2-0 out of 5 stars doing the math
Hmm, let's try 2 stars and see how the average changes

1-0 out of 5 stars 5+3+1=? stars
Why would five, three and one star reviews average out to a four and a half stars? Is there something wrong with my math as I know it?(The 5/3/1 stars are obviously before my input here..)

5-0 out of 5 stars Good Entertainment
I loved it when I had an N-64 and now I have one and this game. Great source of entertainment.

5-0 out of 5 stars My Party needs are fulfilled
After playing and completing Mario Party I needed another game to fulfil my party needs. And this was probally the best thing that I've needed ever since food. Mario Party 2 is just like the first one but with new boards, new mini-games and now there are item shops! The boards are fantastic and are very detailed, so here are the new boards to give you an idea:
4-0 out of 5 stars Another great party!
Mario Party 2 is even better than the first. Like the first, you pick a character (no new ones...) and move along the boards collecting stars. At the end of each turn, you play a minigame. There are 4 Player Minigames, 2 vs. 2 Minigames, and 1 vs. 3 Minigames. This time, there are no control stick twisting games (thank goodness!). Now you can buy items as you pass by the item shop on the board. There are a bunch of new mini-games, but some old ones. The story is that Mario and his friends are making a theme park, but they are arguing about who to name it after. So Toad suggests to play Mario Party to see who is the Superstar. Overall- a great game. I recommend it! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Kirby does it again
First of all, this game is 2d in a 3D perspective (except for the final battle where you move in 3d). I like it this way better than if it was in 3d, mostly because its kinda retro feeling. This game is shorter than the other games, only has 6 worlds with 5 levels each (level 6 has 4 levels for a total of 29). If you complete the 100% you get some minigames like on the SNES Kirby superstars!. The number of indiviual powers are drasticlly reduced: stone, fire, needle, bomb, ice, cutter, and spark, but the game allows you to combine 2, whih is necessary to access some crystals, and provide you with around 27 powers (you can have dual of the same power to get a bigger of that one, like on 2x needle you get bigger reach of needles). Controlls are simple enough, like all the kirby games are, so you can focus on the game. The only major drawback of this game is that it is really short...especially compared to the NES version that had...alot more. Also, some of the powers really make it to to easy, like a needle+bomb makes you into one of them floating spike thingies, and a stone+cutter makes you into the stone creatures in the SNES games.
4-0 out of 5 stars Kirby Rocks!!!!!!!!
Its awsome to play kirby!I put a 4 star because in the very last end it was hard. For bonus i really like the combo. My favorite combo is when kirby turns into a refrigerator and when the food comes out you can heal kirby or kill the enemies.

5-0 out of 5 stars An excellent game for the N64
This was the first kirby game I ever got my hands on.And since then, I have been playing numerous games from the series.I heard about the Kirby series while playing Super Smash Bros.I became skilled with Kirby's character, swallowing Link and Samus and using DK's super punch...then I heard about the Crystal Shards on a commercial and got it.

4-0 out of 5 stars I'm not sure either way
I'm not a hard-core gambler, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I thought it was fun because I didn't lose any money. I didn't gain any either. I like Blackjack and the other games. How much more exciting can a game be? Gamblers need to realize that nothing will be as good as the real thing. The reason it seems dull is because the excitement of winning isn't there. Gambling is exciting because you can win a lot of money. This is not a game for people in gamblers' anonymous. People gamble because they are money-hungry, not because they like the games. If you didn't like this game, go to Oneida, North Starr, or the Real Golden Nugget and stop your bitching.

1-0 out of 5 stars Good game or giant flop?
This is a casino game that isn't worth trying. I've had more fun watching grass grow. The games is dull and slow and the gameplay is identical. I'd reccomend just going online to somewhere like pogo.com to play.

3-0 out of 5 stars I've seen better casino-type games
This game has realistic casino sounds and some funny dealer interaction, but the graphics aren't spectacular and the gameplay can get a bit dull and mechanical.I have played shareware casino games that offered feedback onyour strategy, and I felt those were more fun and more useful, since one ofthe reasons I would want to play a casino video game is to learn how to winin real life.Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Challenging and fun!
Play as Ms.Pacman. Solving puzzles and getting points, going through 180 mazes! This 3-d adventure is addicting! Just like the classic, you fight your way through monsters, get fruits and jumping across different things may sound boring but get this. Trying to find objects, places, and fighting monsters is fun and trust me! There is multiplayer where you can fight against you friends. Levels are where whoever has the bomb last looses, the one who is alive wins, etc! Classic is on here too!

5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome game
Ms. Pacman and Pacman are a couple of my very few favorite video games. Every time I get the chance to play it I do, and if I see that they have it at the bowling alley or somewhere I will play it, but I rarely see it in places, even arcades. If you are reconsidering to not buy this game you're missing out on a great offer, because I highly doubt you'll ever find this in a store brand new, or even used for some game systems, especially N64. Plus, if you did find it in a store the prices would run from 40-60 dollars anyway. I hope you get the chance to enjoy this game just as thousands of other people did too.

5-0 out of 5 stars great entertainment
I bought this game for my five year old and he loves it.I even played a couple of times with him and I enjoy it myself. It is a great game for the whole family. There are lots of different mazes and obsticles to go through. If you like the arcade version of ms. pac-man you will love this one as well. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars coolio!
I've never played this game in my life but I'm assuming it's good. It looks funny. Kinda like my cat. .........

1-0 out of 5 stars This game is terrible
Game play is either to fast or slow. Controls suck. Accuracy can only rarely be obtained.Despite this you get bumped up to the next level reguardless. The graphics deffinetly leave something to be desired, like better ones.Don't waste your money!

3-0 out of 5 stars kinda boring
While playing the game you realize there isn't much variety. The bike is really hard to control. Overall though, the worst part of the game is that it is only a 1 person game. It would be better if you could race against another player and not just the clock. My 7 year old daughter doesn't even play with it, she prefers to try to compete with me or her dad. So, if you have a child that likes to play alone they might enjoy it. Otherwise it would probally collect dust. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars My favorite videogame!!!
I would like to start off saying that I am not a huge fan of videogames. I do not own an X-Box or Gamecube and find most games to be boring. However, I still have a Nintendo 64 system from back when I was younger. Out of the few games that I own, Namco Museum 64 is my favorite game. I was born back in a time when Atari was making it big and games like Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and Dig-Dug were the hottest games around. Playing Namco Museum deffinately brings back memories. The selection of games is great. You get to choose from - Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Dig-Dug, Pole Position, Galaga, and Galaxian. All the games are exactly like they were on the Atari gamesystem. Each game is extremely fun and challenging. In fact, I would even go as far as calling this game addicting.5-0 out of 5 stars namaco museum
This is a wonderful and exciteing game who would have thought that we would be playing all of our favorite games on our tv sets .4-0 out of 5 stars Memory Lane

monopoly[n64] is not the only one of hasbro games that freeze.the one for playstation, and monopoly tycoon, allso freezes.

4-0 out of 5 stars Monopoly 64
This game is quite fun but it got old pretty quick.I purchased mine through a pawn shop and had no directions and found it rather difficult to figure everything out.It is great to see different characters walk around the screen smiling or frowning. The game is very customizable: Free Parking, X2 if land on GO, Travel around board once before buying property, etc.You can even set the skill of your computer opponents!Great technology but Monopoly isn't the same without the old-fashioned counting.

4-0 out of 5 stars Monopoly for the Millenium
I think this game is great! You get all the joys of Monopoly without the hassle of counting the paper money.I play this at my cousins' house and we have a blast. The characters are adorable, the directions are very clear, and you can type your own name in so you always know who's turn it is.I think it is really a super game that the whole family can enjoy! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Magical Tetris Challenge
Lots of fun and challenge.Good for kids of all ages even 60+.I liked this Tetris much better than the new one.Well worth the money.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good but yes does get boring after awhile.
This game is probably good if you play against a friend. But the storyline will do. It seems like there are different endings to the game on each difficulty level but Pete is hard on the hard mode and that what makes this game challanging. But like other tetris games, you might get bored of it before you even defeat pete. Still, for Tetris fans but a few new rules.

4-0 out of 5 stars Disney and Tetris makes a good game
The songs in Magical Tetris are good (much better than in the New Tetris for N64).The disney characters are fun.The story book sections are repetitive and kinda break up your momentum, but they can be avoided insome of the game's sections. The tetris part of it meets your skilllevel...if you are keeping up with it, it will increase the drop speed tochallenge you.Overall, it's a fun game. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Very Awsome
This game is the best ever!! My personal favorite game is Spy hunter but I still like root beer taper and sinistar. Anyone that tells you this game is boring is VERY WRONG. I like the quiz that they threw in with all the questions they have. Every chanch I get I play this game it's so fun.

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT SLICE OF NOSTALGIA!!!!
These games are a wonderful reminder of a time when games were games and not insipid role playing mush. These games take actual skill and hand/eye co-ordination to win.You won't find solution manuals for these. The rules are simple and the games are tough.I highly recommend this.Grab them while they're still around.

5-0 out of 5 stars Old school rules!
Forget updated 3D graphics and dishonestly expanded storylines! Look elsewhere for video cheesecake and Saturday morning spinoffs! Instead, pull on your favorite Le Tigre shirt, crease a pair of matching colored Lees, slide into a pair of shell-toe Adidas and prepare yourself for an old school time warp complete with cramped and blistered thumbs 'cause this collection rocks! I poured more quarters than I care to remember into the original versions of Robotron 2084, Defender and Joust - three of my all-time favorites - and their faithful reproductions here make it well worth the cost of entry.Add the cartoonish Root Beer Tapper and Spy Hunter, as well as Sinistar (never even heard of this one!) and the Arcade Trivia game (another extra that will test your memory of those glorious quarter-munching days of yore) and you've got a family heirloom! Now, if only I could find an original version of Berzerk... ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars This is JEOPARDY!
Jeopardy is a great game, considering I'm a Jeopardy fan. (My friends even nicknamed me Trebek.) It's a little hard for a 12 year old, but I always learn something from it. Unlike the NES game I played before, Alex Trebek actually talks. My favorite quote: "Gosh, that's wrong!" I laugh everytime he does that. It just doesn't seem like something you would hear him say. So this is a great educational game, with a little humor.

3-0 out of 5 stars It's aight!
I love Jeopardy games and this SNES version is just like the rest ;)I like the fact that you can choose who you play and it actually shows the contestants, unlike the recent Playstation versions.4-0 out of 5 stars All that you might come to expect...

3-0 out of 5 stars A moderate revival of the classic arcade game
Asteroids Hyper is an okay game overall. However, it does has some flaws. First of all is that it's not a game that will keep you interested for hours at a time. It's also pretty difficult sometimes to keep your ship on track and avoid asteroids and comets. Another problem are the UFOs that come by. The big ones are hardly even worth the effort and one would wonder why they even bothered putting them in the game. The smaller ones aren't that much better. They're a whole lot more difficult than anything else in the game (except for bosses) because they are almost impossible to his and will almost always destroy you with their first shot. This makes them very frustrating to kill. The sound isn't exactly top-notch. The music is definetly not good and there is none during the game itself. However, the whole game does have the classic arcade feel to it and that's hard to beat. There are alsothings that make life in the asteroid belt a little easier to bear like power-ups and shields (although the shields hardly last very long, but it can make a difference). The graphics are not the best, but passable. They are very limited because of the fact that it's a reministic as possible of the original Asteroids. This is a fair game. Fans of the classic should check this one out, but anyone else might want to try it out first before buying.

5-0 out of 5 stars The classic returns for a Tour de Force
This game is one of the classic, back-in-the-day, old school memories that would give a gamer a romp through gaming Nirvana. This I sincerely thought that the game did exceed the abilities and beyond of it's prequel and accomplished this rather nicely. Asteroids 64 had a very hard time winning me over as I am not one to let go of the classics very easily for something that just "Looks Better". If I had to say it though, this game delivers. Its playability will keep you going for a great while without even thinking about it and the sounds and graphics are decent despite the Nintendo 64 running the rather above average graphics. Does this game lack in the least, not noticably and it will keep the average gamer going for some time before the contemplation of a break crosses his mind. If you can pick this up, I recommend it, truly a classic.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not as bad as everyone says.
You can never expect everyone to like every game, heck, I dislike some that arevery popular, but here's my two cents. I've heard nothing but people rip thisgame apart so I just had to check itout for myself. Perhaps it is the fact that Ihave fond memoriesof the original, or maybe my expectations were set so lowthat Iwouldn't be disappointed, but I like this game! The reviewer who said "iit might as well be the 1979 version" obviously neverplayed it. This game, like Space Invaders, is a great faceliftto an outdated arcade classic. Thegraphics are just fine, andthe powerups add something as well. I also like thedifferentasteroids that break up and come at you. Also, the same reviewer said he couldn't find the original version hidden in this game. I believedthatbecause so often, they make it very hard to unlock or find. However, on myvery first time playing this, I got past level 15(it might have been 12) andbefore the next level started, thescreen said "1979 Asteroids now available". IfI had acontroller pack, I'm sure I could have saved it and played it later, however, I can get it again. Obviously not a 5 star game what withPerfectDark abnd what not out there, but I found it well worththe modest price.Again, if you're under the age of 25 and don'treally remember the original, you may not enjoy it as much as us80's kids do! Give it try! ... Read more
