The best version yet
This game is seriously awesome! Most of the gameplay is the same as the original red, blue, and yellow versions, except with way better graphics. The wireless trading system rocks, I have a friend who has leaf green and we trade a lot to get the pokemon we need. A nice addition is the Sevii islands, they offer a lot more things to do, and they also are home to the day care center where you can breed pokemon(I already have like 10 charmanders, and of course you can't breed legendaries).Another fun addition is the shiny pokemon (pokemon that are unusually colored) I haven't found any yet, but my friend has a golden machoke and a yellow magikarp.

the best pokemon yet
this is the best pokemon game yet at first I had doubts about this game but I found pokemon yellow and played this at my friends house and I couldn't believe how good this game was the graphics are great the poke mon are great too this is a must buy

The best Pokemon game to date
When Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire came out, I was very distraught to learn that some of my favorites from the original Game Boy generation, particularly Nidoking and Persian, were absent from them. Furthermore, since the Advance Generation employs a different system for Pokemon stats and is on vastly different hardware, I could not upload my power Pokemon from Crystal or Blue. And there were some things that annoyed me about Ruby/Sapphire, including the spineless rival and outlandish town concepts (Who builds a town atop trees or inside a crater?).
A tough but fun game
This game is pretty tough mainly because the elite four is hard.But once you beat them theyre are seven islands to explore including island 8 and 9 accesed only through the nintindo events.I gave this game overall 5*****s because the game althroughout kanto and the nine islands are very fun to explore and unlock mysteries.And I gave it 4****s on the funness level because the elite four gets on my nerves because the last battle is your rival and hes plane tough.But it has great graphics and the features like the teachy tv the vs seeker the berry pouchand also has the net ball the nest ball I think it also has the timer ball to.I also like the fact that it comes with a wirrless adapter.But this game can be described in one word and that is fun. ... Did You Like the SNES Version?
Mario Kart Super Circuit for Game Boy Advance is best compared to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) counterpart.If you began liking Mario Kart with the Nintendo 64 version, then the GBA version will not live up to your expectations.However, I have friends who prefer the SNES version; so if you are one of those, consider the GBA version an upgrade from the SNES version.
AWESOME GAME
This game is worth buying. I especially love the booby-traps like the pokey turtle and the banana peel. It is a super game and I am soooo happy someone just gave it to me in August 2006! Even though its an old game, it is very worth it!

I would suggest that people who like Pac-Man should get it because it is fun. But the fact that they didn't include Ms.Pac-Man made it less fun. I mean, I think that Ms. Pac-Man was about the best and most challenging game of the Pac-Man games. Besides, most of the games were pretty lame.

Spyro Rules!!!
This game is very well made. Its graphics look 3-D and its sounds are awsome!!! Its game play is very rewarding. When you defeat Ripto you get a checker game and if you defeat Ripto and get all 100 fireflies and gems (you can get all of these before AND after you beat Ripto) you unlock a sparx level!! There are also three worlds to visit. Not only do you play as Spyro, you also play as Shelia (the kangaroo) and Agent 9 (the space monkey). There are many cheat codes for this game. But one is, at the title screen enter up, right, down, up, right, left, up, right, down, B. You should hear a noise confirming this code. It will give you all breath abilities. (Including the power-ups!!) Overall this is a 5-star game.

Really Good Game!
Hello all, I got this game a few weeks ago and I am still playing it. I've just reached the 60% done mark. This game is so fun and challenging that it's a must have! I am someone who loves to play games when I get the chance. I play some everyday. I have played Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and beat it in less than a week. I also played Super Mario Land THE GOLD COINS and beat it in several hours. The game CABELA'S BIG GAME HUNTER was such a disapointment and I beat it in 2 days. But this game I just keep going back to and each time I get a little more done. The hocky part I just beat last night, phew that was hard! LOL. But anyways the games, features and graphics are awesome! This is such a cool game. It's so life like and full of vibrant colors. But the game itself is easy to follow, you can't get stuck for long. You have to clear the levels, simple as that....yet its hard to find everything so the challenge is there....Just a fun game...recommend it to kids as well my 10 and 13 y.o. play it and love it too. GREAT GAME A+

Great for the roads
These GBA videos are the best.I bought about 3 so far.I let my daughter take them on the road while we travel.They are at least 30mins or so.The graphics and sounds are awesome.And they most of the time have 3 videos per disk.I overhear my daughter just laughing away while watching the video.If your child is into Pokemon, and you want to make a road trip just a bit more enjoyable, buy the GBA videos.You should be able to find a good bargain now. ... I was really excited to get the game...until a began playing it.The forced story line is not what I expected.I got through the game only because I wanted to see what was next in hopes that it got better (which it didn't).The side games are pretty lame.The only one I continued to play was kheel haulin cards.It was a decent game except when the computer takes YOUR cards at random!That was really frustrating.The game has no instruction on how to really play it, and why it is ok for the computer to take your cards and you can not take theirs.I wanted to throw the game against the wall a couple of times for sure.

I am addicted after only two days!
I got this game a couple of days ago, and it's the best game I have for GBA.It's a deceptively simple game, the rotating, busy backgrounds sometimes make it difficult to aim accurately, so there's some challenge there.Unlike most of my GBA games, I love the music/sound effects, especially the sounds when you bank off the wall.

Snood, you can't put it down.
Snood is so addictive, I've played for hours before I realize it. Then I put it down and say that's enough for today, then in 15 minutes or less it's back in my hands and time is flying by again. Prayer Warrior

Suprisingly good
Bought this one to see what quality was like. It was pretty good, the kids think it's cool to watch their own movie. Still not as good as a protable DVD, and they have really compressed film!!

spyro season of Ice
I dont know if the game was good or not scince I got it for my step sister but she to enjoy it and she cant play video games that well.

This game is awful! Absolutly, positively DON'T buy it.
I own the first three Spyro games and when this one came out I coudn't wait to get it. However, I made a serios mistake. Spyro can't move very well, and you die the second you come near water, which I think is terrible seeing as this game is supposed to take place AFTER he learned to swim. This game has bad graphics, annoying speedways and Sparx levels, and can't show elevation. As a general rule, everything looks completly flat so when you go to make a glide, you find out the place you're gliding to is too high. Furthermore, enemies with missles and fireworks take about two seconds aiming at you then they just blow you up. In conclusion NEVER, EVER buy this game!

Annoying!
I have all the Spyro games for PS1 & PS2, and I LOVE them, so when I got my GBA I bought Season Of Ice right away....and was very annoyed.At first I thought it would be cool, because there are fairies and mermaids, but the controls are much more difficult on the GBA than the Playstations.I have trouble getting Spyro to go the direction I want him to, especially on diagonals.I think it's because you're using directional buttons instead of a joystick.I don't think it can be the fault of the button on my individual GBA, because I bought it brand new and this is one of the first games I've played on it.Anyway, I have trouble crossing bridges and just moving around in general; it makes it incredibly obnoxious, because every time you fall in water you die.I say, if you have a Game Cube and a Game Boy Player (so you can use a joystick) this could be a great game, but if you just have a GBA, don't bother, it's more frustrating than it's worth. ... Frustrating at times, but cute.......
I'm a 31 year old mother of 2 boys 6 & 12. I love to play Spyro & my kids do to. It's one of only 4 video games I do play. My opinion on this double set is first it's a great deal to get both games in one. It is a cute game, but certain subsections of each world are almost too frustrating to play. At one point I had to go online to find the walkthrough because I couldn't figure out how to quit getting stung by bees(you'll know it when you get to it) & I got very frustrated. Then I found out at that website that I could have never figured it out on my own without the cheat information (lead the bee to a flower by running since flame or charging won't kill it). They could've done without things like that because it makes certain parts way too hard & even impossible at times for an average player. My best advice is if you are playing for fun & not just to beat another Spyro game, just skip those hard sections & keep going. There are plenty of fun parts & you can always come back after you've completed everything & put yourself up for a challenge. Also remember you are getting 2 games, not just one. I just wouldn't suggest this for a very young player that likes simple games. My 6 year old gets too frustrated at those parts I was describing & ends up quitting unless we help him beat that world or section. So it is a cute game, but parts of it do get very challenging & sometimes even hopeless, but it keeps me busy when the kids are in school.LOL.Good Luck.

I bought this game, really excited because I loved Spyro and Crash on Playstation, but I wish I had read the reviews first. It's not only boring, but irritatingly difficult. I bought this at the same time I bought my GBA, and I hope that other games are better.
