4-0 out of 5 stars Totally original, a bit redundant, but still great
Ok, so I borrowed this game from a friend, not know WHAT to expect. But it was obviously good enough for me to buy it afterwards, and i DON'T usually buy games!
5-0 out of 5 stars Very Unique
If forced to compare this to other games, I'd say it's most like the Myst family of adventures.Even that's not really fair.Indigo is more like an interactive movie than anything else.
4-0 out of 5 stars I'mNotQuite sure to go with Indigo

1-0 out of 5 stars bad game
"Dear God, please let this horrible game be a figment of my imagination"
5-0 out of 5 stars The greatest game on the NES
If Super Mario Bros.(1) maded mario a star, arguably Super Mario Bros. 3 is where his legend begins as a video game character. In this game, mario has the most power-ups than any game he has had ever before and after. The music and game mechanics are astounding. It Truly ranks up there with Super Mario World 1&2 and Super Mario 64
5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best games for the NES, period
I'm 13, and I've owned an atari 2600/7800 and a NES all of my life, and I have to say that the game I've played most(other that Zelda, Metroid, Super Mario Bros., etc.) is Super Mario 3. The game was so well designed and so enveloping, and was still simple enough for a 2 year old(yes I've been gaming that long)to play. All in all, this game brought me some good memories and is worth every penny. ... Read more

Nintendo's winning streak of rehashing and enhancing classic SuperNintendo games for the tiny GBA screen continues with this surprisinglyaddictive arcade racer. For those new to the Mario Kart game series, Nintendomascots (Mario, Donkey Kong, Luigi, etc.) race go-carts along fantastic tracksthat feature various offensive and defensive power-ups (banana peels andmushroom boosts, to name two). Accumulate enough points and you'll win circuittrophies.Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Did You Like the SNES Version?
Mario Kart Super Circuit for Game Boy Advance is best compared to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) counterpart. If you began liking Mario Kart with the Nintendo 64 version, then the GBA version will not live up to your expectations. However, I have friends who prefer the SNES version; so if you are one of those, consider the GBA version an upgrade from the SNES version.
5-0 out of 5 stars AWESOME GAME
This game is worth buying. I especially love the booby-traps like the pokey turtle and the banana peel. It is a super game and I am soooo happy someone just gave it to me in August 2006! Even though its an old game, it is very worth it!

3-0 out of 5 stars it's O.K.
this game was o.k. when I first got it, but now it's pretty much bore me to death. It's just like all the other racing games, only with mario and his friends. This game's a stinko!!! ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Tomb Raider Legendary Bust
This is by far the worst in the Tomb Raider series. The controls are impossible and the action lame. The auto sight never seems to work even if you're right on top of an assailant. It seems the designers tried to make it more 'Movie' like and forgot it's just a game. It's supposed to be fun not laborious. They should go back to what works and modify the character from lV Revelation.

3-0 out of 5 stars Tomb Raider Legend-playability
The game,so far, is fun. I play at the easy level. The problem I experience on my Dell Dimension PC is the perspective will change when I'm least expecting it. All of a sudden instead of viewing say, from behind Lara, the view will just change to the top of her head. When your trying to kill something critical this perspective change is a major drawback to the game. I can't believe this wasn't picked up in the Beta testing. I bought the game as a "used" item so I'm very happy not to have paid full retail. It probably wouldn't have been worth the price.

3-0 out of 5 stars A Bit Disappointing
Well I am not a game expert or top notch player. I play for fun to kill some time. I have played all the past TR games, and enjoyed them. First of all with Legend, I thought the improved graphics were almost breathtaking, almost brought Lara to life. Although if you do not have a recent system it will slow you down. I was really frustrated with the new controls though, it took me a bit to just to be able to move around efficiently. I miss some of the old safeguards for us NON-professional game players, like being able to walk up to a edge without falling off. Quick saves and loads. Being able to collect multiple health packs and flares to use when you really need them.

4-0 out of 5 stars The Secret of the Old Clock is Fun Time Spent

4-0 out of 5 stars omg
OMG how can u think the music is dull??????????? Its some of my favorite music for the games. It's lively. You might not like it but it's definatley not dull! Why would you have scary music in a friendly scene???? This game is not scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun, But Short
I really like this game, especially that you get to drive [having 4 more years before I can even touch a wheel, this is awesome! :-)]and that it is set in 1930 (awesome!), and that you get to use a 1930 payphone (don't ask me why I like this, I just do. Maybe because you don't have to dial numbers? YAY!),and that you can talk to Nancy's dad (first time ever!) and that in my opinion, Bess and George are really funny in this one (and they have "a nosy busybody", as Bess puts it, sharing their phone line), and that you get to go fishing (though it's not exactly hard. Strange, the fish is in the same place.....EVERY. TIME.) and that there's a minature golf course (which, though sometimes annoying, is actually quite fun overall)! Sooo... what don't I like? For one thing, saying the game is based on the book is exagerating. Hello? The game is nothing like the book. OK, there's a clock. Oh look, another clock. And- *GASP* - ANOTHER clock???? As I recall, the book had ONE CLOCK (that was significant) in it! Also, Nancy stays at Lilac Inn in........the FOURTH book! Plus about every other change you can think of. (Guess what? In the game, the banker, Jim Archer, is about 50 and married, and the president of a bank. In the book, Helen Corning marries Jim Archer. I can tell you this: the two Jim Archers are NOT the same person.) OK. I don't really care if it's not like the book, it would be cool, bubt also pointless- you already know what is going to happen! So, I can see why the game is nothing like the book, but saying it is based on the book is not true! (In case you read the book and you think you know what the game is like.) I didn't really like the ending. It's different, which is good, but...I don't like it. (It's a...chase. No more said in case I spoil the ending.) But even though I probably seem like I hate the game, I actaully like it. It has pretty good graphics, an "upgrade" for the most part, there are quite a few puzzles, none particuarly challenging but more or less interesting, I like all the characteres, though Richard Topham and Jan Willobee talk a LITTLE too much. Plus I wanted to... do something to Jane. She annoys me SOOOO much. But she's funny (not on purpose)at least, her eyebrows go waaaaay up. It's funny. LOL. See for yourself. I actually reccomend this game if you don't mind solveing it quickly (I solved it in 7-8 hours, about 3-4 hours per day). It's good for beginners and people who like fast-movingn games. Overall, it's not at all a bad game. I play it over and over again! ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars I have to agree with some of the other reviewers. . .
I picked this game up fairly cheap for the PC (I think I paid five bucks for it) because I had heard many good things about it.I loaded it up on my desktop computer (which is only about a year old and not that slow, after all, I had just put in a new video card) and started playing it.I loved the dialogue, the witty banter, and I was generally having a blast playing it until it started to slow waaayy down as I started moving through the game until the characters were moving so sluggishly and swinging their weapons so slowly, they all looked like they were in slow motion (like some of the other reviewers have said.)I gave up on it and took the game to my laptop, which is newer and has a faster processor. It started off at what seemed to be normal speed. The Bard was trotting across the screen and swinging his flail at a rapid pace. Then about chapter four, it started slowing down again, all the way to a point where I couldn't play it anymore. All the fun had been zapped out of it as it took a good hour to swing and chop at four wolves in the forest.Sadly, I abandoned it for the PC, even though I was having a lot of fun with it up until then.I don't understand why it has so many problems running on a PC.Everything was sluggish, like the characters were moving in molasses.I turned down all the game settings, but it didn't seem to help much.If I want to see the game all the way through, I guess I'll have to break down and get it for the Playstation.

3-0 out of 5 stars Game has features InXile hasn't marketed!!
The following is a letter I sent to programmers for "The Bard's Tale".I believe it adequately reflects my feelings for this game:
1-0 out of 5 stars Promising Game- wrecked by implementation
I was an original Bard's Tale enthusiast, and really wanted to like this game. After I got over the fact this was almost NOTHING like the original game, I just looked at it as a new game. Unfortunately, this is basically a console gamer, as others have stated. Absolutely none of a PC's capabilities were used- every house, village and dungeon has to be loaded EVERY single time. The view cannot be changed, and none of the 'standard' PC mouse/cursor interface seems implemented at all. All in all, I was very disappointed. I periodically try and revisit it again, because I DO like the humor, but it's just too painful to play. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Old MMO but still fun.
In some ways Everquest hasn't changed all that much, while in others it is a completely different game from what it was even a year ago. Some things about the game have been drastically improved (like tradeskills) and if you like a more quiet atmosphere on a game server; the population is a little lower these days as most of the kiddies have moved on to World of Warcraft, EQ2, etc.
5-0 out of 5 stars New Progression
There is no game even close to offering the content you will get in this package, even if this was selling at $100. Now is the best time to try EverQuest if you never have due to the new EverQuest Progression servers that slowly unlock content to keep you from being overwhelmed as a new player, as well as bring back memories for older players. Stop regretting not having played during EQ's prime and give her a spin.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great, but a few flaws i would like to inform
Quake fans, FPS fans, PC gamer fans, whatever, this is a great game. The graphics and sound are great. The story line isnt horrible, however, I wasn't that impressed. The game comes with a bonus CD with 3 different versions of Quake 2 and lots of extras and movie/trailers for quake4. The weapons are fun, and dont take too long to get (unlike some games). You can even get weapon upgrades. Multiplayer is FLIPPIN SWEET!!! This is all adds up to build what i call "great in the most important ways".
4-0 out of 5 stars Great mindless fun and visual eye candy
I was in the market for a mindless shooter that would deliver great visuals, great audio, and lots of shooting, and Quake 4 delivered on all accounts. It's not a perfect game, but it was perfect for what I was looking for at the time. Here is my take on it:
3-0 out of 5 stars In the Dark
All in all, the game wasn't too bad.

3-0 out of 5 stars Doesnt Really Work...
This item I boiught for my PS1 games (Digimon and Monster Rancher 1) because cheats I think are so much fun to use. It wont work on the new mini PS2's which I think stinks becasue it is said it will work on all Playstation models so i advise you to ignore buying this if u have a new miniPS2. Also it works very slow and takes a loarge amount of time to even start the game and put in the cheats.

5-0 out of 5 stars gameshark
though finding codes for this old disc is only by 3rd party sites, (interact sold the rights of gameshark to madcatz and they droppped all products made by interact before a certain year) it works great!i have not yet received mine because its still in the mail but i had one about a year ago that my dog broke so i ordered this one. it comes pre-loaded with tons of codes for alot of games. people complain about freezing, this is inevitable when you stuff in codes made by people, not 3rd party sites. to find codes for games try searching through gamefaqs.com they have f.a.q.'s made by people along time ago which alot of the ps1 games section has gameshark codes faqs.

1-0 out of 5 stars Bad, Bad, Bad
This gameshark sucks.I bought it recently to finally be able to beat Chrono Cross, hoping to finish a hard game.It freezes before it even gets to the main menu screen on a PS2.Where I bought it from said it would work on a PS2 console, which it clearly does not. Also, don't bother looking for any new (any PS1 game past 1999) game codes because it does not have new game's codes. And the official website?Worthless. ...
