4-0 out of 5 stars Bang Those Drums
It really was surprising to me, but I honestly thought that the bongo controllers for the Nintendo Gamecube was a gimmick. I honestly thought that they wouldn't get very far, after the first Donkey Konga game, but I was actually wrong. When I tried these for Donkey Kong Jungle Beat in Toys R' Us, I was absolutely amazed at how simple and easy to use these drums really were. They truly are very easy to operate with, and work like a charm. Yet, this is truly the only way to play Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. You can't play it with the regular controller. Get these and beat the night away.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great fun for all ages
They look like a pair of bongos. They only have one button on them, that acts as a pause or start button. They can sense clapping - and they are great fun!

5-0 out of 5 stars Pure 80's Arcade Gaming Heaven
I just received my copy of Namco Museum 50th Anniversary for the GC a few days ago. Believe me, if you were around the arcades in CA. like Golfland, Games & Things, and many others, it was a place where you could leave all your troubles behind. My all-time favorites are Ms Pacman, Pacman, Super Pacman, Jr. Pacman, Pacman Plus, Galaxian, Galaga 88, Dig Dug, and many others. The main reason I bought Namco Museum 50th Anniversary for the GC is that I could play all my favorite games of the 80's anytime I want. In the future, I'm hoping that Namco will bring Super Pacman, Pacman Plus, and Junior Pacman to the NamcoMuseum Series. To me, the graphics don't mean a whole lot. They're simple and the only thing that matters is the fun you get out of palying them. You get 14 games, that is reason enough to fork over $19.99 for this game. Plus, there are 2 unlockable games(Galaga 88 & Pac Mania!). There are some games on this disc I never played before. Games like Sky Kid and Dragon Spirit, but Itried them and enjoyed them as well. If you own anyof the systems, be it GC, PS2, or X-Box, you can'tgo wrong with Namco Museum 50th Anniversary. Loadsof fun for your money.

5-0 out of 5 stars Wow Namco, you still rule!
I used to play namco games growing up on atari and I used to enjoy some of the ones on this Namco 50 Years game cube game! I really loved to play dig dug, pole position and pac-man, pac-woman and Xevious. WELL you really outdid yourselves, I've now got a better reason to pull out my gamecube and get started making more namco purchases!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great arcade set for GameCube
These games are true to the original arcade.I purchased this set mainly for Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, and Dragon Spirit. After extensive play, these games all look, feel, and play like the old originals.

5-0 out of 5 stars A great bloody and gory game!
I love Mortal Kombat Deception. When I bought this game I was blown away by the graphics. I also liked the violence in this game. The faitalty's in the game are so awsome! I also like the fact that the konquest mode in this game is great and it is better than the one in deadley alliance. Great game buy it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Better than PS2 Version
Another MK game double-dip. They specialize in this, first with Ultimate MK 3, then MK Trilogy, both of which built upon MK 3, then MK Gold, which was MK4 plus 5 extra fighters. Well this double dip I almost missed, but I'm glad I didn't. It's so much fun to be able to own the game on two platforms. Goro and Shao Kahn were also lots of fun. I recommend this game.

5-0 out of 5 stars Mortal Kombat: Deception: Best Gamecube Fighting Game of 2005
This game is described in many words and one is awesome. THe graphics are very polished and nice. THe sound is cool. Konquest mode, which is like a story mode, is described as weak, but I found it to be quite interesting and the storyline entertaining (unless ur a mk fanatic and will notice some plot holes, if any). Anyhow, the boss of this game is Onaga. He is pretty hard, but after ifghting him a few times he became easy for me. Fatalities and suicides are over-the-top. If you even like MK a bit, get this game. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A great game for a movie tie-in
If you enjoyed the movie you should enjoy this one.I didn't expect much out of this game because most video games that are movie tie-ins are not very good with the exception of Spider-Man.I was pleasantly surprised to find that this game is fun.Of course, don't expect it to be a Halo type of game.I like the use of four super heroes to utilize their special talents. They each lend their skills to help the team achieve a goal. Not too many games use this aspect which is too bad. This one is a fun romp while it lasts.

4-0 out of 5 stars fun, but kind of confusing - review by Alex, age nine
I like this game very much because you get to play all of the Fantastic Four. You can pick up objects, and you can sometimes destroy glass. But the only thing I am not crazy about is that it can be confusing on some points. Like on level one, when you are Reed, the guy who stretches. You have to do some sort of secret code to unlock a door. This game is rated T for mild violence and language. The mild language part is true. But overall this game has good graphics, very good game abilities and excellent voices.
5-0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!
this game is great although you have to think really hard if you play in an area that's loud!!! anyway it's still fun like the first one is good then the second is better than the third is SUPER HARD. but it gets harder as you move on like level 4 where thing is running allover town crushing anything and anyone through the whole thing andmr. fantastic's levels are hard too because you have to think and the people actually talk about a building that's about to fall!!! ... 4-0 out of 5 stars WORD UP HOMIES...
This game is the BOMB! My mom found it at a Kohl's for 24.99. This game is good and really got me into skating. I skate everyday now.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great game; don't pass it by.
In 2003, Neversoft released a game a bit different from the others. You could be yourself. Well, this is still Tony Hawk so it's about skateboarding. Although they did get a bit "off-topic", it's forgivingly fun sometimes, and not like Underground 2 (still another good Tony Hawk game though). I found it to be quite fun, yes.
3-0 out of 5 stars What Happened to the Graphics???
Now maybe it's me, but I thought the graphics in the last of the series, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, were much better than the graphics for Tony Hawk Underground. There were a lot of glitches with the screen and many of the things you can do are made bad by the low-pixel graphics. The people are pretty badly-made compared to THPS4 and so are the automobiles.

5-0 out of 5 stars C o r n y,G o o F yandT O N SofA C T I O N... I LOVE IT!!!
Well, first let me say that I am a FPS(first person shooter) nut. However, I consider myself to be very picky. I don't like slow-down and I like good/realistic graphics. After playing a demo of Serious Sam(1) a couple of years ago I didn't give Serious Sam a second thought after about 5 minutes of play. Well, I played the demo for Serious Sam II and was pleasantly suprised(I'm so glad there was a demo, I'd have never tried it if there wasn't). So I bought this at my leasure and after playing it for about 20 minutes or so I realized I was hooked.
5-0 out of 5 stars Really Serious?...Not!
Serious Sam II, is a first person shooter (FPS) where you you are attacked by waves of alien creatures. The character you play named, Sam is a gung-ho character, dressed in jeans and t-shirt, he's a smart aleck and will spout funny one-liners during the game as he frags aliens with the variety of weapons. To progress to the next areas of the map you need to destroy all hostile aliens, some maps are closed off by some sort of gate and need to be unlocked; this is usually done by finding a switch or key somewhere or requires a minor puzzle to be solved. The gameplay is similar to the DOOM series in that aspect, but Serious Sam is more comical in nature. Serious Sam II just like its predecessor is serious about the shooting aspect; it has a very arcade-like feel and it is nothing like other FPS which are more like a simulator. Fans of the Rainbow Six series might not enjoy the aradey feel of this game because there is nothing cerebral about it. Most of the levels take place in lush tropical environments, lots of fauna and colorful palattes are used which look just a beautiful as the island levels from the game, FarCry. The alien creatures are unique in design and most of them are really mean demon/hybrid looking. The sound effects are just awesome and really take advantage of your speakers surround sound and subwoofers. Right from the start of the game you are equipped with a electric saw, dual revolver guns and one energy weapon. Of course you'll aquire even better weapons as you progress through the game, they all kick "serious" [...]! If you like FPS that are very arcadey I highly recommend this game, I also recommend DOOM and Red Faction II.
4-0 out of 5 stars Instant gratification
I discovered the xbox in mid-2005 and bought about 30 games to feed my instant addiction, many of them "first person shooters." This is absolutely the most fun of them all. The graphics and story aren't quite Halo 2, but this is my number-one, boot it up, destroy-everything-for-5-minutes-and-go-to-work-satisfied game. ... Read more

I am really enjoying this game. The graphics are great and the gameplay is fun.The storyline keeps you going to find out what happens next.It is one of those games that will keep you playing.I wouldn't be surprised if they came out with a movie based on the game.To me, this game is highly underrated.I highly recommend this game to action and shooter fans.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good game but too short.
Gun is an awsome game. But I was dissopointed that this game was to short because it only took me 4 days to beat this game. That is the only con about this game but there is a lot more pros. Wich are good voice overs in the game the graphics in the game are not great but they are kinda good and the best thing about this game is that there is a lot of violence in this game! 5-0 out of 5 stars Uhh what exactly is Project:SnowBlind?
Is it some HALO wannabe,or is it a Miltary Shooter,or is it a "One-man-army" thing where you fight wars alone(Metal gear Solid/Far Cry)?
5-0 out of 5 stars Kick Ass!
If you're into shooting, electrocuting, hacking, and blowing stuff up, this is the game for you: no stealth here, just ass kicking from start to finish. This is one of the few games I've played (the only other one I can think of is the first Max Payne) that, while playing it the first time, I couldn't wait to play it a second--it's just that good. And yes, it is kind of short, but so's sex, relatively speaking; would you avoid that too?... Buy this game! You won't regret it.

4-0 out of 5 stars A good game but...
This game is one of the best shooters i've seen in a long time. It uses the aspects of a shooter and has a twist adding powers to tinker with the gameplay. Another good thing is that each weapon has a alternate fire mode. You may be thinking "So what?" but it allows you to fire something into a crowd of enemies or a vehicle without changing your weapon. It also adds some simplicity by you having the same excact ammo with the primary and alternate fire. This is great because in most games you need to pick up special ammo for that which would take forever. Now for the bad part. This game is awesome but it is too freakin short and easy if these to aspects were corrected this would be one of the best shooters this year. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Capitalizing on Bam was a bad idea.
I have owned every single Tony Hawk game, and played each one a ton. I thought the THPS's were great, but after beating THUG on easy and normal, my opinion was that it was the best so far. I loved the level of customization. So when THUG2 rolled around I was excited. After playing through easy modes on classic and story, I was dissapointed. "World Destruction Tour"? Destruction of the series, that is.
5-0 out of 5 stars Tips for this game
In story mode and you like to play your skater person and you have to do the pro stuff for goals just swich to the pro and then swich back to your skater and try complet there goal i have been doing that alot in this game... and one thing about this game is you don't have to complet the goals in the same order on there list just find one you think you can complet.... thats what i have been doing. and so far i have been moving up... since i am a teen i have been sick of those games that you have to do stuff a current thing to get to the next level which is so lame and tiring .. so this always is a AWESOME game and a have fun the way you want to.

5-0 out of 5 stars A nicely done game

5-0 out of 5 stars best game ever
this game is really fun. dragon world was challenging. dragon world is where you can fight all three buu's frieza, cell , dr. gero and the andrids. you should get this game.the graphics are much better than in budokai 1. there are lots more different moves. you can edit your skills with new better moves than in budokai 1 like the father son kamahamaha or burning slach or super spirit bomb or vegeta's new best move final explosion. final explosion i can't do i can power it up really high though. final explosian requares majin veveta. also i have 99% done. babidi's spaceship was also fun you can get dubuara, majin buu, super buu and kid buu you can also get super buu's absorption teqniqe. this game rocks

5-0 out of 5 stars Almost the Best Budokai Yet
I've had this game since January ans almost beat it. It's a long game when you closer to the end. The more you progress in the game, the harder it becomes. The graphics much better. You get to verse all 3 buus and majin vegeta. after you beat all three tournament modes, there is a cell game mode. you get to have up to 7 health bars in duel mode. Dragon World mode is twice as long as in Budokai 1. in training, there is a traning mode, where you get to train to play the game. there is babidi's space ship. you get dabura and the buus there. in the edit skills, there is percentage of your game progress. i have 93% done. i also have Z and Z2 mode. I have mastered Z2 mode.

3-0 out of 5 stars It gives you a thrill
That is however for only 30min. The game play was fast, but no different then the first I hate the board. Anyways I hope the bring Budokai 3 to Gamecube they already gave it 1 and 2. We need to protest to Atari they take e-mail to. When first played that game I got addicted and I love the dragon mode. I also heard that ps2 is hetting another new dragonBall Z budokai game coming out later around Christmas. I know some of you already have a ps2. I just don't wanna waste any more money on a another new system. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Very interesting...
This is a very interesting game. Lots of places to explore. Game Play is pretty smooth. Sometimes a rapid-fire button will help you a lot. The game is very bookish. With no cut scenes from the movie.
2-0 out of 5 stars Not so good.....
I am a really big fan of Lemony Snicket so when I saw that the game was 30 bucks, I immediately bought it and played it when I went home. I was very dissapointed since I beat the game in like five hours! It is very short and the replay value isn't that good. One part that is actually good is that you can build the machines, but, no offense, but they have kind of ghetto names. I mean seriously! The Levitating Loafers? The Baby Booster? Sure it kind of sounds cool when you first hear it but seriously! If you just got a Gamecube, this could be a good game to practice on, but if you've been playing a Gamecube for a LONG time, then I suggest you skip this game like I wish I had.

5-0 out of 5 stars I Should warn you, This Game is Great!
This game is great! I Played it till my eyes couldn't stay open!

4-0 out of 5 stars Start Those Nostalgic Engines
There is just so much these days with the classics of the past coming back into the video game markets. Nevertheless, it actually isn't at all a bad thing, but it doesn't at all capture a hit for anybody who is more into current style video games like Halo, or Madden Football '06. While it isn't all that bad, some nostalgia compilations can definitely be enjoyable. Since Midway conjured their classic Arcade Trasures a few years ago, many people have really beeen trying to get those hands on those gems. Howvever, the past 2 of them were just all around. This time the games have a certain theme of a checkered flag.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Game
King Kong is a great game, full of adventure and excitement. It van be confusing sometimes, but if you're patient, you'll find a solutin to your problem. The screen can be very dark at times: the creatures are a dark gray or black, the rock is dark gray or black, you are usually in a cave so there is little light, the plants are ususlly darki red or green, and your weapons is gray or brown(if your using a spear. So it can be very difficult to see. You'd think that carrying a torch would help, but the flame on;y gets on your way.
4-0 out of 5 stars REALLY GOOD GAME!!
GREAT GAME , BUT IT GOT CONFUSING SOMETIMES. THE GRAPHICS ARE GREAT AND SO IS THE SOUND AND MUSIC.
3-0 out of 5 stars A Sweet Game With A Sour Aftertaste
Movie-to-game translations are often abysmal, unfun, and disgraceful. However, Peter Jackson's remake of the 1933 classic is not only strong gaming material, but Ubi-Soft and Jackson collaberate to make one of the better gaming experiences based on a film. The pride and passion are evident throughout most of this adventure piece, because not only does it attempt to use the movie material faithfully, it also is a unique twist on the first-person-shooter genre.

4-0 out of 5 stars 8 Months, Still No Problems
I'm surprised at how many people have had their Madcatz memory cards break in just a couple of days. I know that Madcatz products usually suck, but I bought their 1019 block memory card several months ago and I've had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WITH IT. Maybe I'm just lucky.

2-0 out of 5 stars These are considered gems..?
I gave this disc a rental and was extremely disappointed with the content. The six game gear titles are an automatic waste of space, and Sonic: R and Sonic the Fighters are decent for archival value but don't really hold anything that will keep players coming back for more. Sonic CD is actually quite fun, but time travel function aside it's not terribly different from the early Sonic games which can be found on the Sonic Mega Collection. You can unlock the old Vectorman games as well, and they do add a bit more value to this package.
5-0 out of 5 stars Sonic this, Sonic that.
My brother is a HUGE Sonic fan. All he ever talks about is Sonic. That's why our dad gave him Sonic Mega Collection for Cmhristmas. P.S. Why does he like Sonic so much?

5-0 out of 5 stars I like this game
I don't have this game, but after all the movies I've seen on it, I am beginning to like it. I told my dad to get it for me as a birthday present. My sister, a big Tails fan, would love the Tails' Adventures & Tails Skypatrol games. (Sonic CD,) The game I have most desired to play, will make my dreams come true. I understand there are nine games, so are there any unlockable games? ... Read more
