Great game, looking for a sequel
Judging from the hours my 7-year-old son has put into finishing all the levels of this game, I'd have to judge it to be the perfect video game. It's not an action game but a puzzle or logic game. The two of us played together on many screens, moving the ramps and tiles to make the players get from one point to another. One review complained about not being able to interfere with the characters as they are running the course, but it seems to me that this is just like computer programming. You set up the system then watch it run to figure out what goes wrong. Then you move some stuff around, maybe even reconceiving the whole plan, and try again. The logic skills it exercizes are evident. We played on the PC, not the nintendo, but our graphics were great. Maybe the Nintendo port is lousy, but it's a shame if it is, because this is a great game. I'm looking for a sequel.

My son literally said this game is (...)
After we read the directions ect., my son, who is 8, went to his room to play this new game.In a matter of a few minutes he came to me to say that this was (...).I was offended by his review, but after he left for school, I tried it myself and have to agree.He enjoys Super Mario and Mario Tennis.

Really great and simple
I like Metal Gear Solid, and this is a simple version of it (but as fun) It's challenging, as well as with a lot of stratergy. Fun, especially for the Christmas season.

if you like Metal Gear Solid you will like this
this is another stealth game by Konami but with The Grinch instead of Solid Snake, it plays just like the Gameboy Color Metal Gear Solid game, you sneak around trying to steal presents, get crazy gadgets and so on, this type of game is perfect on the handheld because you can play it in short spurts

Great Spawn game!
This game is great for spawn fans or just for people who like action games. The graphics are alright for gameboy. also the music in the game is great and classic. there isn't much of a storyline to the game though which kinda sucks but overall i think the game was worth the money i bought it for. some of the things you can do in the game are pretty cool because on one of the levels you get to ride a motorcycle! Also they include characters from the spawn comics like clown, tremor, and overtkill and there are other characters in there. the game is a little bit easy but you can set the difficultys back and forth. Also the voices in the game are awesome. gameplay is very easy but once again just set the difficulties back and forth. i only gave this game four stars because there wasn't a storyline like i said and there are only 4 stages with 2 bosses in each i think. well overall it's a good game and there is a cheat menu if you wanna cheat.

Pretty good midless action romp
Being a huge fan of the Spawn comic, I saw this for 20 bucks so I decided what the hell and bought it.I found it a lot more enjoyable than the Playstation Spawn game, and a lot more fun.The graphics and gameplay are pretty basic for a GameBoy side scroller, but its a good bit of fun plus the voiceovers for the characters can be creepy at times which is real cool.One of the better comic book games and GameBoy games I've played in a while.

If you liked the movie, you'll probably like this. There are only 8 levels in this game. You'll need to go around collecting stuff to get to the next level. For ex: laundry for the first level; boat race, car race, escape through the sewers, etc. I only gave it three stars because this game is to easy, I beat the game the third time I played it.

Short but sweet
The game is extremely short only haveing 3 levels.The second level will take you a while but the game can be beaten within 15 minutes.The gameplay is ok and the graphics are average being is old as it is.If your a huge Ren And Stimpy fan you might want to by this title at a cheap price otherwise forget it.

an ok game
if you whant 3d action you should go some were else. if your going on a trip and you need something to do in the car or on the plane... go some were else. this is a game that i beat in an hour. the only level that is any trouble is the very last one with zerg. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!! RENT IT! this is a game you play when you get bored. in order to use a wepon you have to have money but you can only have a total of five coins and if you whant to get on a jump jst or a hover bored you need to use all of it. you can only get on you jet or board for more than 2 minutes any way. the best wepon is iether the bazzooka or the machine gun. and when you fight the boss of the level it tells you what his *CURRENT* weakness is. and again RENT THIS GAME. This game is pretty good exept level 9 it is un beatable but the rest of the game is pretty easy. Buffy is greater than ever!
This game is great! It has great moves and art, but the game is short and the comics could use a tad bit more work. Otherwise, this game is fantastic. I played it with my friend for only ten minutes when he was not interested in Buffy, but now he has 5 seasons on DVD! I guess this game really is magic! Buy it today! PS: It'll be worth every penny!

Disappointing

Ok so I am a Buffy fan so I love this game. It's like one of those old martial arts games except it has a storyline. So basically you are watching a Buffy episode except your the one who is kicking butt. The game lets you know what buttons to push to do certain moves and it also gives you a password every time you complete a level, which is cool for me since I am constantly dying on the fourth level. Daughter loved this game
I purchased this for my 10yr old daughter [her first gameboy game] and she loved it.It was easiest enough so that she did not become frustrated with it.. and yet hard enough that it took several days to win.Her 12yr old brother [a game addict] even found the game entertaining and enjoyed it as well.I recommend this to anyone looking for a good, family quality, entertaining game.

It's ok
I am a huge dog fan so I bought this as my first gameboy color game. At first I was happy with the game, but it was too easy. With the exception of about 3 levels where you have to A. Bark at two men to get a key to open a door, B. Bark continually at an evil toymaker to beat the level, C. Bark into a sound projector to defeat Cruella DeVil, all the leves are the same! Find the miniscule, hard-to-see key and open all the cages! The only hard part to me was the level called "Research Laboratory" Where there were these weird platforms with up arrows on them and I couldn't figure out how to use them! Just jumping on them doesn't do anything, and I finally figured out that you hold the B button down while on the platforms without continually pressing it and wait till your puppy flys high enough to reach the last platform. Another con is the music. All the loud beeps, boops, and annoying twangy tunes that repeat themselves can really get on your nerves! The good thing is, after you beat the game, you get two codes for two fairly fun mini games. But even they get too easy for an experienced gamer. I will not deny you some enjoyment; the codes are: tank, dice, dice, tank, AND tank, dice, dice, dice. Have some fun! Really fun!!!!

Entertainingly HORRIBLE!
This game was a real disappiontment for Animorphs fans. The graphics are smudgy and in the first level, you just wander around aimlessly.

Not Worth Your Time Or Money....
I found this game quite by accident when looking for something to buy and play at Circuit City. Bought it, took it home, and started to play, thinking "Oh cool, I'll be able to morph into animals and fight aliens!"

My kids are fans of the series and do enjoy the game very much. Don't expect next generation graphics or play here, this is a typical gameboy color offering, it would be nice if they made and Animorphs for Advance, but for now, this is the best there is. ... Read more

Waldorf and Statler would have a field day with this one!
How could they do this to the Muppets?!?!I was overjoyed when I heard of the Muppet game, but sadly I shouldn't have been.This is one of the worst games for the GBC.The control is awful, the graphics are barely passable and the characters look nothing like their normal selves.Kermit and Animal are so tiny that you can't make out any body language.They're just green and red blobs moving about.The music is really awful too.When it boots up the music is barely audible, then once the "game" starts you get a repettive bore of a score.Don't even mention the "story line" and action of the game itself.It's just all so basic and executed so poorly.The Muppets hold so much promise for a terrific game and to see it wasted is painful.All we can do now is hope for a better effort on the Game Boy Advance.

Poor Kermit
You know, when I saw that there was a Muppet's game I was thrilled!I rented it and got and home...then I was sad.The game has got to be more impossible then getting to the moon on foot.Play control is so akward,the sound effects could blow out your ear drums, and I never figured outhow to get rid of enemies!It was so hard walk up onto anything, or downto anything for that matter.There isn't any reaction that tells you thatyou've hit and enemy,power-ups are scarce...and poor Kermit!He is shortand squatty; he looks like a renegade from "Frogger"!The gamewas poorly devolped and suffers from an unfortunate lack of imagination. If you are interested I suggest renting if first, and if you find that youhave more patience than I then make a purchase, but don't blame me whenyour Game Boy goes out the window... ... Read more

My kids (4 yr old boy & 6 yr old girl) love this game.The 4 yr old can play it, and actually get to the next level.My 6 yr old gets into the double digit levels, but my wife (mommy) observed that they both started talking about killing things, which are obstacles in the game.They drop stuff on Daffy Duck, blow up Elmer Fudd, and dispose of them to advance.This could be the only negative about this game.It is also very absorbing.A good value for your Gameboy Color.

Well....
This game was very strange. It's pretty much like the old version yet too easy. If you want a great Space Invaders game, get it for PC. It's fun and if you beat the game(it's really easy), you unlock the old version. This game isn't too good. Just skip it.

Great game!
This game is fun and the graphics are great! It forces you to think on your feet and solve puzzles. You have to change characters and each one has his or her own uniqe ability to get through the levels. There are 11 levels and the last one has a really cool ending. Buy it!
