5-0 out of 5 stars Finally Cooperative Mode in an Xbox 360 Title!
What can be better than a game made for adults or kids?Sly, sneaky humor that only adults will understand with the greatest toy ever created Legos! All in the theme of the best of the Star Wars movies!!
5-0 out of 5 stars Great for kids - all of us that never grew up
The original Lego Star Wars was a great little lighthearted romp of a game: an amusing way to play out the three most recent Star Wars films in virtual form. The Lego and Star Wars combo proved to also be a terrific formula for the game space, generating an experience in Lego Star Wars that was oftentimes even more entertaining than the source material it was based on. Like any good sequel, Lego Star Wars II improves on the original in almost every way. But most importantly, it's about the good episodes now. For that reason alone, Lego Star Wars II is one of the most enjoyable games of this fall. 5-0 out of 5 stars Great Gaming Fun for all ages
I loved the original Lego Star Wars game. It was incredibly fun, very replayable and had a wicked sense of humor. Lego Star Wars II is just as fun, and covers Episodes IV-VI! Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars This Game Rocks!!!!!
This is the first time that I have owned a Madden football game. I can't compare it to the other games, but this one rocks! I love the highlight stick and hit stick.
5-0 out of 5 stars Keeps getting better.
As we near the end of the life span of the last generation of consoles, key franchises that have appeared year after year begin to wrap up their yearly development cycle. Crazy as it may sound, Madden NFL 07 could be one of the last times we see Madden on the Xbox, PlayStation 2, or the GameCube. With that in mind, it's not altogether surprising that Madden 07 doesn't really push the envelope terribly far. The game includes a few new control features and some mode tweaks (nearly all of which are also available in the Xbox 360 version of this year's game), but for the most part, it feels like the result of a series pushed as far as it can possibly go on a given platform, and you definitely get the sense that Madden on current-generation consoles is beginning to wind down. However, for at least this last year, the veteran player outraces the up-and-comer in the Xbox 360 version, and there are certainly enough compelling reasons to check this year's game out on the older consoles.
4-0 out of 5 stars It's Madden football, nothing more
There's a lot of different opinions of Madden NFL 07 swirling around so I figured I get in on it as well. For my money, to just have a new football game is worth it. Seeing as how Madden is now the only football game available from year to year, if you don't like Madden's brand of video games then I feel so sorry for you. However, I think this is a great installment. By no means is this the best released but there's no doubt that it's a lot of fun.

4-0 out of 5 stars Technically better, slower
The game is slower compared to its predecessor, it surprised me when I tried to put it in fast mode but actually it starts this way. I feel it is easier to make a goal (although I have only tried Semi Pro) than the previous version.
4-0 out of 5 stars I like it so far
I just bought this game yesterday. The physics of the ball are unreal, even compared to FIFA 06 Road to the World Cup.It's almost too real, the way the ball bounces off the head, chest, etc. There are lot more shots blocked by defenders than in previous games. The manager mode is really indepth too - if you don't understand the way transfers work, youth academies, etc - you'll be a little lost in the game. But the game play is good, and most of the rosters are up to date - even if Ashley Cole is still with Arsenal, despite the fact that he was swapped for William Gallas on August 31, 35 days before the version came out. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Probably The Best MK Game To Date!
I have been a Mortal Kombat fan since the original game and I am always impressed with each new MK game (although I have yet to play MK: Mythologies).
4-0 out of 5 stars :0)
i like it,and i'm glad i got it because they gave it a low rating and i think it should get higher. I enjoy the konquest a little better this time, the fact that they brought out all the players scored extra points with me and the mini games was good for me enjoyable a keeper

3-0 out of 5 stars Deception meets Shaolin Monks
It's Ocotber and that means another Mortal Kombat game is served up by Midway for the current gen systems. When I first heard about this game in June, I was very excited because I really enjoyed the last 2 MK fighters. The promise of every character from the series, create a fighter and improved online play sounded great. Well, the game, which is fun to play, doesn't reach the classic 5 star rating that many have given it. I like it, but I gave it 3 stars, which to me, equals an average rating. This is an average game at best, let me explain why.

5-0 out of 5 stars If you own an XBOX360, you need to own this game!!!
Okay let me go on record as saying I LOVE this game so far (about 50% thru) from the stellar graphics to the non linear deep story. Is it the best in the series, THAT is a matter of opinion.I will say however that it IS MY favorite Splinter Cell (SC) to date. And I have played and loved them all, even found joy in the PSP version. But one thing particular makes this one my fave and that is the Story.I will not spoil anything but it is truly engrossing. Now let me follow my normal review format.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Game
I know you see lego in the title and you think that this game is not for adults.I have seen previous reviews for this game and everyone gave this atleast 4 1/2 stars so I told me wife that we should get this for our son.Little did she know that I wanted to play this also.We just bought the game and I have been playing it for the last three hours while my son is in bed sleeping. It is a great game and I love how many unlockable characters there are. When my son is awake and ready to play he can understand the button secquence very easily. This is a great game and suggest it for people of all ages.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Game!
This is a really fun game.I got it about a year ago, and only now have I stopped playing it long enough to write a review...Ok, not really but it's really great.
5-0 out of 5 stars mother of 7-year old boy
My son received this game at the beginning of this summer. It is by far his favorite. It was a great game for him to learn the controls. He has already gotten through most levels, but still plays this game 2-1 over others he has. I would highly recommend for this age group. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Here's proof that the old xbox still had it!
First, the guy who said it's a Grand Theft Auto rip off doesn't know what he's talkig about. Grand Theft Auto actually ripped off the movie in so many ways, just take a look at GTA: Vice City and compared it to the movie. Anyways back to the game, Scarface is fantastic. I love how they made you take a different ending from the movie, playing the game feels like watching Scarface 2. I love how Tony talks to people and reacts, it's exactly like the movie. The only minor flaw is when your out in the streets the game downshifts to a lower resolution in order to avoid slow downs, but it still looks great for the old xbox. Indoor areas look a lot sharper, kinda like max payne 2 while the outdoor looks like driver 3. Still the game is worth every penny, I feel sorry for the 360 owners who sold their xbox. I used to own a 360 and sold it for the lack of games, yet I feel this game is much funner than 3/4 of the 360 games. This game has a lot of swearing and violence!! I love it!!! great soundtrack too!! straight out of the movie, hell it gives me chills when I go berserk into first person mode and tony starts yelling like he did in the gun fight scene, it's awesome. Buy it!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars This is not GTA, don't try to compare to GTA
While the game engine is similar to GTA, Scarface is not trying to be GTA. It is made by a totally different company and tries to do its own thing. For example, if you love to run around and kill innocent bystanders, you won't like scarface. This game is built around killing enemies & earning money power and respect.
1-0 out of 5 stars I expected much better
Fot all the hype I have seen promoting this game I expected much better.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Addition to the Team
I just bought this game yesterday and played on the new Team Tour feature they introduced for at least 3 hours (I'm a dork, I know, but I couldn't put the controller down). The character creation screen is great, you can create a character to look almost exactly like you, as well as buy clothing and accessories that you may own and wear. They have a few new courses, and a larger number than my previous version of Tiger Wood PGA Tour 03' (of course). This game, although immensely better on the XBOX 360, is a great game for all ages and sports games lovers all the same. It's a game you can pick up at any time and play for a half hour or for hours on end.Highly recommended for ages 10 and up, and great for a pick-up game with your friends. The controls are great and the graphics are phenomenal (The water looks very well refined and presents an amazing mirror image on any hole). If you liked any of the previous games and want to upgrade to the newest one, then $40.00 is a small price to pay for endless fun. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars wow!!!!!!!!!
At first playing a Star Wars game made me feel very nerdy, but let me tell you if this is what nerdy is then it rocks!!!!! This game is incredible!!! It is very, very fun basically you choose what side you want and destroy the other what with gaining the several checkpoints that are throughout it. Buy this game and put your blasters on full.

5-0 out of 5 stars A Must Have For Fans!!
There is no denying that Star Wars Battlefront is one of the best video game series that is currently available. The first game was really amazing, let us participate in some of the places seen in all six movies. But, even though the game was really fun, it felt like there was something still missing. The missing piece was put in and this is the result. This is not a disappoinment, but the best!
5-0 out of 5 stars StarWars Battlefront II: warning, very addictive
This is hands down the best star wars game i have played or seen. Just the fact that you can use almost every hero and villian in the star wars movies makes this a blast to play. The addition of the space combat is what really tips the scales on this title. When you're flying through waves of tie fighters and you land on an Imperial star destroyer and begin fighting through control rooms, you begin to realize this game is really special. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Ummm... no
This game is, simply put, not good. I got bored to tears playing it, then ended up giving it away because it was robbing useful space on my desk. It is slow-paced, predictable, and not suspenseful at all. In fact, these characteristics are probably why it's so mainstream, even though it's laughable in comparison to real first-person shooters, which by the way don't even belong on consoles. Owning at this game means you are an average player. Any true FPS gamer knows what childish, pathetic garbage this is, while the rest just go with the hype. Many have successfully deceived themselves into thinking it's worth anything at all. It isn't.

1-0 out of 5 stars EHHH
I used to love this game, but there are so many better games out there, plus this game is overated, with a not so good storyline, and nerdy weapons, it's just not good.

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best games I ever played
I bought this game over four years ago and just have to say I must of replayed this game at least a dozen times (Start-Finish). This game was one of the major reasons I bought an Xbox then an Xbox 360. If you like to play shooters this game is for you.

5-0 out of 5 stars BLACK Is A BLAST
This game looks and sounds so good it's scary; It controls like a dream and has a gameplay level for everyone; But make no mistake...This can be one tough game. But the sheer destruction involved as you struggle along is mind-blowing. Enemies behind a car? Just shoot a couple of shotgun rounds into it and blow them all to hell. This is the best first person shooter I have played in a very long time, and the different locations and weapons keep things fresh. High replayability, too. If you want a game to show off your surround sound system, look no further. Online play would be nice, though...

3-0 out of 5 stars Good
I'll make this quick.
3-0 out of 5 stars Black brings nothing new to the genre
Black is a pretty cool game. You're a special ops guy who uses a bunch of different machine guns, sniper rifle, RPG, grenades and an assortment of handguns. The problem is....every other game has that stuff, too.Add in the fact that there is no online play and you have a game that's been done a million times before.Black does have one thing that most FPS don't...NO JUMP BUTTON.Fancy that! You can't jump over stuff so often times you get stuck on the edge of a box or railing and the enemy just blows you away. Also, you can't get to the places where your enemies are sometimes. That's bunk!

Wow. This is easily one of the best games Ive ever played. There is so much to do and see its staggering. Every little thing you think you should be able to do you can. Ever see a tv in a game and wish you could play a video game on it? You can in San Andreas. This is the most complex game ever made. The actual gunplay could have been better but is way better then previous GTA games. The graphics kinda suck but who plays GTA for the graphics? I dont. All in all, this is a must have if you like action/racing games.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent, but not perfect
This game is a stellar game. There are a few cons, such as the camera angle on sideline inbounds passes and tip-offs. The free throw shooting is also slightly more confusing than it needs to be. Other than that, it rocks. The graphics are EXCELLENT! The playmakers freestyle thing is excellent - LeBron rocks! The dunk contest is the same as '06, which is fine because it was good then too! It is a little too hard to modify your dunks because the buttons must be pushed at exactly the right moment.

5-0 out of 5 stars Left me wishing for more.
There are three things that matter to me when I sit down to play a game. (1) Playability, (2) The Story, and (3) Graphics. This game excelled in all three.
5-0 out of 5 stars 40+ Hours and never boring...
This game is delightful the choices of dialouge are great you can turn most conversations in to hillarious situations. There are so many options to what class of sith you would like to become if you go down the dark side, or what class of wimpy jedi you would like to become if you choose the light. Either way the game is great, and if you become a sith lord and get the power to perform a "force Crush" on your opponent you are very lucky... Give this game a whirl!

3-0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the first one.
Unlike this first KOTOR game, this one just felt "slapped together".Story lines go nowhere, characters fizzle, and when I played it thefirst time, the ending made almost no sense and was not very satisfying.I thought I would play it again, but it just wasn't good enough and ultimately I never did.(I played the first KOTOR several times and enjoyed it each time.)

5-0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the PC game but still AWESOME!
Half-Life 2 for the Xbox is here, and somehow, Valve managed to squeeze in every little ounce of gameplay that appeared in last year's hit PC game...barely. And let's get this out of the way now: Half-Life 2 for the Xbox is, in terms of content, exactly the same as the PC version's single-player game, so if you played it on the PC, there's nothing new for you here. And note that we did say single-player game, because the Xbox version lacks Counter-Strike: Source, the latest version of the hugely popular online action game that came with Half-Life 2 on the PC. So, when you get down to it, Half-Life 2 for the Xbox is basically just the acclaimed single-player campaign for Half-Life 2. And that's why Half-Life 2 for the Xbox comes off as a bit underwhelming. Yes, it's a fairly solid translation of one of the better first-person shooters of recent years, but it also lacks the extensive multiplayer and mod-making features of its PC cousin.
4-0 out of 5 stars Very good, with a few scratches.
Half-life 2 on XBOX is is better than other shooters like Halo and the like, because instead of simply going in for the kill, you have to be resourceful and quick witted to navigate the levels and overcome obstacles. Not to mention, and I loosely quote one of Halo's developers, Halo is all about the same thirty seconds of fun repeated over and over. He couldn't be more correct. In Half-Life 2, progression usually guarantees new sights, and stimulates interest in playing further. The guns are not anything incredibly original, but they are well balanced and have some cool features. At least none of them need ten seconds to charge to make one shot effective, like 'Covenant' weapons. As for story, the beginning is absolutely riveting as you work to escape the Orwellian cruelty of the Combine's city. The city itself is beautifully rendered and very believable, as are the NPC's. The alien creatures you encounter are a heck of a lot less annoying than Halo's Flood. I think the head-crabs could use work though. They look like animate rotisserie chickens! Awesome game, by far better than most of the competition. My only major complaint is that the vehicle levels are too long and repetitive, and the vehicle controls suck and you can't see a freakin' thing. This won't kill the game for you, but by God in the ski-boat level, it will definitely try. Anyway, if you like shooters at all, buy this one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Deserves to be the bestXbox game of the year
If you are about to switch to an Xbox 360, buy this game first as your last Xbox game, you won't be disappointed. This game has the best graphics I have ever seen on a console. Although it has great graphics, the physics are the real selling point. You can pick up virtually anything in the world and throw it around or stack it with the Gravity Gun (Zero-Point Energy Manipulator). Barrels float in the water like they should and explosions are suprisingly realistic. The enemies and challenging and varied and dead bodies flop around like they should (especially when you shoot them with the shotgun). The voice acting is very well done and characters will turn to look at you if you move around. The only drawback is choppy framerates at times. Highly recommended! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars An undeniably exciting RPG...
Fable has reached the point where all RPGs dream of going. It's absolutely the pinnacle of the Adventure criteria. The creators put you in the game, they make it fun, and they make it interesting. Fable is the game that absolutely defines the whole light side/dark side thing. Because no other game concentrates on the subtle, small, important details and leisures quite like Fable does. People will learn to adore you, and people will learn to fear you, you have a life, you're not just some dummy on a string being instructed on exactly what to do.
5-0 out of 5 stars My Favorite Game of All Time!!!
Fable is easily one of the greatest games to ever be released. The story of a boy who grows up to become a hero and still wants revenge for the tragedy of his past, it is compelling and very entertaining. The gameplayis excellent, it's not your typical RPG since this plays like an action/adventure game. I love how you can choose to be good or bad and the choices you make reflect on what your character looks like.
3-0 out of 5 stars It isn't Elder Scrolls.
This may or may not be helpful. I got this game hoping for something like Morrowind with racier content. You can get married? Your appearance changes based on actions?? You can get DRUNK??? All this sounded kind of cool.

5-0 out of 5 stars Keep it going...
First of all, let me sum this article up, this game is worth $19.99 IF you're not buying xbox 360 anytime soon. For those who have played last year's 2K6, yes, 2K7 has the same great graphics! But gameplay has improved mostly defensively. example, Mike Dunleavy, like in real life, is NOT driving to the basket dunking on three defenders. Like in real life, as long as you have a decent shot blocker down low, no one can dunk at will with exceptions like King James, Air Canada, T-Mac and Kobe of course. Defense has improved alot. You can not drive to the hole with your poing guard every play. There is also improvement with crowd noise and momentum swing just like the real NBA. At first I didn't want to get this game because I thought it would just be a roster update, but gameplay has improved for the best. This basketball game is the BEST since NBA Live 2001 on PS1! I'm glad 2K sports can at least beat EA with this since they took the best football game ever away!

2-0 out of 5 stars Same as 2k6
While I still contend that the 2k series is better than the Live series at being a more accurate, fun and realistic approach to basketball, I was reallydisappointed with this years go around. Not because it's a bad game by any means, but because it's nearly exactly like 2k6 in terms of the play. Whereas the xbox 360 version features new player movements, animations, etc. this one is just last years version with new rosters. If you own a 360, definitely spend the $60 to get that version, but if you're like me and stuck with the old xbox and already own 2k6 then this isn't worth your time. However, if you don't own any basketball games and are wondering between this and Live, 2k7 is where your money should go. I guess last year's version pushed everything it could out of the xbox, so there's not much more they could've done. Maybe that's why this game was $30. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Beautifully Chaotic
I've never played any of the Splinter Cell series, but as I await for the release of Splinter Cell: Double Agent, I wanted to prep myself for it. Fortunately, with Xbox 360 backward compatibility, I bought Chaos Theory. This is, by far, one of the most mind-blowing and suspenseful game I've ever played! It delivers in intensity, immersive, and innovative levels. Since I'm familiar with the Hitman franchise, I thought I could get into another stealth-driven game where skills and patience are highly required.
5-0 out of 5 stars Chaos Theory ROCKS
This game is really amazing, words cannot discribe. I payed $50 dollers for this game butI feel it should have been priced at $100. After my dog chewed up my first game I had to go back to the store and I saw it was only $20. I felt like running out of the store because I felt like I was stealing money from them. This game is amazing and the co op is spectacular, I will guarntee you will like this game! Please give it a try.

5-0 out of 5 stars Splinter Cell Chaos
New moves, amazing graphics, and virtually limitless enviornment interaction within the game make Splinter Cell Chaos Theory one of the best games on the market. Not only does this proceed the first two games of the series but there are also online and co-op capabilities to the game as well, making it far superior to any other game on the market, save Halo 1 and 2. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars When is This Fricken Game going to Come Out?
I went out and bought the Xbox 360 premium console in February for one reason and one reason only; this game was coming out in a few days and I wanted to play it on a new generation console. I wanted to get the PS3, but didn't want to wait that long. Splinter Cell is the only game I like; so it was hard parting with $400, but I knew it was going to be worth it. Now it seems every other month just before the release date they go and extended the release date another few months. My 360 is just gathering dust, I've rented a few games for it, all of them really stupid. Xbox 360 has nothing but sports games and first person shooters. The new Double Agent release date is October 19th but I'm pretty much willing to bet that it isn't coming out until at least mid 2007. I wish that Ubisoft would just stop dangling this carrot over our heads. I could have gotten the console I wanted and wouldn't have pi$$ed away all my hard earned money.

5-0 out of 5 stars THIS GAME WILL ROCK PEOPLES SOCKS!
