don't waste your money
I bought this product and it is terrible.The light illuminates nothing and actually makes it HARDER to see because the magnifier is covering the screen.You can't tell if it actually makes the screen seem bigger because of the lack of light.Wasted my money!! ... Read more

This pak is mainly for car usage.i'd rather get the ultra or mega pak.those are like combos of car and home pak but its cheaper

This is basically an SP without the light!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The standard game boy advance plays the exact same games as the gba sp. This system is bigger and is better for peaple with large hands. You can buy an Afterburner for the system to make it look as bright as the gba sp for about $5. The system itself cost about $25 used at most local game stores or you can get it on Ebay!!!!!!!!!That is more than half the price of the gba sp!!!!!!!So, why do you pay $80 for basically the same system with the light function built in when you can go buy the light for just $5. The bottom line is get the original gba. It plays the same games as the gba sp but the system is much more affordable!!!!!!!!The gba sp will give people with large hands problems with its very small size!

i first got this toy thinking it would be a fun cool portable game system but i was wrong!!! for a couple reasons

this system sucks! it has a terrible screen you can hardly see the game! ignore the box where it shows a bright screen thatis just false advertisment! I highly reccommend the sp i just got one and it is a lot better than this. its foldable to protect the screen its small it has a back light a rechargable battery so i say spend the extra money to get something better and please dont waste it on this! ...
