Short but sweet
The game is extremely short only haveing 3 levels.The second level will take you a while but the game can be beaten within 15 minutes.The gameplay is ok and the graphics are average being is old as it is.If your a huge Ren And Stimpy fan you might want to by this title at a cheap price otherwise forget it.

Nice game.... Too short.

Great Game for "Alice" Fans
This is a pretty decent adaptation of the classic Disney movie.This game is definitely geared towards kids, as it is simple and not very lengthy, but older fans should enjoy Alice as well.I personally have always enjoyed the Disney-based games, and Alice In Wonderland was one of my favorite Disney movies.I thought the puzzles were fun to solve, and talking to the Wonderland inhabitants was a treat.I actually had just finished playing American McGee's Alice on the computer, and felt like something a bit cheerier, and it accomplished that. If you're an adult, and don't care for Alice, than you probably won't get a whole lot out of this game.Since the game plays out almost exactly as the movie, you almost have to be a fan to enjoy it.
Alice In Wonderland
Alice In Wonderland is a great game for kids. You basicly relive parts of the movie. In the begining you play Alice and you fall down the hole. After that you go through a few levels. In the levels you encounter enimies,keys,and items. The game is pretty short but I think it would make a great gift for any Alice In Wonderland fans,collectors and kids. I would reccomed this for car rides and vacations. Hope you enjoy!

one of the best games ever made - now on GameBoy
This game is a turn-based fantasy strategy. It offers 4 sides (Barbarian, Sorceress, Knight, Warlock) each with 6 unit types and players can spells too. The game's music and sounds are OK for a gameboy and graphics are quite good as well. There are maps of 3 sizes, the bigger ones are quite challenging. I think HOMM is a fantastic game that will keep you entertained for months.

It's not so bad
I've played the computer version, and it was pretty sweet. The gameboy version has a lot of the same elements, and that's great. It fills a demand lacking in the rest of the games out there. However, the controls are a bit tedious. Some games are not made for gameboy, and for good reason. This game probably shouldn't have even made it to gameboy color. The graphics are abstract and overall ... in comparison to other platforms of Heroes. But that's how it is. It's the gameboy version. If you like the computer game, you may feel the need to want to play Heroes on a road trip or in a waiting room, or perhaps on an airplane. Is it worth it? I think so, but my advice is look into Heroes 2 for gameboy. Maybe it's improved.

Good, but not 5 star
The good parts of the game are the variety of creatures you can get and the music. The bad parts of the game are, as everyone else has said, the graphics and the tiny screen. Furthurmore the game is turn based. This means that there is actully very little strategy to fighting. Whoever has the bigger army at the battle will win almost every time. In many strategy games, experience and skill are more beneficial and play a larger part in fighting that in Heroes of might and Magic. I personally didn't like this, and more experienced gamers would probably agree with me, but beginners should enjoy this more. My final review... good if you like turn-based games and have TONS of extra time (like a car or plane ride), but very boring if you prefer real-time strategy games because of all the waiting you do for other people to move. ... good for little ones
I purchased this for my 5 year old and now he and my four year old fight over it!It is the only game that I have found that lets them continue playing after they have lost all their players.It has proven to be easierfor them than a couple of others that I thought might be good like, Tarzan,Pinball, Mario Bros.

Like the show love the game
It all boils down to those who like the Bears and those who do not. If you are a fan, then this is a great game title. It is for kids, I find my 6 year old likes it much better than the 4 year old. It is like many other Gameboy Color games in both play and graphics but has the beloved Bears. Simply put, it is not a next generation title, buy it for the love of the Bears.

Great Game,Very addicting
Ilove the game Shanghai pocket. Mahjongg is my all time favorite game to play I have it downloaded on my personal computer and play it as often as Ican. My only complaint is that you can not save your game so you cancontinue at another time(when the boss goes to lunch) and you can save thechinese horoscope symbols that you've already saved. You have to start allover again.Some different symbols would be nice to try instead of the twochoices you have for each row. But the different layouts are great andbeing able to set different time limits on your game is good too. I reallylove it. The only problems I now have is carpal tunnel on my wrists and eyestrain becauseI can't put the game down. Thanks alot . Some orientalmusic playing in the background would of suited this game much better thanthe one that plays in the background. It's got a cute little tune to it..

Charming and wonderful!
Shanghai Pocket is a wonderful game, and has a lot of charm with its graphics and music. The music is repetitive, but it isn't annoying, and the animals that you free by completing each stage are a nice touch;interesting that they match the Chinese Zodiac! My only complaints are 1)The size of the tiles: You WILL need a Gameboy magnifier with a light, myeyesight is fine, but would strain others with less than good eyesight orhave tired eyes, and 2) The lack of a save game means that you have to playall 12 stages to watch the endgame feature! Switching the game off, orselecting "quit" and switching off will erase your progress, andit's tiring to play each stage without a break; thank goodness for NintendoAC adapters! These two complaints prevented a five star rating, but it isstill a wonderful game and I highly recommend it!

Shanghai Pocket
If you are a fan of tai-pai or mahjongg, then this game is for you.Once you get the hang of changing the screen to various tiles and stages (which consist of eg. mouse stage, tiger stage etc.) it's a great way to pass thetime on stormy winter nights.The game appears simple put once you getgoing it's very addicting so that you must play until you win. an ok game
if you whant 3d action you should go some were else. if your going on a trip and you need something to do in the car or on the plane... go some were else. this is a game that i beat in an hour. the only level that is any trouble is the very last one with zerg. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!! RENT IT! this is a game you play when you get bored. in order to use a wepon you have to have money but you can only have a total of five coins and if you whant to get on a jump jst or a hover bored you need to use all of it. you can only get on you jet or board for more than 2 minutes any way. the best wepon is iether the bazzooka or the machine gun. and when you fight the boss of the level it tells you what his *CURRENT* weakness is. and again RENT THIS GAME. Entertainingly HORRIBLE!
This game was a real disappiontment for Animorphs fans. The graphics are smudgy and in the first level, you just wander around aimlessly.

Not Worth Your Time Or Money....
I found this game quite by accident when looking for something to buy and play at Circuit City. Bought it, took it home, and started to play, thinking "Oh cool, I'll be able to morph into animals and fight aliens!"

Daughter loved this game
I purchased this for my 10yr old daughter [her first gameboy game] and she loved it.It was easiest enough so that she did not become frustrated with it.. and yet hard enough that it took several days to win.Her 12yr old brother [a game addict] even found the game entertaining and enjoyed it as well.I recommend this to anyone looking for a good, family quality, entertaining game.

It's ok
I am a huge dog fan so I bought this as my first gameboy color game. At first I was happy with the game, but it was too easy. With the exception of about 3 levels where you have to A. Bark at two men to get a key to open a door, B. Bark continually at an evil toymaker to beat the level, C. Bark into a sound projector to defeat Cruella DeVil, all the leves are the same! Find the miniscule, hard-to-see key and open all the cages! The only hard part to me was the level called "Research Laboratory" Where there were these weird platforms with up arrows on them and I couldn't figure out how to use them! Just jumping on them doesn't do anything, and I finally figured out that you hold the B button down while on the platforms without continually pressing it and wait till your puppy flys high enough to reach the last platform. Another con is the music. All the loud beeps, boops, and annoying twangy tunes that repeat themselves can really get on your nerves! The good thing is, after you beat the game, you get two codes for two fairly fun mini games. But even they get too easy for an experienced gamer. I will not deny you some enjoyment; the codes are: tank, dice, dice, tank, AND tank, dice, dice, dice. Have some fun! Really fun!!!!

My kids (4 yr old boy & 6 yr old girl) love this game.The 4 yr old can play it, and actually get to the next level.My 6 yr old gets into the double digit levels, but my wife (mommy) observed that they both started talking about killing things, which are obstacles in the game.They drop stuff on Daffy Duck, blow up Elmer Fudd, and dispose of them to advance.This could be the only negative about this game.It is also very absorbing.A good value for your Gameboy Color.

Buffy is greater than ever!
This game is great! It has great moves and art, but the game is short and the comics could use a tad bit more work. Otherwise, this game is fantastic. I played it with my friend for only ten minutes when he was not interested in Buffy, but now he has 5 seasons on DVD! I guess this game really is magic! Buy it today! PS: It'll be worth every penny!

Disappointing

Ok so I am a Buffy fan so I love this game. It's like one of those old martial arts games except it has a storyline. So basically you are watching a Buffy episode except your the one who is kicking butt. The game lets you know what buttons to push to do certain moves and it also gives you a password every time you complete a level, which is cool for me since I am constantly dying on the fourth level. awful a waste of money
this game is one of the worst games i ever played. at first when i saw it i thaught of the old arcade action, classic and really cool the box art was cool (witch i was tricked i hope no one else does) i paid about [$$] for it. i got home ripped open the box put it in my GBA and played it it flat out... i really hope no one buys this game.

Waldorf and Statler would have a field day with this one!
How could they do this to the Muppets?!?!I was overjoyed when I heard of the Muppet game, but sadly I shouldn't have been.This is one of the worst games for the GBC.The control is awful, the graphics are barely passable and the characters look nothing like their normal selves.Kermit and Animal are so tiny that you can't make out any body language.They're just green and red blobs moving about.The music is really awful too.When it boots up the music is barely audible, then once the "game" starts you get a repettive bore of a score.Don't even mention the "story line" and action of the game itself.It's just all so basic and executed so poorly.The Muppets hold so much promise for a terrific game and to see it wasted is painful.All we can do now is hope for a better effort on the Game Boy Advance.

Poor Kermit
You know, when I saw that there was a Muppet's game I was thrilled!I rented it and got and home...then I was sad.The game has got to be more impossible then getting to the moon on foot.Play control is so akward,the sound effects could blow out your ear drums, and I never figured outhow to get rid of enemies!It was so hard walk up onto anything, or downto anything for that matter.There isn't any reaction that tells you thatyou've hit and enemy,power-ups are scarce...and poor Kermit!He is shortand squatty; he looks like a renegade from "Frogger"!The gamewas poorly devolped and suffers from an unfortunate lack of imagination. Better than the first one
As the first heroes seemed to be a combination of the first two PC versions, the second one for game boy is more like a combo of heroes 2 and 3.I like that the creature system got an overhaul from that of Heroes I for Gameboy, but it lacks very important aspects which made the PC version fun (i.e.--opening the castle doors to let your creatures out in a siege).Although you can play with them in the scenarios, the dragons are inaccesible in the campaign game, which takes away from the fun a little and makes it more like heroes 1 and 2 where you only had 6 creature classes instead of 7.I would have to say though that if you are a heroes fan then you will love this game when you are away from the PC and can deal with the arrow keys instead of a mouse.

An Ingenious Strategy/RPG Game Implemented Well on the GBC
First and foremost I'd like to say that if you enjoy the "Heroes of Might and Magic" series at all, then you are going to love playing this game.I never played the original on the GBC because I thought that it lacked some key features that make the game.Fortunately, 3DO realized their mistakes and seem to have taken care of it in this release.There are 25 Scenarios for you to battle in, but more importantly a Campaign has been added to the game.I was hoping for some pretty cutscenes between missions but was sorely let down.It's not that bad though, they do provide you with a nice story and some decent pictures.Plus I think they make up for it when you beat the campaign.Read more

Addictive but sometimes too easy
I love the game of Monopoly on the board as well as the gameboy game.But after a few times of playing it on gameboy, I found strategies that made it almost impossible to lose.The only thing that makes mekeep playing it trying to get the most amount of net worth at the end of the game.I usually play it when I need something to do for a half hour or so.I would be good to take to jury duty.

One of the best video games ever!
I recieved Monopoly as a gift and have had a time trying to stop playing it! It is a lot of fun. I like the fact that you can play against another player(s), or play against the computer. I also like the fact that instead of just passing on buying a property, you either buy it or auction it, so the other player can have a chance to buy it, even though the starting prices are always very, very cheap. The graphics are very specific, also. Also, you can have a chance to raise money by selling or trading properies, money, or houses or hotels if you go bankrupt during the game. You can also have a set time limit if you want to play for a certain amount of time. Overall, Monopoly is an excellent game I would recommend to anybody!

PLEASANT
I love playing Monopoly and can destroy anyone who challenges me. But what do I do when [others] are too scared to play me? I play this. I wasn't sure if this would be good or bad and was suprised it was not that bad. Still, it is a bit easy but when yur board this will take up some time. Sweet But............
This game is alright I mean it has Sting who is my favorite wrestler besides Brock Lesnar,anyway this Mayhem game has only 8 move sets each,and it doesn't have create a wrestler mode,or even 10 additional wrestlers.So you can get this game,but it is only fun for vacations,or if you are only bored.

Great game
Ok first for all of those who say this game stink I feel sorry for you.Here what I think of wcw mayhem: its a great game for those who like wcw (I one of them), the backstage fighting is good, and last, it has 12 wrestling superstars. I hope you like this game as much as I do.

This game was very strange. It's pretty much like the old version yet too easy. If you want a great Space Invaders game, get it for PC. It's fun and if you beat the game(it's really easy), you unlock the old version. This game isn't too good. Just skip it.

I thought this would be like the arcade version of Space Invaders Deluxe but I was disappointed.I could sit there all day and keep clearing the most "advanced" level.What happened to the challenge of the oldgame?As an "old timer" I enjoy the old arcade games that I grewup with...it would not have been too difficult to duplicate the arcade gameor at least make it a challenge (as in Pac Man and Missle Command versionsfor Game Boy).By the way...where are Galaga and Gorf?
