4-0 out of 5 stars Just Like The Other Ports, Much Could Have Been Done With This One
Resident Evil: Code Veronica was probably the most advanced and beautiful game the RE series had ever seen when it was released on Dreamcast a few years ago. With the DC's popularity dying off rather quickly though, the game was ported to PS2 a year later, and given the Wester Report, and renamed "Resident Evil: Code Veronica X". However the version of the game which appears on the Playstation 2 and this version on the Gamecube, have no differences whatsoever. This is exactly the same game that most have already played through on the PS2 or DC, and as marvelous as it may be, it is not worth purchasing again on the GC if you already own the original. Capcom did get lazy when it came to rereleasing RE 2, 3 and CV on Gamecube, but they were simply hoping to capitalize on the market that had not played any of the RE games before they made their way to GC. If that's the case, and you don't own a PS2, then this is a good chance to play one of the best installments in the RE series.
5-0 out of 5 stars Long, hard, and satisfying
Resident Evil Code: Veronica X is a port of the original Dreamcast game, and includes the extended cutscenes from the later PS2 version. You are Claire Redfield, and must escape from an island controlled by the Umbrella Corporation. You'll battle zombies, mutant animals and other abominations of nature. Halfway through the game you'll journey to the antarctic, and you'll take control of Claire's brother Chris as he tries to rescue her. 3-0 out of 5 stars Good Storyline, but mediocre gameplay
Nintendo has released another RE onto the GC, and yes, just like the other games, its just a port. This game's graphics aren't necessarily bad (in fact, this game came out on PS2) but they don't compare to the quality that the console can handle. So, what is going on this time?Claire gets locked up in Rockfort Island for trying to infiltrate the Umbrella Paris Facility.Unfortunately, she doesn't find her brother there.

4-0 out of 5 stars this game gives a good name to the masterpiece movie Monster house!
this game is totally fun. I give it 4/5 stars. I don't give it 5/5 because it does not have enough bad monsters. the suprises make the player on attention at all times, and battle and dodge pipes, chairs, vases, lamps, ect. my brother has been playing game for about 8 years, and he has to do level the basement 3 times to go to the next level. he also has to do level 7: escape! 4 times to pass a level.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great game!
This game is simple yet fun for the very young and beyond. There are next to no games for early childhood. My son was enjoying and learning with this game at three years old. He still likes to play it. I wish they made more games like this.

4-0 out of 5 stars Excellent for Beginners
This game is great for the first time players. Basically the joystick and the "A" button is all that is used. Dora cannot lose any lives & cannot walk "off cliffs, off bridges, etc..." It teaches the kids the basics of how to use the game controller. In addition, the game incorporates learning, such as counting, patterns, shapes, etc... The only downside is that the game is a little long with the number of planets Dora must visit. Overall it's highly recommended.

4-0 out of 5 stars Too much fun?
This game is perfect for a young child wanting to gain confidence and skill. My son is 3 and he can make his way through the various scenes without assistance. It automatically saves the progress made and the content is age appropriate. There is no violence and the game does incorporate some learning activities. Very little--but still learning. Be sure you want to start your child on video games this early. My son wants to play everyday for hours. We are constantly monitoring his screen time and battling to keep the game off! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars This is MY favourite game
Shamu's Deep Sea Adventure's
5-0 out of 5 stars I LOVE SHAMU!!!!!11
This game looks like so much fun! I mean, seriously, who wouldn't want to play as Shamu and swim around and stuff? I am very disappointed in the lack of screenshots and videos, I really think this game has potential. I've been a huge fan of Shamu ever since I was a little kid. Every summer when me and my family go to San Diego on vacation we always go and see him. I have at least ten Shamu stuffed animals on my bed. Anyways, I'm really looking forward to this game. Think about it, how many games allow you to go underwater and swim around as a creature that's home is the deep blue sea? None. With this game, I won't have to get my stuffed animals all wet when I take them in my bath with me and play around. Now if I want to pretend to be Shamu all I have to do is turn on my Gamecube! Ya see, if this game is advertised correctly it will definitely be one of the best games of the year. We need to spread the work about this. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars good steering wheel
I haven't even ordedered it yet but i am going to. i have read all the other reviews and it seems like a good wheel. so don't hesitate to order. i am not hesitating so why should you.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is a good wheel
This is the first steering wheel for a video game that I've gotten, and I am extremely pleased. It greatly enhances Gran Turismo 4 for the playstation. Most of the other reviews citing drawbacks were more or less true, but with nothing to compare it to, I have had GREAT FUN with this wheel.I highly recommend it.It's tight enough to feel your actually steering the car, and the vibration lets you know when you're holding the car online.
4-0 out of 5 stars Great Wheel!
i got this for my birthday, and i have to say it works great and seems to be the best wheel on the market. the size is just right, the leg stabilizers keep it firmly in place, and it actually has pretty good sensitivity. I have tested it thoroughly with my Xbox in Sega GT 2002, Rallisport challnge, and Midtown Madness 3. it works great. i noticed a few people were complaining about the deadzone, if you read the manual it's simple to lower the deadzone to almost zero. my only complaint is the pedals, the rubber feet don't do a very good job of keeping it in place, as they are closer to plastic than rubber. overall it's a great periheral and it adds a new element of fun to all racing games. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars The 6 Greatest Mega Man games in one collection. Cool!
Everyone has a favorite game in any genre. For me, in the action/adventure department, these 6 excellent games are my absolute favorites. No matter how many times I have beaten the games, I come back for more. I still remember playing the first X game for the SNES, I literally hogged my friend's SNES (sadly I didn't have one and my parents didn't let me have one). Then when X4 came out (not much to explain about X2 and X3 since they have similar gameplay), I beat the game so many times that I eventually got bored with it, which took a few years. X5 and X6, the last 2 great ones, were great but starting to make the future X games fall apart. The sad thing is that because 2D gameplay is pretty much extinct, some game series just aren't the same in 3D (mainly the later X games and other non-Capcom games like Castlevania, however there are some I like, Megaman Legends, Street Fighter EX plus alpha, The Mortal Kombat games (non fighting ones make me sick)) and people just want more realistic games. because of this once the 128 bit era ends, I am not getting anymore future systems. anyway, for those who love Mega Man get this collection. for those who like Mega Man but didn't like the X series look else where and for those who either don't like Mega Man or don't like 2D gameplay do the same thing, but it's just sad with the fact that some of these games' stuff have made other games us that specific option (for instance I think that when X3 came out, which had that map screen before you start the level, was later used in some non-Mega Man and Capcom games like Castlevania Symphony of the Night when it came to looking at the map of the huge castle.) Also, sometimes not all 3D gameplay isn't great. It made some game series more improved but some of them failed and the series was never seen in public again (Earthworm Jim and Bubsy 3D to be specific).

4-0 out of 5 stars More action with the Blue Bomber
I never bought the Mega Man games (original or X series) back in the day because I never considered my gaming skills good enough to get through them. But now its a decade later, and seeing as how Capcom has been nice enough to bring these classics together, I thought I'd give it a shot.
4-0 out of 5 stars Megaman's version of "Pimp my ride"
Lo and behold, if Megaman bored you, now you can upgrade him!

3-0 out of 5 stars I'm not so sure...
It is hard to decide who this game was made for. It has a lot of violence and cartoon humor, like the movie. This makes it not that good for most people under 9 including me. The game has a bad storyline, though, it's okay except the cage part. Try playing the demo before you decide. It is much, much better on PC than on GameCube.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great game for kids...
A pretty good video game version of 'Over The Hedge'.Nice looking graphics, decent voice acting, and some great 'Mario Party' type mini games. Two characters are on the screen at once... you press the 'Z' button to change between characters. If you have a 2nd controller - two people can play at once.If not, the other character follows you around and helps.

1-0 out of 5 stars Thoroughly disapointing
First of all, I am over 13, I simply forgot my password and didn't feel up to creating a new account. Okay, so, this game. My first impression, this is pretty fun, but i wish i could explore more. As soon as i got to the Hogwarts section of the game, i was thinking, maybe now i will get to explore. But no, i could not. I was extremley disappointed and upset with this game. I had loved the second and third game (i never tried the first), the third game especially. I thought the third game was amazing, and that the fourth could only turn out better. Well, i guess i was wrong. The greatest thing about the Harry Potter games was how there was so much more than just levels and battles. There was always something to do or explore. And now the manufacturers have turned Harry Potter from a geat fascinating game to just like every other game on the market nowadays. Hopefully, the fifth version will prove to be better.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent Follow Up to Azkaban!
This game is quite impressive. I have been a follower of these games since around '03, and have seen them get progressively better. In my opinion, the games hit their peak at Azkaban, and leveled out at that point. Of course, the first two games were stunning in their own ways.
4-0 out of 5 stars Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Harry Potter and the Gobler of Fire is a game which of coarse deals with magic and adventure. You can learn new charms and hexes during the game. To beat 1 of the 10 levels you must find shields and depending on the level you must find more or less. People have been complaining about how you can not chose which spell you are going to use, well they lied. You can chose your hexes yet not your charms. You can put out fire, stop screwts from firing you, and other mayhem during your fourth year at Hogwarts. Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Sherk+fighting=fun
I like the sherk video games they always keep you inretained and there challenging to. This is the best one beacuse you can pick up weapons and use cool attacks. The story mode isn't that good but challenge mode is beacuse you can fight and get alot more charecters. The only reason it is E10+ is beacuse there are alot of crude jokes like sherks spcial attack is when he farts all over the whole course makeing the charecter go flying. There is nothing bad about the game and if you like it I suggesit you try madgasscar the game also. For only 20$ you'll be haveing a fighting party.

2-0 out of 5 stars Deserves an one
I should have given it an one but there were sleek and sharp graphics. But guess what? This game is so friggin boring. You press some buttons to get money! You don't even have to retrieve anything! How fun! Which ones to click? A B Y X? This game is. C-R-A-P. Poor poor little maxis, making games that we don't like lately. Get a hint and use what we actually want, not your little "urban and stylish" ideas. Sims 2 gamecube was HORRIBLE. Urbz was DEPRESSING. The sims bustin out was BLAH. See? Games that we don't like lately. Poor maxis.
2-0 out of 5 stars It's okay.. For a while.
It's a great game, but when you get everything, you realize that there's nothing to do on it anymore. It's not even fun building realtionships, getting jobs, getting promoted, and winning Drius's penthouse. I RECOMMEND THE SIMS BUSTIN OUT IT IS THE SEXIEST GAMMA EVA

5-0 out of 5 stars Best Sports Game Ever!!!
I am not just saying this because the Canes are back in the Stanley Cup Finals:THIS IS THE BEST SPORTS GAME EVER!!!The Cube version is the best simply because it has the big A button. All passing/switching/facing off is done with that big button. The sound, control, graphics, and presentation are unmatched. You can't use the same move over and over like I do on Sega Hockey on XBOX.You need to be creative.Once your imagination is sparked it is possibgle to score in a variety of ways. You won't score on yourself like in 2K6 either.

5-0 out of 5 stars Hockeys Back
well now that hockey is back, this game is perfect for a hockey fan. The graphics are very good and the control is perfect. Not a suprise from EA games. If you like hockey, get this game and you will be satisfied believe me. Be sure to have a memory card with 1019 blocks or over it doesnt work on a 256 card.

2-0 out of 5 stars Great Presentation, Gameplay Lacking...
In typical EA fashion, the game looks and feels great. The player models are pretty realistic, and the arenas are pretty close to representations of the real thing. The crowd chants are also authentic too...for example, you'll hear "Go Leafs Go" if you play in Toronto. The commentary is passable, but can be repetetive at times. But as usual, EA puts so much effort into presentation that they forget to work on the gameplay. First is the inconsistent AI, which is the most erratic and aggrevating I've seen in this series. One thing I see alot is the computer almost putting the puck into its own net.The player never judges the angle right and gets stuck on the right side corner of the net, kicking his legs while the puck dangles inches from the goal line. The scoring and gameplay are ridiculously arcade.Literally, every other shot hits the post. Also, the scoring is outrageous.A typical game with 5 minute periods will routinely result in at least 10 goals scored per game. The next series of complaints leads me to believe the computer cheats. Why?Well, I've had problems with my goalie going into the corners behind the net and handling the puck...getting me penalties whenever I have a lead. For some reason, the computer also seems to get alot of breakaways.I estimate that about two-thirds of their shots are on breakaways. No matter what settings I make, my team will rarely ever cover the point or set up into any sort of helpful positions on offense. It always seems like a one-man show.I get into the offensive zone, go behind the net, then pass it to the point to find no one there.Where they are, I dont know, because the computer then proceeds to have a three on one coming back the other way. The computer also seems to score or not score at will...some games they cant do anything right, and then other times they'll rattle off three goals in 10 seconds.A little AI consistency wouldnt hurt, EA. The controls are not very responsive...again, with EA its more presentation than gameplay.I always feel like I'm watching a game rather than truly controlling what's going on.It seems like all you do is activate animations that you cant control.I never use the 'Special Move' control on the C-Stick because I never know what its going to do.Overall, its playable and its the only choice you have on the 'Cube (unfortunately). Its not bad enough to make you regret buying it, but its not good enough to make you feel the purchase was entirely justified.Oh how I wish the 2K series was licensed on the Gamecube. And how this series has stumbled since the glory days of NHL 94, 95, or even 98. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Fun, but Confusing
With limited baseball titles for gamecube, mvp 2005 is pretty much the only practical choice. That being said, its a real good game. Graphics are solid, sound is good. But gameplay is confusing. For example, I was the Phillies playing the Nationals. The Nats have a pretty good batting lineup, wouldnt you say? Guys like Alfonso Soriano, Jose Guillen,Jose Vidro (that might be stretchin it). But probably the Nationals three best power hitters right? Well i was playing them and those three guys go maybe about 7 innings without even a hit. At least 1 of them could get on base once dont you think? But then the most odd part comes. The Nats have some new power sluggers in Marlon Byrd, Brian Schneider, Ryan Church, and Jamey Carroll. "Who?" most of you probably ask. Yeah. Between the four of them 6 home runs, each player with one, and 14 base hits. I mean if guys are gonna have fire games, let it be a star like Soriano or Guillen but not guys like Schneider and Carroll. Even if one had a hot game thats understandable, but 4 basement players at the same time? I dont think so. Guys like Byrd and Church do not even hit for power, they hit for average, and sometimes they cant even do that. So thats somewhat confusing. The Nats scored 10 runs against me, but luckily i was on fire too, but with good players like Ryan Howard, Pat Burrell, Chase Utley, and Jimmy Rollins. I won 12-10, but that still is somewhat confusing to me. And this is just one instance, there have been many times this has happend. Maybe the ratings are switched?

The game is fun to play but the pitch location is a little awkward (it's difficult to pick location without tipping to the batter).

5-0 out of 5 stars cool game

5-0 out of 5 stars THIS GAME ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a gamecube and needed a game so I bought this one. It is awesome. You can play multi player games. On story mode you can unlock levels.

2-0 out of 5 stars Could have been so much better...
I've played many of the games in the Tony Hawk series, including the ones on N64, and I've enjoyed them a lot. Many of my friends are really into this game (Not supprising, since we're all under 16), so I decided to rent this game. While their claim of having no load times proves to be true, the game could use a LOT of work.

5-0 out of 5 stars I'm More ED-cited !!!
This is a really nice game no matter which system you get it for; especially if you're a huge fan of the show like me. First off, this features impressive gameplay with awesome 3-D graphics. Heck, they've still got the squiggly outlines right; even in 3-D form ! Next, there are some great special features with no needed codes like a feature with the cast members who do the voices of the Eds and the Plank music video ! You can garner these cool extras by finding chickens in each level.

4-0 out of 5 stars They Love It!
My boys really wanted this game, but after reading the reviews here, I tried to talk them out of it, but they LOVE the show so really wanted to get the game.We bought it here and they LOVE the game! My boys are 8,9 & 10, and really enjoy games that are fun and silly. The only real bummer is that it is only a 1 player game- it would be perfect if it were a multi-player. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Smaller Wireless
There is just so much you can enjoy within a wireless controller. Mad Catz, has created some very well received controllers that have worked very well, but their wireless controller doesn't have the appeal I thought it was going to be. Although the controller is convient and smaller than the traditional Gamecube controller, but there are some problems this controller has. One of them is that there is no rumble feedback in the controller, and another one is that you have to reset the controller to neutral at times which is more often than should be. This isn't that bad, but if you want to go wireless, try gtting the wireless wavebird controller for the Gamecube instead.
2-0 out of 5 stars Good RPG... bad fighting.
I'm a 16 year old male, but I have hands the size of a 7 year old.I can't really hold the bigger controllers comfortably, I'm ashamed to admit.I first played with one of these at a tournament for Super Smash Brothers Melee... I loved it.It was definately more comfortable.I went out a week later and bought one.Two days later, I discovered that the L button, was sticking.I'd sheild, and then I couldn't stop.Being my most used button, I couldn't get away with not using it.So, I returned it.My second one, lasted two weeks before my L button died.<_< I am now on my third(I returned the first two for a new one) controller. It's an ok controller, but I hit the L button two hard in Soul Caliber, and SSBM.I also noticed that the timing seemed a bit off(maybe just in my head, but I don't think so).Because I don't want to kill my controller again, I now only use it for RPG's... slower games, where I can be nice to my buttons.:)I use my older, bigger controller for SSBM and Soul Caliber. So, if you're playing games where timing, or precision are important, and you like to really slam on one button, I don't recomend this controller... big disapointment awaits you... but, if you're more of a, harvest moon, and fire emblem person(rpgs), then this would be a great controller.

5-0 out of 5 stars AWSOME GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the best game i have ever played!!!! I played it at my friends house an was hooked. I played it till the sun rose the next morning!! this game is not really hard, but sometimes it gets a little hard to find the route to the end. overall, this game is wicked awesome. i would buy it, but i've got to wait for my b-day. on my list, this game is second only to Halo 2.

5-0 out of 5 stars My Favorite Game
I bought this game having never played it. So i poped it in my g-cube and i was hooked. I couldent stop playing it. It is so fun to sneak around and completing secret missions. Not like other action games that are very easy this game is on the challenging side.
5-0 out of 5 stars very much fun and challenging
its a lot of fun except for one thing doing the same part over and over and over and over and over and that kinda gets annoying but other than that great graphics cool gadgets and lots of choices on how your gonna kill someone.shock, explode, pop one in his head, sand bags, wack or just get killed by him.
