Poor quality construction
My bose headphones don't sit right in this adaptor's jack. If I keep pressure on my headphone plug, it works fine, but when I let go, as would be expected in normal use, I only get audio in the right ear. Seems to me the jack doesn't quite have the right measurements.

This car game pack is excellent for the traveler. With the headphones you can ignore your parents boring radio stations. With the D/C adapter you can play games without your battery running out. Sometimes your parents have to put on their mobile phone in the D/C outlet in your car, then just use the rechargeable battery pack. Then if you are still driving in your car and it is dark, you don't have to stop playing. Just use the lighted game shield. Not my idea of choices for this GBA Video cartridge, to say the least. The only episode on that cartridge that was really neat was the "Cowboy Courage" episode. I could think of better episodes that are "pure gold" so to speak. But for now, I suggest you choose "Cartoon Network: Special Edition," unless you really like those episodes on this game. ... rechargeable battery pack
I bought 2 of these 3 years ago. One for my son (10) and one for my husband.We love them.They work great for long trips and we even bought the car addaptor so they can recharge during those long trips to Grandmas.My only fault with them is that recently my sons has stopped working.They are not indistructable and it took one too many trips down the stairs by his brother(2).Now I am on the hunt for a new one to replace it.Some of the reviews say they are too big but my husband liked that because it made the GB easier for him to hold.He likes the Advanced better than the SP for this reason too. If you are in the market for a good charger that kids can work without adult supervision this is it.Both my older sons (10 & 5)use them without any problem, when the power runs out you just set them in the cradle, overnight works well.It was well worth the money and I will buy another.

only one problem
I got mine it was great but after about 9 months or so the stand decided it dident want to work. So I charged the battery without the stand and it worked. So I threw the stand away (so sad to bad). That was my only problem. I am realy 15 years old

Not perfect but not bad.
I don't have as much of a problem with this battery pack; it's a little bulky but I actually like that as it doesnt really matter unless you want to carry it in your pocket and it actually gives it a better balance and feel in my opinion. Also it's easy to recharge- just set it in the cradle along with the GBA, plus you can use it as an AC adapter by plugging the cable directly into the battery instead of the cradle. Really the only problem I have with it is the meathod of clipping it to the gamboy is a little cheap. It's kinda hard to put it in words, but you can bump the little thing and accidently unclip the battery, but thats only happened once for me. That is really the only reason I don't give it 5 stars. It does the job and it's easy and cheap. Buy it unless you just think another one's better. ... Read more

MMMMMM more power
It works great and it never dies. I have not charged in a week and I have been playing Advanced wars alot. Also has a nice charging bay. Buy this. It saves money over batteries.

You shouldnt even be looking at this product
I bought this adapter along with the purchase of some games, hoping to save the cost of batteries over time.It was a big mistake, this adapter hasnt worked from day one.I am truly disappointed in the brand and will be sure never to buy anything from this company again.

I would give it a B+ because it lasts for a long time. The batty lasts about 15 hours. Its really good and i have never had troble with it. But the cradle does no work to well and sometimes your GBA falls out of it. Its great for big time gamers. What i don't like about it is disables the GBA to fit in to your pocket.Read more
