5-0 out of 5 stars Actually a great controller
This controller is the second best of the three systems (PS2 being the best!). At first I thought it would suck because of the looks. I was wrong. Once I started playing with it at a friends house, I found it to be very fun. It's so simple to use, but at the same time comfortable. I always look for that in a controller because I usually play videogames for hours and by some controllers my hands get soar. Well, not with this one!
5-0 out of 5 stars Great Controller! Great Color!!!
First off I want to say that I did not buy another controller for my GameCube yet, but bought the platinum edition system and it came with one controller. My first color pick for the GameCube was this, and that would be followed by Black and then blue, anyway I am here to review the GameCube controller in general.
5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT BUY!
My mom got this for me a few weeks ago and it is so much better than a crappy lookin' wireless controller!

4-0 out of 5 stars Not just for kids.Comfortable, w/ a few glitches
I will firstly say that I am not in the pre-teen average age range for GameCube, but I still like this controller. When I first saw it, I thought it would be too small for my hands, and that the button placement looked awkward.I couldn't have been more wrong. The controller fits comfortably, even into my larger than average hands (For XBOX, I prefer the bigger, older controller to the smaller Controller S) and all of the buttons are within easy reach. The controller is set up in a way that the controlls are very instinctive for most games. It also allows you to roll your thumb from button to button, allowing for smoother gameplay than on systems where you have to lift your thumb and press the buttons.
4-0 out of 5 stars Great Controller!!!
This is the Gamecube controller made by Nintendo. The reason that I say this is because I made the horrible mistake of purchasing a controller made by none other: CRAPPY PELICAN!!!
5-0 out of 5 stars trust nintendo brand
good and comfortable controller (better than the N64 ones were). It works much better than a 3rd party controller, such as madcatz. If you plan to, or have played "super smash brothers melee"(great game) you will notice how much easier it is to pull-off moves with a nintendo brand controller. It is worth the extra money, no-matter what it says on the third party company's package (dont be fooled by a third party controllers extra button: the "M" button, it does nothing because a nintendo brand controller doesnt have one and developers design games according to nintendo brand controllers). I never use my cheap madcatz controller (madcatz controller often malfunctions as well), this one is much better, and black goes with everything. My rule of thumb: Nintendo brand game accessories are more reliable, longer lasting, eye appealing and overall better than third party distributers. *please vote yes if I helped* ... 5-0 out of 5 stars finally, its out
i have been a fan since the original Baten Kaitos and could't wait to get the second game. this new title vastly improves on the first game. those gratting voice dialogue is actually a lot better in this game, the graphics are extremly gorgeuos and even the new battle system is fun once you get used to it. the game is a prequel to the first, were in this game the main character is Sagi, who works for the empire. when he is assigned to assasinate someone, he unexpectanly finds there already dead and he is framed for the crime. now he must clear his name with the help of the android Guillo and the gental Milliard. whats diffrent from the first game is unlike the first, you only have three playable characters and there is only one deck for all players. the battle system is also a little diffrent but still keeps true to the original. though i love the game i still hate that they havent come out with a strategy guide. i want to be able to find all the magnus and am stuck on this one place that i cant get out! so please, come out with a strategy guide soon.

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best-kept secrets in RPGs
Baten Kaitos Origins is the prequel to 2004's Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean.(Playing the first Baten Kaitos is recommended but is not required to enjoy this game.)Origins was published by Nintendo in 2006 and was released with very little fanfare, which is too bad, because Origins is easily one of the best RPGs on the GameCube. This game improves upon its predecessor in almost every way, from a refined combat system to a more open-ended gaming experience.
5-0 out of 5 stars Baten Kaitos Origins
This game is prequel to one of the best role playing game on the gamecube called Baten Kaitos Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. Both games have the unique real-time card based combat system. Both games have epic story with amazing twists and great characters. Both games can be considered amoung the most beautiful games on the gamecube and they both have excellent soundtracks.

4-0 out of 5 stars Resident Evil at it's fullest
Once again, a great add-on to the RE series, but to those hardcore fans who LOVE zombies, there are none. The story follows Leon Scott Kennedy (Resident Evil 2) sent on a rescue mission to a location in Europe. While asking someone is he'd lately seen Ashley, he attacks Leon with an axe. This is where it begins. The gameplay and graphics are excellent, and it features a new "Aim and Shoot" technique in which the player can aim using a laser sight rather than wasting ammo on accident. While the replay value is great, you also have cutscenes that require you to do action command sequences to survive or kill. Parents shouldn't worry on this one, but I would recommend that you guys don't expect happy sunshine smiles land. The game is a bit gory and shouldn't be looked up to. Kids/Adults will get a few laughs likely out of this one. Horror and Puzzles at their best!

5-0 out of 5 stars My 'ALL TIME' favorite game!
This game alone is worth purchasing a Gamecube for! With all the extra weapons you can purchase and upgrade, it gives this game excellent replay value.I lost count of the number of hours I played and replayed this game.
4-0 out of 5 stars Resident Evil is back in a new way, shape, and form.
Resident Evil 4 for the almighty Gamecube follows Leon Kennedy, one of the heroes from Resident Evil 2, as he finds himself in some sort of Spanish farm village to find the President of the United States' kidnapped daughter Ashley. Little does he realize that he is stepping right into another nightmare, one that may just surpass that of the Raccoon City incident. On his adventure he will encounter unlikley and yet familiar faces, crazed religious men, and many more..

i recomend this memory card to everyone. it works for all sorts of of games and people ho save a lot.

3-0 out of 5 stars I felt ripped off.
Well, I ordered the Gamecube w/Super Smash Bros. Melee, three controllers, and this memory card. The gamecube and controllers arrived yesterday, and still no sign of the memory card. I was pretty disappointed, since the three controllers came with the Super Saver Shipping, and I decided to pay extra for the memory card because I wanted it sooner. Now I'm regretting having had paid the extra shipping, since it would have been sent along with the controllers yesterday.

5-0 out of 5 stars This. Game. Rocks.
This is singlehandedly the best game I have ever played. Play this game only if you have plenty free time (it can take 30-48 hours). The plot is exelent with plenty of twists and turns. Also, the characters are customizable, with plenty of different attacks. The battle system is great. I highly reccomend!

2-0 out of 5 stars How about a review from someone who's not a fanboy?
There was a time when I loved rpgs. Starting with Final Fantasy III for SNES as my main introduction to the genre, I began to go through each release after that like a drug addict. Games that had actual plots other than "do this and you win", leveling up characters how you want, hidden areas with special items or weapons, alternate endings for some, and more, I really loved the genre. Then, Final Fantasy 7 came out, and began what continues to be the popular standard for the genre- typical cliché, predictable sub-par rpgs. Once FF7 came out, rpgs were released like they were nothing. Do I have to mention Legend of Mana? How about Silver? Or what about Sudeki? Squaresoft has really lost it in recent years, and I began to lose interest in rpgs. When I got my GameCube, I knew that Nintendo was pretty much screwed when it came to the genre as well, having what, 3-4? Tales of Symphonia though, was regarded as -the- rpg to play if you had the system. So I bought it without much hesitation, and gave it a shot. Then, I lost interest after a few hours, left it for dead, then gave it another shot some months later. Repeat that process until earlier this year, when I just plain quit caring about it in general and sold it. ToS continues the trend of easily predictable rpgs with no redeeming qualities what so ever, aside from the novelty of having a fun combat system. Yeah, it's great not having turn-based fights for a change, but do you really want to just focus on combat in what's otherwise a genre that's supposed to focus on story and character development? Namco and Nintendo sure wanted you to think so, as ToS sprouted countless fanboys that can't seem to look past the combat and character designs. I'm happy to let you know that this review will contain no bias that typical rpg-fanboys give. 5-0 out of 5 stars ToS Shall Expel You Of Your Flaws!
This is the game that will make you regret not buying a GameCube (Unless you live in Japan where there is also a PS2 version.) This game has a deep storyline, but isn't afraid to inject moments of side-splitting humor. It starts out rather slow (Chosen one Collette goes out to ressurect the world with the help of friends Lloyd(the main character) and Genis, and the mysterious swordsman Kratos. But, about a third of the way into the story, the plot thickens with betrayal, a second world, and a much more involved plan on the part of the antagonists.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great All ages Fun for Lots of Players
If you're looking for multiplayer fun for your GameCube, the Mario Party series is a sure winner. Between the board game and minigames, there's something for everyone!
1-0 out of 5 stars Nintendo should produce more super smash bros.' and mario karts!
All Mario Parties are stupid, not just this one! What I don't like about this game is that 90% of it is pure luck. This is okay on regular board games, but not on gamecube ones.I've also never encountered a game that makes me sooo mad (so mad that I considered breaking the disc more than once)!I think this is because there is no way to disperse your anger. For example, if another player hurts you bad, you can't walk up to them and smack them in the face. You have to wait for the too simple minigames. The orbs are cheap; some take you directly to the star. The computer puts the star in front of one player the whole time. The list of cons is endless.I would never reccomend this game. For multiplayer fun on the gamecube, try Super Smash Bros. Melee, Mario kart double dash, or soulcalibur.

5-0 out of 5 stars fun fun fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is too awesome!!!!!! Thesolo mode was dissapointing but the 8-player action is awesome! from neon hieghts to pyramid park every board is different! with two new characters and over 80- different minigames, it's awesome! i love it cause sometimes you rely on skill or luck. and don't even get me started on- 8 player mode. it's specially designed for up to 8 people to have- a mario party bash, they even have special made games for 8 people to play at one time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if you don't like that, then head over to the duty free shop to buy cool gid- gads and souveniers. and in minigame mode you can do fun minigame packed things like declathon castle. just go out and buy this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... 4-0 out of 5 stars A very fun and addictive game
I thought this game was great. It was a definite improvement from Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life. You can do a lot more and it keeps you occupied. The only disappointing aspect about it is that your kid can't grow up.Otherwise, I definitely recommend it.

5-0 out of 5 stars The best Harvest Moon yet
Hi, I'm 16 years old, and I have recently purchased Harvest Moon: Magical Melody. I am not dissapointed! The graphics are cute and fun, and all the characters have their own voice. Ray sounds a lot like Tarzan, it's so amusing. There is A LOT of stuff to buy, so money here is very important. Stamina plays a great role in this game, so it is important to upgrade your tools so as not to tire out easily. You can play as a boy or a girl in this game, and for each gender there are 11 possible people whom you can marry. If you marry Jamie, however, the game will end, and go back to the last point you saved. Jamie is your rival, and makes the game 10 times more interesting. Mining has been improved, and now there are mini games to play. Also, the point of the whole game is to collect musical notes to revive the harvest goddess. These notes are fun to collect. I play as the girl, and every time a notw is recieved she says "lucky!". It's just so cute! The animals are adorable, fishing is fun...Just everything has been improved in this game. There is lag sometimes, but it's never a problem. And yes, there is a lack of cutscenes, but come on. If they made this game perfect, no one would want to buy the next harvest moon. Overall, you will not be dissapointed with this game.

4-0 out of 5 stars stop whining!

4-0 out of 5 stars Cute and Clever Little Game
Luigi is delighted to discover he has won a mansion, but is not so enthused to find out it is overrun with ghosts who have trapped Mario inside. But the nutty Professor E.Gadd has created a machine for capturing these creatures, which he calls the Poltergust 3000. With the aid of the Poltergust, Luigi sets off in search of his brother.
4-0 out of 5 stars Luigi's Turn
It is great that Nintendo GameCube made a Luigi game, Mario has been kidnapped and Luigi has to save him. But the game lacks Mario characters.. (Peach, Toadsworth, Yoshi's ect)

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Baseball Title for Everyone.
Sure, it's another Mario sports game.My biggest appreciation is that these games appeal to both genders.(Guys typically like the competitive elements and the trash-talking opportunities, and the girls typically like the cute little characters and sounds.)

Now mate, no worry`s about mixing up team you can, BUT not on challenge mode, teams are the way they are up there. Also, Jr. Fangs you cannot play as in Challenge Mode, you play them.( It`s very strange with Bowser Monsters.)And by finishing challenge mode with Captains, you get the characters.Captains have 10 challenge mode missions,8 for sub captains, 6 for standard characters. And remember you mix up any old way.As per usual you get power ups, but only team Captains, sub Captains, and the secrets. Also, strangley players react to each over.Ex. Mario and Luigi will throw each over the ball. But let`s say Mario and Bowser are on the same team, they`ll throw it to each, but with a hesitation. That`s my review of Mario Superstar Baseball.

Now I have played many of the mario sports games...tennis loved it...soccer awesome....this however strikes out (honestly....) First thing it is WAY to easy to get someone out...because of that stupid circle that shows you exactly where the ball is going to land..im not kidding only about 1/4 of all the players who bat make it to first base its a joke you get a good hit and boom your out...the ball comes down to slow...very annoying, The controlls in this are also a big joke....specificly the throwing...I have a guy in a pickle (hehe sandalot) but he/she always makes it to the base..why? because the controlls are so difficult to use to throw the ball 1/2 the time im throwing it to third base when i want it to go to 2nd it is just plan retarded...im sorry but this game is fun at times...but nintendo dropped the bomb with this, ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Kid and Parent like this war game
Battalion Wars is a game you won't regret buying. It is the best game I ever played! I like it better than Star Wars Battlefront II because it's more challenging and you can do more things. My parents like Battalion Wars because it's less violent than Star Wars BF II. It's more strategy, not just shot and kill. The game takes you through all sorts of missions across the Tundra, Xlyvaniania, and the Dune Sea. You are a commander commanding the Western Frontier against the Tundra. The missions won't just take you five minutes, they are really challenging. Your army has all kinds of tanks, recons, and other vehicles. You have rifles, flamethrowers, and even bazookas. It even has amazing graphics. All in all, you do not want miss this GREAT game!

4-0 out of 5 stars Kid Friendly Combat
In Battalion Wars, you're cartoon army characters in an imaginary world, taking on suspiciously Soviet sounding enemeies. It's a fighting game for kids.
5-0 out of 5 stars The Greateset shooter game fo Gamecube ever
This is probably the best game for kids who want to play war games. The graphics are phenomenal and almost never get blurry.

1-0 out of 5 stars Watch Pikachu Watch TV!
Do you love Pokemon, but wish that Nintendo would drop all of that RPG crap with the Water beats Fire and the going from town to town? Well your in luck! Those generous fokes at Nintendo have made a sequal to their title "hey You Pikachu", and it's even MORE boring this time around.
5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome

My nephew was really looking forward to getting the game for his ninth birthday. He played it for an hour or so and had a lot of fun with it before the game locked up and had to be reset so he could continue.

5-0 out of 5 stars A Great, Fun Game For Anyone
This is a great game; in a way, it's kinda like "Cars 2", because the game from what I can tell takes place after what happened in the original film.

4-0 out of 5 stars My Grandsons Love this Game!
My eight year old grandsons love playing this Pokemon game. They are finding that it has much to learn in it and find that the Game Guide is very helpful. They love the FireRed, EmeraldGreen, LeafGreen, Sapphire, etc still so much, but they play this one on the GameCube all the time when they get together.
5-0 out of 5 stars Another Adventure In Orre
Pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness is more than just a remake of Colloseum. The story is that Cipher is back with 86 new shadow pokemon. Also, Shadow Lugia is a project by the leader of Cipher to create an un-purifyable shadow pokemon. However there is one way to purify Shadow Lugia. That's up to you to figure out! Shadow pokemon are pokemon that have had the door to their hearts shut. A new hero has to snag and purify all the shadow pokemon. The graphics have greatly improved since Colloseum. The pokemon have newer and better move detail.

4-0 out of 5 stars Greatest Pokemon Game Ever
The game has everything,good gameplay,awesome graphics,storyline,

5-0 out of 5 stars this is the greatest game you could ever play
I bought this game 2 years ago and i still havent put it down yet. it lacks level replay, but playing through the game a second or third time is always funner than the last. i hear you ask why it is such a good game. ill tell you why.
5-0 out of 5 stars A Masterpiece
Metroid Prime begins with bounty hunter Samus Aran arriving at an enemy spaceship. What follows is the best game I have ever seen.
5-0 out of 5 stars Best game on Gamecube, hands down.
Metroid Prime is easily the best game on the GameCube. In fact, it makes Halo look like a complete joke. When everyone heard Metroid was going to be in the first person, people freaked out.Admittadly so, it just didnt seem right for a Metroid game to be a First Person Shooter. Then, Nintendo decided to let an unknown studio by the name of Retro Studios develop the game.People freaked out even more. But amazingly, the game turned out awsome. This is unlike any first person shooter you have ever played. Its actually a lot about exploration and puzzle solving than it is stright up shooting. One thing that has been a problem for most FPS games that Prime pulls off amazingly well is platforming. Before Metroid Prime, platforming in a FPS was usually akward, difficult, and frustrating. But somehow it works in Prime, you can easly jump from platform to platform, over gaps and up stairs, without ever missing your target or feeling frustrated.Metroid Prime is also just difficult enough to the point where it is never frustrating, but always a good challenge. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Improving upon Greatness
Pikmin 2 picks up after Pikmin 1. Olimar is returning with his friend to collect valuable "treasures" which happen to be everyday objects, but since they are only a few inches tall, everything is large. This game uses the old Red (fire resistant), Yellow (electric resistant), and Blue (water resistant) Pikmin adding white (poison resistant and treasure detector) and Purple (worth 10 regular Pikmin). It also enhances the classic play with two player challenges much like the original game where players work together to reach the end of a level within a specific time, while collecting the most treasure.
4-0 out of 5 stars pretty good
This game is the best Pikmin game ever!!!!!!!! But, the oly things that are bad about it are the pikmin don't stop talking ad it gets really anoin
