming magazine on the game(which weren't favorable, let me tell you); I found the game to be pretty awesome(especially considering what the GBA can do). It amazes me how they were able to make the place so HUGE in the game...but they did it. Played in the vein of the classic PSone games, Grand Theft Auto has found a good avenue on the Advance. You can explore Liberty City, find dozens of vehicles to drive, choose from hundreds of side missions, even go on rampages to blow away your enemies and earn points by doing it in a set amount of time. Like the product description states, Grand Theft Auto brings the thrills of the classic GTA gaming series to your Game Boy Advance....big time. You'd be a fool to miss this pocket version. It's just as much fun as all the other games. It is, definitely, a must for all GTA fans. Trust me.

3-0 out of 5 stars Blasted blast
I bought this game for my wife to play when she gets bored at work. I tihnk she likes it, but I ofund it quite frustrating and annoying. First off, it is nothing like the Scrabble boardgame. Granted, i've only played the classic mode, which is similar to Boggle. Track letters to make a word. This game shouldn't have the Scrabble license.

5-0 out of 5 stars Rose9567
I bought this game right after Christmas.I am an adult gamer who prefers puzzle games anyway but this game is awesome to play.It has a bookworm or boggle feel to it and my 14 year old daughter keeps stealing it from me as well.It is a very reasonably priced game at $11.99 at Target. For anyone who is interested in puzzle games and enjoys the game bookworm, which you can no longer find at a reasonable price if at all, I would recommend this game highly. If you play in the classic mode or puzzle mode you do not have to worry about being timed.I like a game you can put down and come back to if there is something I must do.It is true that you cannot save at any point but I guess that way every game is a new one even if I had to quit.I do wish that it would maybe save high score but for the price I am not complaining.I am very satisfied.

5-0 out of 5 stars An Innovative and Enthralling Game Expirience
This game adds new innovation to the GBA. Nintendo has pulled off a winner by creating a game revolving around a simple but new concept, using only the L and R buttons. It presents a new challenge to veteran gamers in that you can only do things by swinging from peg to peg on the screen. It also offers a unique game expirience for new comers to the game world. I am sad to see that one mother has ruined the good rating that this game should have only because her son wasn't up to something like this and how can it use "too many buttons". Is using two buttons too hard for your youngster. Maybe he should stick to one button games.

1-0 out of 5 stars Forget the Good ol' days of the original DK
My husband and I purchased this game for our sons 6th b-day.Game says for ages 6 and over...well, the game is too difficult for him to play. You need to use too many controls on GBA at once to move DK.He can play DK Coutry 3 with ease.My 11y.old son has a hard time with it also. If your expecting it to be like the good old DK, forget it!!They should change the age for maybe, 13 and over?Try renting first before investing. :) ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars its not bad
i got this as a b-day present and it wasnt bad. your raven in the game, inaracting with friends and going to places raven did in the hit tv show. it is a bit easy for me(im 12)and its too hard for my 6 year old sister so ill say 11 year olds will find it perfect. the graphics are disturbing because they are horrible and most of the time i play i focus on the graphics and they keep me from playing right. i also have that so raven 2 and its waaay better. if you are a 10-12 year old fan, than be my guest and get this game but if you dislike the show this will be diffucult and boring because you will be saying "who the heck is this person and why are they talking to me" and if your younger than 10, STAY AWAY. if you are looking for prefection you wont find it here. sorry raven, great show but your games arent so good!

5-0 out of 5 stars very cool
this is a great game thats for any age! its hard sometimes but if you play it allot youll get it. this is a game you should get because its just fun to play and its pretty long. if you have a game boy advance you should take advantage and buy this game because its only available for game boy!good luck and hope you get this game!

5-0 out of 5 stars harry in VG form
I recently got a GBA so I can play this game now; however, when I had my old GBA before it broke, I beat this game twice.I haven't played the other Harry Potter games for GBA yet, but plan to.This game is fun and a good way to pass the time on a car ride somewhere (although there was a long time where I was stuck on the Hagrid's Hut level).I won't be selling this game.
5-0 out of 5 stars Greatest Harry Potter Game
This game is a very good Harry Potter game. So far, I own all four Harry Potter GBA games. This one is still my favorite (although, number 3 comes close in second). This game is NOT frustrating. This game is NOT hard, and most of all, all of you who say it is are not good enough of gamers to play this game. This game isn't even designed to be difficult, and you seem to have trouble beating a very simple game. The colors are bright, although the prefects ARE in the dark and they are difficult to get past, and the game follows the movie and the book okay for a game.

4-0 out of 5 stars An excellent GBA game
This game is an excellent adventure game.It is full of puzzles that are challenging enough to remain interesting, yet not so hard as to be impossible. The graphics are very good, the controls are simple, and load times are very tolerable.I have only one complaint with this game.Through much of the game, there is a dearth of save points. It is upsetting when you spent an entire car ride working out a puzzle, and then, alas, there is no way to save.

5-0 out of 5 stars I never thought EA could make such an exciting game! But they did!!!!!!!!
This is a great instalment from movie to game. The fun is endless. With five characters and over 100 levels(yes it's true) no wonder I was tempted. It's a 3D style game and it has so much to entertain. With enemies ranging from the numerous goblins (who always attack in numbers) to the ferocious uruk-hai. It takes in the Fellowship of the Ring and The two towers. So you will be able to reinact some of the memorable moments of the first film as well such as The Battle of Balins Tomb and the breaking of the fellowship at Amon Hen. All throughout the game you will just have to hack n slash your way through reams of enemiesas you find your way through lavishly detailed levels. The gameplay itself is great and the extra skills you have help to juice it up big time. The boss fights and the major battles are a true aspect of this game. The fight with the cave troll is great fun and then Gandalf gets to fight the Balrog in the depths of Moria. That was a feature that the PS2 game failed to deliver. The battle of the Helms Deep featured some my most exciting levels in the game. Defending the walls from being overrun and protecting the breach from uruk-hai was just like watching the film and being in it. Thumbs-up to EA for a great game the size of nothing(the cartridge i mean). And another thing this game started me off getting really into Lord of the Rings. I knew nothing about it beforehand. I would most definetly recommend this game to any gamer. It's definetly worth it. The Return of the King game is even better than this I'll have you know. And we won't be too harsh on EA for making the goblins look and sound like evil monkeys. Bye

4-0 out of 5 stars Excellent game of the movie.
Turning an epic movie into a hack and slash adventure game sounds like a tough task. But EA did it wonderfullt with this game.
5-0 out of 5 stars This game is really fun!
I like this game because it is challenging, and better than Super Mario because you don't have a certain amount of lives to get a game over, you just go back to the beginning of the level that you're on. You can be whichever character you want, Legolas, Frodo, Aragorn, Gandalf, or Eowyn. It has the music from the movie and it sounds good. You can save four games at a time.

5-0 out of 5 stars great underrated game
i love this game on the gameboy sp. i tried it on the ps2 and it wasn't that great. but playing it on the gba was cool and made up for it. thanks

3-0 out of 5 stars Awesome but really short
There is a lot of text in the game, but you can skip through it very quickly if you want too.Amazingly fun and original with beautiful graphics. Cons are it is a very repetitive button masher, and it is wicked short. It took me two hours to beat the game on normal and I'm just an okay gamer. Each level was ridiculously short and flew byin a minute. The boss levels were cool by even the hardest ones were really easy to figure out how to beat. You pretty much only use one button when attacking.

5-0 out of 5 stars MegaMan meets Rocket Knight Adventures.
I doubt many people will remember that game, but Rocket Knight Adventures was a great Genesis game in the mid-90's. You played as an opossum knight with a rocket pack. Some levels had you running around, platforming and bustin' up the bad guys. Others were strictly side-scrolling flying/shooter levels. Upon playing Astro Boy here, that's what it reminded me of. It was fun back then, and it's still fun now. While you might be turned off by a game about Astro Boy, who isn't exactly what most would consider a cool idea for a game character, you can rest assured that this is a fun game that has tons of things that make you come back for more. For a handheld game, this sucker is pretty long. Especially considering it's not one of the GBA's many rpg ports.

2-0 out of 5 stars Disappointed..........
This game has a good variety of puzzles and grown-up games. However, it is misleading for the maker of the game to say "works on Nintendo DS." While this is true - it does work - it only works on the top screen, making it exceedingly difficult to see the game.If you have a Nintendo DS and not a Game Boy Advanced, wait for the DS version, so that you have a game that plays on both screens, and is stylus-active.I'm sorry I didn't wait.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good value for the money, but kind of hard...
I picked this up on recommendations from others that this title was worth the bang for the buck. Well, even on easy level I found myself blindly frustrated by its ability to pull off tactics in chess or connect four that left me wondering if I was even playing the game correctly.
3-0 out of 5 stars i feel cheated...
Although graphics are limited on a GBA the game does reasonably well. "Sink Ships" has some difficulty in creating graphics so that a sunk ship can be distinguished. Otherwise it's "OK".

4-0 out of 5 stars spyro season of Ice
I dont know if the game was good or not scince I got it for my step sister but she to enjoy it and she cant play video games that well.

1-0 out of 5 stars This game is awful! Absolutly, positively DON'T buy it.
I own the first three Spyro games and when this one came out I coudn't wait to get it. However, I made a serios mistake. Spyro can't move very well, and you die the second you come near water, which I think is terrible seeing as this game is supposed to take place AFTER he learned to swim. This game has bad graphics, annoying speedways and Sparx levels, and can't show elevation. As a general rule, everything looks completly flat so when you go to make a glide, you find out the place you're gliding to is too high. Furthermore, enemies with missles and fireworks take about two seconds aiming at you then they just blow you up. In conclusion NEVER, EVER buy this game!

2-0 out of 5 stars Annoying!
I have all the Spyro games for PS1 & PS2, and I LOVE them, so when I got my GBA I bought Season Of Ice right away....and was very annoyed. At first I thought it would be cool, because there are fairies and mermaids, but the controls are much more difficult on the GBA than the Playstations.I have trouble getting Spyro to go the direction I want him to, especially on diagonals.I think it's because you're using directional buttons instead of a joystick.I don't think it can be the fault of the button on my individual GBA, because I bought it brand new and this is one of the first games I've played on it.Anyway, I have trouble crossing bridges and just moving around in general; it makes it incredibly obnoxious, because every time you fall in water you die.I say, if you have a Game Cube and a Game Boy Player (so you can use a joystick) this could be a great game, but if you just have a GBA, don't bother, it's more frustrating than it's worth. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Inventive and fun GBA side scroller
With the list of new (and good) games for the GBA dwindling down more and more, it's nice to see an original, inventive, and most of all fun, platformer making it's way onto Nintendo's classic, beloved portable.Drill Dozer features simplistic graphics and gameplay at first glance, but it's so darn addictive and easy to pick up and play, along with it's charming art style, that you can't help but love it.You play as a girl looking to avenge your father by piloting a mechanical drill and taking on some baddies, upgrading your drill, and solving a few puzzles. The drill upgrades make your drill more powerful so you can go through thicker walls and barriers, and there's lifts and blocks you need to drill into to advance around the area.As an added bonus, the GBA cartridge has a rumble feature built inside which works exquisitely well and adds to the gameplay, which in itself is a nice touch (I haven't seen a rumble feature since Perfect Dark for the GameBoy Color). The only real downside of Drill Dozer is that it's too short, way too short, and may be too easy for long time platform players.Despite that though, Drill Dozer is a worthy addition to your GBA library, and even if you have a DS you should give this a look.

5-0 out of 5 stars Not bad of a graphics for a GBA game .... ( ' _ ' )
I've played a lot of video games in my time from Atari to Xbox and pretty picky about what kinda games I buy and graphics is one influence in my purchasing. I found Drill Dozer on sale for like $6 bucks at Target and I was thinking about it before but at that price I just said why not. I totally don't regret purchasing this game bcuz the graphics are pretty good and the rumble pak enhances your gaming so well. Jill is a very cutely animated girl and the game is full of drilling action. It has it's tricky moments where I had to try at least 3 times to pass it. But overall this game in my opinion is worth your money and play-time. I give it 9.5 stars. (^_^)

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun, Innovative, and Cute too :)
This has got to be one of the best games I have purchased in a long time.Prepare to get your reflexes going, because this game is going to use them. You control a girl thief by the name of Jill. She uses a 'Drill Dozer' to attack the Skullker gang in hopes of retrieving the Red Diamond.A gem her late mother passed down to her.So fasten your seatbelts and lubricate those drills and gears, because once you start this game you won't want to put it down.Get ready for one of the cutest, most innovative games to hit the GBA in a long time. ...
