A great game!
This is a great game! The graphics on this game were really good for being a game boy game. The music is excellent. From the first time you hear the title theme, you Know you're in for a wild ride. The controlls on this game are on the mark and nothing short of perfect. The only thing that may be bad (some like this) is that it is very challenging. Some people like hwne the game cannot be beaten easily. This game is one of those games. But, you have the classic Battletoad stages. Racing, beating, dodging and flying. This will all keep you entertained for hours.

a difficult game
For the first time player, battletoads seems like a "ninja turtles beat em up" game but anyone who plays this will soon find that it is rather different. There are two reasons why I give this game a 3 out of 5 star rating: #1- Even though Battletoads is challenging to begin with, some parts of the game are just flat annoying! #2- The last level is nearly impossible to beat. Pretty good
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of the Foot Clan stays true to the once popular cartoon series and comic books. Each of the turtles are playable and all of their major enemies have been included. Increasing your life meter can be done by grabbing the turtles' favorite food, pizza. Gameplay is better than average. Each turtle has their appropriate weapon. Every weapon has the same power so the longer weapons of Leonardo and Donatello are the most useful. One button is used for attack and the other for jumping. Jumping seems a bit tight, meaning you can't get too far on a jump. Jumps are best used to go straight up to avoid enemies or making a hop on to the next step up. One other attack is done by crouching and pressing the attack button. This will throw a shuriken. Levels are broken down into stages. When you lose a turtle on a level and have others left you will be brought back to the beginning of the stage you were last on. No continues are offered so you will have to make it through without losing all 4 turtles. Before each level or when a turtle goes down you have the option of selecting another. It is probably best to begin the game with either Raphael or Michaelangelo so you can have the guys with longer weapons for the more difficult levels. Simple Yet Addictive
Fall of the Foot Clan is a side-scroller in its most basic and simple form: this can be a good thing or a bad thing. Unless you have never played a video game before in your life, there will be little if any difficulty completing this one. There are five levels, four turtles, three bonus games, and a handful of enemies. Let me break it down like this: Two hours to kill?
This is a great game, nice big graphics for Gameboy. There are only four or five levels and barely any foot soldiers. You start out each level by picking a turtle to play as, if they die, then you pick another. Its not all that challenging, and it can probably be beaten in a day or a week. The graphics are a bit bland, because it came out so early in Gameboy's history. Its more like black on white, no gray. ... Read more

a frustrating game
I got this game(which I wanted)for my birthday. I was disappointed. I hate the music, I hate the background, I hate the game. It is frustrating because you always have to change characters and if you mess up one time by jumping off something, you have to start all over again!! I thought it was going to be like the movie, but it is about the farthest from the movie you can get. So if you haven't seen the movie, like changing charcters 59 times, and love starting over 'til you're ready to smash the game, get this game.

Cool Game! :)
This game was the first one that I got for my new Game Boy Color.The first few levels can be a bit frustrating, because you don't have all of the charecters, but once you get past level 5(which shouldn't take long)you'll feel better.I would reccomend this game most to kids at least 10 years old.Why?My sister, who is 8, has a bit of trouble playing. a little too young
I bought this game thinking it would be an action packed adventure.It is fun, but the age groups should be for 4-10.You have to collect flowers as you move through the castle, then collect butterflies as you move through the forest, then do a slide puzzle, then go through a series of mazes, then collect more items for a while.You also get to move a deer on cliffs, and catch plates, and do one of the things where the items drop and when they are in piles of 3 they go away, and you do a matching game, and you spray vultures to make them disappear.There are 2 modes: Story and Playground. There are 2 levels: Easy and Challenge. Easy is so unbelievably easy and challenge is a bit harder but still quite easy.Overall it is a pretty good game. I would recommend it to children ages 4-10.

Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs is by far one of the best GBC games out there. With 7 enchanting levels, 8 exciting mini-games, and 2 modes of game-play, this will keep you busy. At the main menu, you will choose whether you want to: start a new game, enter a password, altar the game-play options, or view the credits. We'll start with the Mini-Games. In "Sliding Block Puzzles," un-scramble pictures of the Magic Mirror, Snow White, & Prince Charming. In "The Labyrinth," you need to get through up to 3 labyrinths to win. Then in "Washing Up," you'll need to catch up to 40 plates and only miss 3! Good Luck!! It's an okay game
the game starts out with this character called igor and he has this mission to find certain items (specifically, parts of a monster that he created) and put them together so the monster is back together again.there are obstacles and puzzles.Its pretty fun and in a way it's kind of like mario but you get passwords, you can't say the game. Great learning tool
I bought a gameboy before my daughter turned 2 hoping to keep her busy on a long plane ride. She enjoyed just pushing the buttons at that point and it kept her entertained for short periods of time. Now she is almost 2 1/2 and has mastered each and every Blues Clues Game and begs to play it every night before bedtime. It teaches the alphabet, motor skills, and memory. She can remember "hidden" letters better than my husband and I! She is very proud that she knows how to play the games, and loves to teach us adults how to play!

Excellent game for preschoolers!
In preparation for an overseas flight, I bought a Game Boy and three games for my 4 1/2 year old (with the intent of sharing with the 2 1/2 year old). Compared to the other games, the Blue Clues game had a number of excellent games, that TRULY involved pre-reading learning skills, and the graphics were colorful and engaging. A terrific introduction to Gameboy for younger kids
I purchased this game for my son (age 4.5) for Christmas and am very pleased with it.I had been hesitant about introducing him to the Gameboy at this age, particularly since the games I have seen rely so heavily on violence or "levels" the player must reach to go on in the game.Blue's Clues is an exception.My son has no problem navigating the screens and I appreciate that the games start at a beginning level and only increase in difficulty as my son is successful with them.The games are too simple for my 7 year old but a great introduction for the younger set.(I agree with another reviewer that the sound is not terrific--it has a "buzzy quality"--but my son plays the game in the car with the sound off and still enjoys it.) ... Great Game
Gargoyle's Quest is a good game. You start in the being level but after you beat the first monster you walk around to find new places to go. While your there you talk to people and get advace and get items and learn abiltes from othere people. You fly alittle bit but after a while you get longer time flying and also can save. Awesome graphics, cool gameplay!
This game gets repetative in somespots, because you always have the same goal in the levels:collect 8 keys.This game is very fun though.It has excellent graphics, excellent characters, and each level gets harder as you switch between level.The levels are all unique, too.This is an excellent family game for everyone in the family!

Bugs Bunny in Crazy Castle 4
I think this game is okay. I am still playing it and think it is a fun game except when I get stuck (which is probably just because of my level of gameboy playing skill). I love how clear the graphics show the characters, and the colors are wonderful. I like how they have the codes to get to the certain spot in the game you want to be, so then more than one person could play it without affecting your game spot. BEST.GAME.YET!
This is my alltime favorite pokemon game; you can play as a girl for once. The music isnt overwhelming like in the newer ones (fire red/leaf green) ,there are 16 badges (double the adventure ;D)I've always enjoyed this one out of them all.

Olala this game is the best GBC pokemon game
I love this game because I can play as a girl. I caught Lugia defeated Ash and it is a great game. Some people think it sux 'cause it is a GBC. i detest when you go on the boat to go to Johto and it it take a long time. I have beaten the elite four 2 time. Easy Pezey game. Here is some advice. Never lose confidence. Always keep it up. When I was fighting I almost lost. I had a grass pokemon he had fire (you know what that means)! I didn't have any potions. I just had confidence and didn't lose! And never ever ever ever ever EVER use a rare candy on pokemon. It rises it's level but spoiles the pokemon. Trust me i know.

The only game where you can get 20 Ho-Ohs
If you are wondering what my title means I`ll tell you: I learned a sweet Pokemon copying secret where you store a Pokemon that you want to copy then instantly change to an empty box and as its saving turn off. When you turn the game back on you`ll have the pokemon in your party and your PC (but make sure you save afterwards). That`s how I got 10 Typhlosions!

This is the best pokemon game out there!
I loved this game and I actually beat the whole thing! Well I used a game shark but still... i just don't get why it goes back to red and blue versions in thsi game.

fun game
This game is indeed a classic, and i must say i loved the SNES version. However, the lighting isn't as good, but i guess you can find that with any game boy color. Overall this is a very good game!!!!!!!!

Graphics....
This is a truely great game for GBA and Snes....however it is a near exact replica to the Snes version sound and all. My main problems w/ the game are the graphics...it looks like a child drew this. Donkey Kong is so hard with his jump moves too....

GBC DK Country

not the greatest game in the world
There are 3 games to play, but for one of them you need 2 gameboys and 2 cartridges.For another one, you just walk around through buildings and do absolutely nothing.In the other one, you just make a deck but it has to have 60 cards in it and only one deck has 60 cards in it.This game is really confusing, especially if you don't have the instructions.Don't buy it!

THE AWESOME-EST GAME EVER!
The game is awesome! Don't let the other reviews fool you-you don't even notice the "faults" when you play b/c this game is so fun! I would reccomend this to anyone-even if you hate pokemon. It's that good. Now go get it!

This Game Stinks
The first time I got this game I didn't like it very much. Then I let one of my friends borrow it and he never brought it back. Then I got it again in hopes of beating some people. So I walked into the Rock Club to defeat the master there and he told me I had to go find his pupils first. So I found two of them and I still can't find the others. I even went on a cheat website and I followed where it says she is and she's not there! This game is really boring. I mean really. Playing the TCG in real life is way more fun. ... Read more

Best Game on GameBoy Color!!
I got this game for Christmas a few years ago. I didn't want the game really, but I received it anyway, and I'm glad that I did. This game so much fun, that I have kept my GameBoy Color just so I can play this game. Yes, I know that you can play GameBoy Color games on GameBoy Advance or SP, but I don't feel like buying a GameBoy Advance or SP. Anyway, for a GameBoy Color game, this game has great graphics! When you start playing this game, you only have certain abilities. As you progess through the game, you unlock more places to go to and more powers for you to use. One thing that's great about this game is that you can't die. So, don't worry about getting killed! For each place in this game, there are four treasure chests to unlock. The object of this game is to find five music boxes. Trust me, it's not that hard. So, overall, this game is awesome! This game is most likely one of the best GameBoy Color games ever made. Buy This Game! IT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Not as good as the first one but it surprizingly beats 4
I remember my friend who had wario land (mario land 3) an it was aswome! Then later i wanted to get the game but they didnt have it funcoland (gamestop)and wario land didnt come out yet (not even a gba, i was like 9 when this happened and im 12 now) an i had a blast when buying a used copy of this game! it has awsome graphics and the only thing wario land 4 beats this game on is the music but they both have cool music an i may have liked this the most over 1 but i hate the insanly difficult golf thing! it drives me mad! i beat all wario land games (my friend has 1 an 2 an i have 3 an 4 lol) an ya they are all great so even if u only have 1 warioland game an cant possibly get the others, just have fun with it! ONE OF THE BEST GAMES EVER!!
