1-0 out of 5 stars The worst game I have ever played
I seriously hate this game. Its the worst game ever made on Playstation. Its frustrating.Every time you try to do a trick you just fall down and the graphics are horrible. The soundtrack is also a little bit annoying(it has good bands but they chose bad songs from the good bands). The frame rate is also really bad too.So don't go anywhere near this game or consider purchasing it because its the worst game out there.Pick up Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX or Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX instead.

2-0 out of 5 stars not even half of dave mirra
Its too bad this game is as bad as it is. I would have loved it if it were a clone of Dave Mirras BMX, but its not. This came out after Dave Mirras BMX and it should have been better. This game suffers a great deal with clipping (textures and walls become see through), the gameplay is slow, and the control is hard to manuver. When you turn, it turn more and further than you want it to go. The camera is very choppy and does not help you see what is in front of you. The animation is very stiff and unrealistic, even for a game. save your money and dont buy it. I love BMX and have been waiting for BMX games since Excitebike and I guess there always has to be a few games that come out only to get a quick buck, this is one of them.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not good...
There were so many things which were disappointing about this game, it's hard to know where to start. For beginners, the camera made me nauseous and much of the time you couldn't see where you were going. The graphics were sub-par, with big chunks of the world like sidewalks and walls flickering on and off.The motions of the riders looks really stiff and unnatural. The control is wonky, and doesn't feel like you're riding a bike. For example he speeds up without pedaling! Also the number of tricks pales in comparison to Mirra BMX and Tony Hawk. 5-0 out of 5 stars Challenging Game
This game is challenging! I still haven't got it yet though I'm ordering it from the internet. Anyway, I know this game is challenging because my friend has it. I love this game! I usually pick, "The Max" for the game. Anyway, I'm so obsessed with this game. There's no calming me down. The tracks and racers are awsome! If your a racing fan. Come buy this game now!

5-0 out of 5 stars Too Easy
The game is really easy if you pick one of the light bikes, and you have to work at it for a while. If you have trouble don't enter the codes, because if you enter the codes you won't get any better.Once you get good at the game use the heavy bikes and try to finish well with them.

4-0 out of 5 stars The JetMoto Review
Just as a little history lesson JetMoto is made by the same people who made the first two Twisted Metal games and Twisted Metal Black. If that is not reason enough to get this game I will give you some more. For anti-gravity racing fans out there buying JetMoto is an easy decision to make, but for all you other gamers JetMoto is a very challenging game to play, it will definitely test you to your limits.Like Wipout, JetMoto is a futuristic racing game but with a twist. The twist is, what makes it different from Wipeout, it is a mix between anti-gravity racing and MotoCross. The graphics, soundtrack, animations, and soundeffects pull you into the game and never let go.

5-0 out of 5 stars An ok game
The game is ok. When I first played it it seemed boring untill I read the intructions and learned the moves and the basics of the game. Then the game is cool. One player mode is anyway. I havn't played with a friend yet on it but one player mode is ok.It brings back memories of the old Sega Genises game that I used to play as a little kid.

4-0 out of 5 stars Mindless violence, endless fun...
This game has one good quality: pure and nonsensical violence. However, unlike other games out there, this is truly macho violence.First off, this game is about riding a sport or Harley motorcycle and whacking other gang members, and most importantly, winning the race.Next, the controls are simple and easy to learn, and the bikes are variably responsive, depending on the motorbike that you choose.True, the graphics are a little pre-dated as compared to the Playstation 2, but it does the job. There will be some pop-up and vanishing acts of people. It does offer a tremendous multiplayer game, from co-op to versus. With the gang members whacking you with various weapons and cops on bikes chasing you, this has to be the most fun. This game even offers "Five-O" Mode where you get to be the cop. That has to be one of the best modes for this game. The cutscenes for this game are weak; they are really, really bad.Overall, this game is great, and this should be a fun and exceeding addition to any Playstation library.

5-0 out of 5 stars one of the best roadrash

5-0 out of 5 stars My Definition Of ATV: Quad Power Racing
"ATV: Quad Power Racing" is the bomb. It's high speed racing action, plus excellent graphics make it my #1 favorite racing game. It has 24 coooool tracks to choose from (12 tracks in amateur mode plus 12 in pro mode), 8 ATVs to choose from and 6 riders to choose from. It has two player time attack and a 1-on-1 race. If you like racing games you should buy it. If you don't like racing games you should buy it. And even if you don't like your Playstation you should buy it. No matter what you should buy it.

5-0 out of 5 stars This game is the best!
If you like racing games this game is totally the best. The tracks are awesome, the drivers are way cool, and the air in this game is the best. If you like fast, super cool, and racing games this game is for you. Still if you hate racing games you will love this no matter what. I tell you this game is worth buying, buy it now! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars this game shows me what speed is toward my hands
this game is gooood its twice better than jet moto 1 or 2, (well im not sure of that because i forgot how jet moto 2 is.) alot as how ive seen in this webiste mentions that jet moto 2 is quite best than jet moto 1 and 3, but if you are someone that wants to have new jet motors, good features, outstanting, creative racetracks, than this is the game for you. 2-0 out of 5 stars Stick with JM 1&2
Go back NOW!JM3 is a marketing ploy. The first two Motos are great; the physics of the bikes are realistic. The third one, however, goes off of the deep end.Control of the bikes is jerky and the graphics aren't fluid.I bought JM3 because I had so much fun with the other two...... big mistake! This one should have been the first... a lot of kinks still needing to be worked out.The worst game in my collection.

4-0 out of 5 stars If it's action you want, you'll find it here
I guess I don't know where to begin. This game is really good. It's got its share of flaws but it's still fun. The good sides first. The gameplay has a really fast, fluent style and the grapples work much better than they did in the previous game. The novice courses aren't too hard, but they get harder. Catacombs seems like a pure nightmare at first. Then, the professional courses get even harder. The Machu Picchu course is out of control and almost every part of the terrain is extremely narrow. I won't tell you what happens after you beat Professional mode. Another fun thing is the stunt courses you get when beating certain levels of the game like the deformed Circus Park you get for beating Semi-pro mode. The graphics aren't the greatest in the world, but they do. But the thing is, if you don't have a memory card, you'll get pretty sick of the game because you need to save your progress on a memory card, or you'll be playing Novice courses the whole time which isn't much fun. Also, some of the courses are extremely hard to figure out like they don't have a set path. Courses like Shipwreck Cove, Volcano Island, and Machu Picchu can be very hard to understand at first because the levels are too open. Besides that, it's a blast. Buy it but get a memory card too. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Buy it!
I grew up riding and racing Motocross and absolutely love this game. I mainly just race Moto-x when playing but the Freestyle is pretty fun as well. I've rented several other games of this type and the dynamics as far as how the motorcycles handle weren't anywhere near as accurate as in this game.I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

5-0 out of 5 stars The GP boys are back
MotoRacer World Tour is by far the ultimate in Grand Prix motorcycle racing. If features real tracks, true-to-life riding simulation (you can actually see the rider braking and using the clutch.)The variety of side game play is great too, From Free Style Motocrossing, to Trials, to Motocross, to Supercross, Drag racing, and street racing, let alone the realism of the different tracks. I highly recomend this little package.

4-0 out of 5 stars experience the real thing first.
I don't know, fellas... I've competed in actual motocross in the past, and i have to say that there's nothing quite like the real thing, so don't expect a full-on simulation of reality. i have to admit, the graphics weren't the best, but then it is virtual reality, on the other hand, the streetbike portion was the best i've ever seen, (no less than the motocross), but in the thirty minutes i've played the game, i found the handling a little more sqiurrelly than i had expected. whatever. just try the game out for y'selves. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars This is a lot better than RR Jailbreak!
This game kicks ...! It is more realistic than Jailbreak, but still has a good feel to it. It feels the same as playing Road Rash 3, if you like RR3, you will like this. BUY IT NOW!

2-0 out of 5 stars not all that great
OK, I am a fan of the Road Rash series.Have been since the Sega Genesis games, but I didnt like this game.At first, its fun.Working your way up and collecting cash.Once you get to the third level, this game is impossible. One crash and there is no way to catch up to the guy in the lead.Windy roads and cars will make sure of that!Another thing I didnt like was the fact that the bikes are going so fast that there is hardly anytime to fight.Dont get me wrong, I like the speed, but I think the company slacked off when it came to the fighting aspect.I recommend Road Rash: Jailbreak.

4-0 out of 5 stars Awesome Racing Game
This game was really fun. There are several levels, and you must collect money by winning races so you can purchase a better, nicer bike to race with. There's lots of cool roads and settings you can race in. There are about 15 other computer-operated bikers that you are racing against, and if you are in last, there is afew places where you can cheat and take shortcuts, and it puts you in first place! I also liked this game because there are cops in it and they try to chase you down. You can ram them and other bikers with your motorcycle to make them crash, or you can hit them with one of the many weapons you acquire over time.(Like a 2 by 4, chain, mace, stun gun, cattle prod, baseball bat....) Oh, and one more thing: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under 12 or anyone that can't interpret the difference between fake violence and real violence. But this game is really alot of fun! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars exciting and sick
I never owned a Sega Genesis so I never got to experience Road Rash on that system (where the series was popular). I did get to watch other Sega owners play the game though (even though watching someone play a game is never as fun as playing it yourself). Once I received a Playstation and noticed that I could play Road Rash on that system, I KNEW I had to grab a copy. I had a good feeling about a PS-X version. Better graphics and sound.
5-0 out of 5 stars Just like I remember it...
I lost my Sega a yr ago (Sniff...) and I wanted RR and I could'nt get it cause I had nothing to play it on. So I was strolling through Babbages one day and I see RR. I think to myself: could this be it? And I bought it without knowing what I was getting myself into. The next month I spent with my PS1 are days I will never forget. It was just as I had remembered it. Not a sprite out of place and the game seemed to play faster on the PS1. Now I have another Sega, but anytime I want to go down memory lane with some classic RR, I bust out my PS1 and let the good times roll...and I bust some heads while I'm at it.

1-0 out of 5 stars RaZer's Opinion...

5-0 out of 5 stars still the best dirtbike action around
Even though I own and enjoy MX Superfly, Speed Kings and Moto GP 2 on Xbox, Freekstyle on GameCube and Excitebike on N64, I still find myself returning to Championship Motocross on the good old PSX to get my real two wheel racing gaming fix. This is still the best dirtbike action around and a testament to the staying power of Sony's little machine. The graphics are of course a little blocky and pixleized compared to anything nowadays but the gameplay and fun factor more than make up for it and pull you into the game like no other. If you still own a PSX and like racing games, buy this one right now.

1-0 out of 5 stars very disappointed
I ordered a used playstation game. It came very quickly. But it was not the motorcross game my grandson wanted, it was a music CD. I have since returned it. After 4 e-mails. 5-0 out of 5 stars Arcade Motorcycle Racing at It's Best
Five Stars? For this game? Yes. And I'll tell you why. Back in day, when Moto Racer first came out for the PC, Ultra Game Players said in their review that it could be the last racing game ever made and they would be happy. Seeing as how the playstation version and the PC version are virtually identical (save for slightly more jagged graphics on the playstation and a bug or two on the pc), I have to agree with them that this game is indeed one of the great ones. I've played many racing games in my time, and this one rises above the pack, particularly in the arcade category.4-0 out of 5 stars moto racer
i like the game but it is kind of arcadeish. the bikes are neat and the sounds are neat.the game is fast even in easy but it dosen't take long before your lap times drop and the game gets more fun. its great in replay to see the bike your riding perform, you can relax and watch as your to busy while your playing to enjoy how the bikes look in action. and there is to few motor cycle racing games to play so enjoy. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars cool
This is the best game EVER. Get it or be square3-0 out of 5 stars A good game
Ok so here is the deal. I bought this game on amazon, took it out of the box, and started to play. I noticed the graphics were very bad but the game is pretty neat. Over all, this game is worth every penny you pay.

3-0 out of 5 stars Mediocre title
It's common for game developers to borrow ideas from other popular games - in hopes that their own game receives the same kind of widespread success. Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX represents Acclaim's attempt to cash in on the extreme sports phenomenon started by Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, and, as a result, the basic game mechanics should seem very familiar to fans of the skateboarding game. To its credit, Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX introduces some new elements to the extreme sports subgenre. Unfortunately, the game has a number of both major and minor flaws. Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX's options are typical of an extreme sports game. The proquest mode is essentially a career mode that lets you select from a lineup of the world's best BMX freestylists to play as. It also lets you earn new sponsored clothing, new levels, and new bikes. Each track has a series of objectives that start at an amateur difficulty level and then steadily increase in difficulty after you complete them. In fact, the default bike just isn't good enough for accomplishing some of the later, more difficult objectives, so there is substantial incentive for obtaining faster and more maneuverable bikes. Even so, the proquest mode may be a little too easy for extreme sports veterans, since the game visibly highlights the obstacles associated with objectives you need to complete. However, this should be a welcome feature for those who are new to the genre. The game's two remaining modes - freeride and session - are practice modes in which you can race around on a track, with or without a time limit. Unfortunately, these modes are mostly worthless for practicing in, since some tracks - particularly the backyard pools area - constantly change as new areas open up and as you complete more objectives. The gameplay in Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX is solid, if perhaps lacking in originality. Just as in Tony Hawk, pressing a series of button combinations makes you perform tricks on your bike. The more complicated your combination is, the more points you receive. Unfortunately, even executing the simplest trick isn't as easy as it should be. The first problem is that when you're facing the camera, you have to press "up" to turn your bike around. In theory, it's the ideal way to address camera problems, but in practice, the sluggish controls really prevent this maneuver from being useful. Another minor problem is the game's collision detection. Most of the time, it's easy to judge your distance from the ground or from an obstacle, which makes trick execution ideal. However, there are times when your bike seems to clearly miss an obstacle, but you'll still crash as though you ran right into it. The inconsistent collision detection also becomes a problem when you attempt to perform grinds - sometimes your bike can connect with an obstacle from an unrealistic distance, and other times, you need to be very precise and land right on the object you want to grind. Visually, Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX is on par with other multiplatform ports of extreme sports games. A few impressive textures appear here and there, like on the various riders' helmets, but the rest of them are fairly bland and pixelated. The bike rider models are not incredibly detailed, but there are enough subtle differences to help you recognize the differences among each of the riders. Oddly enough, even though the various environments and the character models are essentially taken straight from the PlayStation version of the game, slowdown and drops in frame rate can still be a major problem in areas with numerous objects. The slowdown usually dissipates after a second or two, but it can affect gameplay, especially if you want to perform a complicated trick in a detailed area during the last seconds of the round. The game has plenty of other small visual problems as well, like the crash animations. Since there are no pre-scripted crash animations, your rider will just go flying like a limp rag doll whenever you hit something. It's humorous at times; however, it's generally very awkward and unrealistic. Read more

I think this game could have been great if only the PHYSICS had been worked on a bit more. For example: No matter how close to the ground you front tier is, if you back tier lands first, you're more than likely going to fly off your bike like Superman flies through air. BUT if your front tier lands first, you'll be fine. Other than that, the physics are tollerable. Read more

The game is great. You can pick from skateboards, bicycles, or rollerblades to use. The graphics aren't that great and after a while it gets boring but it is a good game. Another thing is some of the secret characters are monsters and that is sort of [bad]. But overall it is a super fun game.

4-0 out of 5 stars Maximum Capasity for fun in a sports game
This game is amust have for any sports fan that likes rollerblading, biking, and skateboarding! 3xtreme is the best game for any kid (or adult for that matter) that loves to roll around on rollerblades, pop wheelies on bikes, and do some tricks on the one and only skateboard. You really can do awesome tricks you just have to figure out which bottons to push (it helps if you read the tiny manual!)! You can go on to different curcuits after you pass the first one and you onlock more characters that can do even more tricks! This game is really fast paced and it's hard to stop playing it once you get started! It's challenging too so you don't get bored or pass it too soon! This game rocks! 4-0 out of 5 stars Pretty Darn Good
I haven't unlocked every level on this game yet, but from what I've unlocked so far I would say that this game is pretty darn good. I mean, who cares about the graphics? C'mon. I bought this game with some of my birthday money at GameStop. I couldn't wait to play it. As soon as I got home I jammed it in my console and started playing. I was hooked! I didn't like the first level, mostly because I had played it already in the THPS2 demo, but the next level, Construction Yard, was AWESOME! And to those people who say this game is easy, they must be sick in the head. This game constitutes a good challenge. Especially the level I'm on now. Can't wait to get to the next level. I'm gonna push myself...4-0 out of 5 stars The most addictive game I have ever played
I love this game, it is totally awsome. My best friend I stayed up untill 5:00am trying to beat the game. I thought the Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX was money well spent. I recomend to everyone that is looking for a fun and challengeing game to play. It is just like the first Tony Hawk game.Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Desmo fans repent!!!
Ducati World Racing Challenge is the best motorcycle game for PSX!!It plays just like GT and GT2 in that you must earn your licenses, compete in different leagues with different requirements, buy different bikes and upgrade them as you earn cash. theres even a 2 player split screen mode. Sound is great, as is the detail to the bikes, which there are over 40 models to choose from such the 900SS, 750 Monster, 748, and the Desmodromic god of all sportbikes, the 996.There are a few drawbacks however. All the bikes are Ducatis (which isnt really a drawback considering it is their game after all), the graphics could be smoother, and although the techno-beat soundtrack is kinda cool, it would have been better to have a more diverse collection of soundtrack tunes ala GT2, Tony Hawk 1&2 etc, etc. 5-0 out of 5 stars Ducati World is the best racing game out there!
Ducati World Racing Challenge is the best racing game available today! There are a ton of awesome, super-realistic bikes to race, and the Ducati Life Mode plays just like Gran Turismo. The graphics are awesome, and the gameplay is so realisitc that you actually feel like you are riding on a real Ducati! I used to love having my friends over to play video games, but now I hate it because all they do is fight over who gets to play Ducati next. This game is a must buy for any racing fan! ...
