4-0 out of 5 stars Some additions were great others not so much
Madden 06 is still the Madden everyone is addicted. The biggest changes this year is the inclusion of the qb vision and precision passes. These two things are by far one the best new features in 06. It addes another layer of realism and lot more challenge for those who constantly pump up the difficulty level. It takes a little getting used to but once you get a feel for it your gonna love it. The downside is that those two things are really the only new features worth mentioning. One big add on for 06 besides the new qb features is the Superstar mode. On paper it sounds very promising and for the first few minutes I was enjoying myself then massive boredom sets in. There are a few words that describe superstar mode well let's see: tedious, boring, lame, stupid, repetition!!!!, oh and did I mention boring and most importantly crap. It is unfortunate that the Superstar mode turned out to be a collassoul failure but honestly EA what is the fun in playing through endless practices and retarded interviews and acting gigs. Sure making idiotic rants to your agent can be fun but nothing lasts forever. Unless you really like doing the sme thing over and over you'll be simulating just about every event on your calendar besides actual games. I hope that in the upcoming Madden 07 that the superstar mode is fixed. Knowing EA my hopes aren't to high. The one player perspective thing for 07 sounds good but there has got to be more changes made to the superstar mode than just that. Other flaws present in 06 include that god awful radio brodcaster Tony Bruno and John Madden who probably hasn't recorded a new line of dialogue for the game in years, unfortunately that is probably a good thing. So overall Madden 06 delivers what the gamers want. The game has it's flaws but 06 proves to be a whole lot of fun. I can't wait for Madden 07, just about a month now, which should touch up the issues in 06 but who knows how much.

5-0 out of 5 stars great but playbook glitches

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect For Parties!
Fuzion Frenzy is an awesome game! With stunning graphics and gameplay that never gets boring. This game has many different group games to play and is perfect for hours of fun with up to four or more friends!! This game is wonderful and is definitely worth buying!

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect Party Game
While this game is not much fun in the single player mode it is a perfect multiplayer party game. The gameplay is fun and the controls are simple enough to pick up on first or second try. So people can come over and instantly join in the fun, without worrying about not being as good. The games are simple and funny- especially Victim! We originally played the demo included on the first Halo, but we played it so much when people came over that we bought the full version!

5-0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Perfect Sky Fighting Game
Wow!This game is great!I could not believe the first time I put this game in my X Box and set it off.It truly is fantastic.I first noticed the wonderful soundtrack. The music continues on, and is not abrupt, when sinister things happen. It reminds me of the background music you hear during scary movies like "Psycho" etc, whenyou are watching the protagonist do something he or she is not supposed to be doing.
5-0 out of 5 stars Fantastically Fun both Single and Multi Player
This aerial combat game involves an alternate universe - it's sort of like the 1930s, but with a twist. You get a lot of planes, fighting and nice graphics. Usually when we play games to review, we play them through and then are done. This is one of the few games that we loved so much that we replayed it many times.
4-0 out of 5 stars Crimson Skies
Xbox owners, allow me to introduce you to the game that will make you forget all about MechAssault. Mech-what? MechAssault. You know, the first-party game that kicked Xbox Live multiplayer onto your radar. Yeah, that one. Well, now you have Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge, the next Microsoft title that will turn your console online and your smack-talking into high gear.

3-0 out of 5 stars THIS GAME IS OKAY, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE CARS?
If you like cars, this is the game for you.Buy it!You won't be disapointed, I wasn't.The few things that this game didn't include was the CUSTOM SOUNDTRACK option. This is not a very good thing, partially because the standard music is really bad, and that the songs repeat over, and over, and over, and over, and... well you get the picture. The second thing that I didn't like about NSFU2 was that there wasn't a great selection of cars in the Xbox version.Once you get to Level 2, the guidebook says that you will get an Audi TT, a Hummer H2, and many other cars. When I reached Level 2, all I got was the basic cars (Honda Civic, Mazda Miata, etc.) and an Escalade and Lincoln Navigator.HUH?! When I got to the shop and looked at the prices for the car parts, I nearly fainted. They were way more money then any pro-gamer could accumulate during 3 hours of play.Well, then there is the sense of speed. What is this all about!?The cars (not including the Miata) were very slow.
4-0 out of 5 stars Driven To Speed
I always have been in the mood for all different kinds of video games, but the most excited I actually feel over are the fast and furious racing games. While there have been some great games like Mario Kart and the wild San Francisco Rush from the arcade days, I definitely have been becoming a big fan of the Need For Speed franchise. The game series definitely has delivered for gamers young and old like the pursuiting of the police in Hot Pursuit 2, and the recently well-received conjured Most Wanted. While the thrill of the chase has been outrageous, the deep souls of the street racing underground has been kind of a surprise to me.
4-0 out of 5 stars Fun Game....Useless Story Line
Overall, NFSU2 is a fun game. This game packs plenty of customization, open ended game play, decent soundtrack, and good graphics. Oh yeah, there is aslo some racing, which there are various types of racing. Also there is a range of difficulty; some races are easy to win, while others may take a few attempts to win. This could have easily been a five star game, but for some unknown reason, NFSU2 also includes several cut scenes that features a comic book style story line that does nothing to enhance the game in anyway at all. In fact, I thought the story line took away from the overall enjoyment of the game. The good news about the story line is that you can skip it with a press of a button. I would suggest using the button very strongly, unless you have a dissapointment fetish, skip it, because there is no payoff for sitting through it.I learned that thehard way. One other flaw of the game, there is a ton of product placement, but unlike the story line, it doesn't really have an imact on the gameplay. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A fun game
I am not a fan of EA they always try to rip you of.I have played 2 games in race to the Heisman the first i played in j varsity the next game varsity. i play as Ohio State my first game was maimi of ohio the next was as you all know Texas i bley texas out like 82 to 8. it was outrages the graphics are good the game is fun so far. I switched contols from 06 to 05 i love to run my QB but playing in 05 controls i cant pull the ball down to run it if somone knows please tell me overall a good game.

3-0 out of 5 stars Easy?Yes.Groundbreaking?Hardly.
Sure, this game is still fun to play; but on the other hand, we've all played this game last year when it was called "NCAA Football 2005."The only REAL difference between 2005 and 2006 is that the latest title is 100x's easier than 2005.
1-0 out of 5 stars Lobs gallore,80YD TD passes everytime.BORING.
I can't believe how many people are saying how "realistic" this game is.That can not be further from the truth. All the CPU does is lob the ball down field on 3rd and long plays and the receiver catches it 80% of the time regardless of coverage. What fun is that? This in itself is highly unrealistic.Don't even get me started on the other things this game does. NCAA 2006 is nothing but an arcade game, realism is thrown out the window in this one.EA does not know the meaning of AI.The only difference between the levels is the amount of cheating the CPU does.

3-0 out of 5 stars NOT AS GOOD AS CALL OF DUTY 2 OR BROTHERS IN ARMS:EARNED IN BLOOD!
MOH:Frontline was good "Rising Sun" was krap-MOH:EA is alright-but ever since MOH got itself some rivals which are the COD and BIA series-MOH has been falling into third place why, here is what COD and BIA have that MOH don`t:
5-0 out of 5 stars Too hard???
I've read a previous review that this game is too hard on the normal level setting. That is simply not the case at all. This game was made to be realistic in many aspects and I believe that it is VERY accurate on gameplay and the amount of shots a player can take before being killed. This game is no stand-up-run-around-directly-up-to-the-krauts-and-shoot-them-dead-all-the-while-taking-rounds-and-living type game at all.It requires that you move and act like you are fighting in a real war while taking cover and dodging enemy fire and being TACTICAL.Imagine yourself being fired upon by rifles in real life and not taking some type of cover. This game is way beyond the 1990's Doom first person shooter and I'm glad of it.The fact that it takes 2-3 hits from enemy fire before having to seek medical attention in the game is actually pretty lenient if you ask me and if the game is played smartly there is plenty of med kits to pick up and use. This is not the game for you if you're the type that likes to run through a $30-$40 game in a few hours and be done. The object is to play the game and enjoy it, not see how fast you can finish, that's pointless and impossible with this game.I'm playing the veteran level now and the challenge makes the replay value of this game very enjoyable.

1-0 out of 5 stars WORST MOH on the market !!
stay away from this game it will reel you in and never truley let you go,seriously!im not joking, this is the game puts a new meaning to the MOH series...lame,dumb,and stupid.Surly if you have never played a MOH and you just happen to try one out,and you for some odd reason you choose this one,you will ask yourself "OK lets see,i went to school, right yeah, yeah but i dont get it i was the smartestone in class, and i always had good jugement and i always put it to good use,i dont see what went wrong, this LOOKED to be a promising game uh its the worst ever!oo I knowi will takeit to the back yard and blast it full with buckshot!,yeah thats good or i could burn it,desisions,desisions...".but let me see this game is so terrible it makes the "gerries" whimper because they dont want to be shot,by such idiots with the IQ of a 2 year old broke loose with a thompson...yeah thats one, maybe its because they arent dying because the ally soldiers cant shoot worth a $#!%...yeah thats probably it.OK lets move on the graphics arent realistic at all,for example CMIS Grimes looks like Big Bird...catch phrases and all,the voice acting is quite satisfying in a weird way...the accents are well done so i suppose i cant say anything on that really you know what i mean?though i must say that the middile of the level boss fights are fun but for no more than a few times through, the way the health bar for the boss is designed is really cool.this game is a bit further as far as freedom for a war game you know like the adreniline attack is also really cool.so in closing im just go on and say it so here it is...F*** IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Money well spent
This game is a blast! The controls are a little tricky at first but once I got the hang of it the game rocks.Great graphics and zoom ability to see facial expressions. The computer version has a lot more to do within the game then the other versions.Super fun!

5-0 out of 5 stars Addicting
The sims 2 on xbox is one of the best games I have ever played. You have the ability to control your sims every move. This game is very addicting and provides many hours of fun and enjoyment. The sims 2 on xbox is good for people that don't have a powerful enough to play the pc version. However the xbox game does not include the ability for your sims to age. But it is still a very fun game and it provides many hours of fun.

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun!
I love this game.It is sooooooo addicting! lolIt easily draws you in once you start playing.I always say i'm gonna play for like 30 mins to 1 hr...but 3 to 4 hrs later I put the controller down. =)I rate this game overall a 4 b/c in my opinion, Bustin Out had way more customization options for your home.In Sims 2, there is no pool table or swimming pools. That's just so wrong! You HAVE to have a swimming pool but alas it's not in Sims 2.Good thing I also have Bustin Out! lolI recommend this for Sims fans. For newcomers, I recommend Bustin Out first. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Crazy wacky fun!
This game is so much fun! You simply go around terrorizing the people of Earth and steal their DNA. What I think is the funniest part of the game is the first level when you are on a farm and you can make humans, cows, and even chicken do the chicken dance by hypnotyzing them. Awesomely great game buy it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Take Me To Your Leader
This game is flat out awesome. It starts out when a scout saucer flown by an alien of the furon race is accidentaly shot down by humans conducting military research. The curiose humans send the alien to a research facility known as area-42.To rescue the lost furon an alien warrior named Cryptosporidium-137 (ie Crypto) comes to earth to save his kidnapped comrad the only way he knows how: by killing everything in his path. With several uber destructive weapons, an upgradable flying saucer, and telokenetic powers, I found this game to be loads of fun. There are missions that you must comlete but you can also roam freely about each of the cities, wreaking havok as you see fit. With a grand theft auto style free play system, I spent many hours melting my way through the american cities. The game truly feels like GTA with an alien element thrown in.Of course its nowhere near as offensive as GTA is.In fact, Destroy All Humans often made hilarious observations about 1950's society. As an added bonus, you collect human brains to use to buy new weapon and sauxer upgrades from Pox, your commander. All in all this game played great, was funny, and involving. This is definatly in my top 5 favorite games.Buy it now or you WILL be analy probed by aliens.

5-0 out of 5 stars Ride Into The Sunset
Gun is a third person shooter for the XBOX. You play a gunslinger out to avenge the death of your father, who was murdered by outlaws. You go From town to town and accomplish missions which propell the story or take a side-quest to earn more money and develope your skills. The best way to describe this game, is Grand Theft Auto meets the old west. You have huge free-roaming levels. First let me get the negatives out of the way. When you travel through towns you will find NPCs (non player characters) walking about, chatting, there is even random crimes taking place. All these are nice touches and add the atmosphere of the gameplay, but the towns feel a bit empty. You will see rivers and lakes in the levels, but you cannot go swimming. Walking to certain areas of the map will be blocked by an invisible barrier; which subtracts from the fantasy. Although the game is free-form, there are a few linear missions, you have to finish through. Negatives aside, this is still an excellent game and should not discourage you from making a purchase. Gun has so many fun things to do; you can hi-jack/ride any horse that is not being used, you get an assortment of weapons like, pistols, rifles, shotguns, dynamite and bow with arrows. You can make stealthy kills with a knife and cut people's throats, become a deputy keep the peace in town, be a bounty hunter and bring down outlaws, hunt bears or wolves, do side missions for other characters or just follow the storyline. Everything in this game reminds of GTA except of course you're a cowboy instead of a gangster. Shootouts can be bloody at times as you can make headshots and blow people's brains out. Kids should not be playing this; for adults only. Hurting innocent people causes the law to come after you, but killing criminals is loads of fun (no pun intended). This game exciting, but can also be laid back if you choose to play that way. So if you like old west actions or western movies and wished a good game existed; this is the one for you!
3-0 out of 5 stars Not enough of a good thing.
Neversoft takes break from the long-running TONY HAWK series and enters completely new territory with GUN, attempting to meld free-roaming gameplay with classic adventures of the American West.It is not a particularly successful experiment, though it has its moments.
5-0 out of 5 stars This game is great
this game has subtle hints of "the good the bad and the ugly" in it.Your character is similar to clint eastwood's "blondie" character in his italian western movies.its a lot of fun to play.like grand theft auto, you don't have to do only missions and there is a free roam.you can buy guns, knives, whiskey...its alot of fun to play.alot of missions ot choose from.the gore is hilarious.BUY IT ... 2-0 out of 5 stars Graphics or motion problems galore
Some of the courses on the PC game work great and are a lot of fun. Other courses, such as Bethpage, Pumpkin Ridge, Kapalua, do not work properly. The motion of the graphics is segmented so that timing becomes almost an impossible challenge. Not on every shot, but enuff to ruin a score on the hole and with a few problem shots on different holes, the round. The 2005 game does not have this problem and its graphics are far superior in any event. Really hope that this problem is corrected for the PC game in '07.

4-0 out of 5 stars can't really complain too much
this is probably the funnest, most addictive game i've ever played. i bought 2004 a couple years ago and i've been a fan of this series ever since. the graphics are great, and the game play is very realistic. it's almost like you're watching golf on tv when you play this game. one thing i like about this game is that you never run out of challenges. with the real time event calendar there's a new challenge every day, and with the pga tour season mode, and rivals mode you never run out of things to do. i've been playing this game for a couple months now and i still havn't beat it. this game is great, but there are a couple things that keep it from being a full 5 stars. once you create a golfer, and build his statistics up until they're maxed out the game gets really easy. it's still a lot of fun but you never lose and rarely hit a bad shot. i also thought there should be a lot more golf courses in this game. playing the same couple courses over and over again starts to get old after awhile. another thing that i don't really like is the game breaker feature. it was cool at first when i first started playing the game but some of the shots you can make when your gamebreaker meter is full are just rediculous. i used my gamebreaker on one shot and the ball landed in a bunker, rolled up and out of the bunker, through the rough, onto the green, and into the hole for an eagle. thats just rediculous. its basically cheating. you can knock down eagles and double eagles like nothing with a gamebreaker. lastly, there are a lot of glitches in this game. sometimes you'll find the announcers talking about something completley different than whats actually going on. you'll get the ball on the green and they'll yell oh what a nasty shot, its in the rough. this happens a lot throughout the game. all complaints aside, this is a great game, it's fun, addicting, and definatly worth the money. i'll be buying 2007 as soon as it comes out.

5-0 out of 5 stars Hole in one
This games is great. I am a new fan of sports games. I have been playing this with other guys at work (I have a great job) and we have been rocking the house taking turns and rooting each other on. Even the girls get into watching.

1-0 out of 5 stars Can't get to second level.
The child the game was purchased for enjoys the first level but will never know anything about the second level because the game crashes with the message that there must be something wrong with the disk and your must reset the game console.
5-0 out of 5 stars VIOLENT BLOODY SHARK ATTACKS!!!
Jaws is screaming bloody good fun. It is not designed to be one of the best graphically looking games of all time, or even the most intelligent, but it has bags of surreal murderous mayhem to offer and not since `Manhunt' has there been anything quite as violent as it. I am very surprised that it doesn't have an M for Mature rating for the console although the PC box does. I think the RP rating is a very low rating. The game features bodily dismemberment quite literally as people are chewed up into bags of blood with their body parts floating about. They bawl gargling and try to swim to surface missing a leg. The fun you have with this game in the first few days makes it absolutely a must have. If you own a PS2 or XBOX or a PC get JAWS UNLEASHED, especially if you are fan of the movie. How can anyone refuse to play as a great white monching up swimmers and divers? The shark movements are great because you can increase your shark attributes as the game progresses. You can stealth kill swimmers, jump up onto boats, catch people in mid air, drag them under water, torture them, play with them chomp them up into a bloody mess and then go on a free run and do it all again. The story is totally different from the movie but it does include themes very similar to all four films. There are many levels which do require some brains to work out how to solve certain puzzles. In fact I was surprised by how much this game did have to offer considering that it look like a low-entry level console game. It is far from it! This is a fully charged arcade thrill kill with more gore than you would have anticipated. It has you laughing loud at the outrageous things you can do with the shark. You have never played anything like this before, not will you again. And remember this should have been an M rating as the PC box states. The shark is literally tearing people up quite graphically.

2-0 out of 5 stars Jaws Unleashed? More like Jaws can't do a freaking thing with!

5-0 out of 5 stars A Must Buy...
I have the original Karaoke Rev. and this one is better than the first. More songs you and your kids can recognize plus you get to make your characters. I have made a few for myself and my kids. They love it as much as I do.

4-0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, but could use more songs
I bought this game after playing Karaoke Revolution for a while with my wife.I was trying to find something to pull her away from American Idol, and so we could do something a little more interactive. These games are a blast!I will say that Karaoke Revolution Party is a little more fun because you can create custom characters (wild, wild stuff), and the character dance moves are a lot better. However, Karaoke Revolution has a number of great Motown hits that Karaoke Revolution Partydoesn't have. Both games should feature more songs, because after you've played for several hours, you feel like you've sung them all.The download feature is kind of a scam because it's five bucks for a couple of songs (and there haven't been any new download packs added since the game was released).Still, the included songs are top-rate and the game is a blast no matter what. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Stunning fun!!
I LOVE this game!! It is unlike any other xbox(or computer) game I have ever seen/played. The visuals are gorgeous. The gameplay is challenging(well, for my 57-year-old hands, anyway),but doable.I did get killed quite a few times before I killed off one boss and his minions. But fighting with them was lots of fun. The characters walking around are pretty funny, and the Stranger himself has a laid-back-Clint Eastwood kind of delivery, with a little bit of Tom Waits thrown in.I really like the "live ammo" idea. The creatures you gather throughout the game have all sorts of interesting powers.A skunk-like thing that makes your enemy barf;the chipmunk things that tease your enemies so you can pick them off;and my favorite: the hairballs with teeth that drive your enemy nuts so you can do away with them in no time.
5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent for any Gamer
Oddworld has made some great games in the past and this one is no exception. It happens to be my favorite out of all of the series. If you have an X-Box this game is a must buy and I'm really hoping for a sequal.

4-0 out of 5 stars A great substitute for GTA, especially for younger kids.
This game is definetly the best Simpsons game ever.I personally enjoyed the free-roam style, and since I'm not allowed to own GTA, this is a great alternative.Theres not much violence to speak of, the only thing that may be considered violent is when you run over pedestrians.Nothing happens to them, they just yell at you and get back up.You can also get out on foot and attack the peds with kicks, but again nothing happens. There is plenty of interactivity in the game, for example, when you go into the Kwik-e-mart, you can make the slushee machine blow up and squirt slushie all over the place. The driving controls aren't that bad, but they could be better. The missions aren't too repetitive, but they are sort of thin, and its easy to see the same concept was used for many of the missions. One mission has you collecting loose monkeys that are spread throughout the city (which hardly seems redone anywhere else in the game) The game does best with the different areas split up, because it would take far too long to get from one end of Springfield to the other.I've played GTA before, and its probably the easiest game to get lost in.Simpsons Hit and Run is a good alternative as a non-violent Grand Theft Auto, the grpahics are pretty good, the voices are straight from the actors of the show, the music is good.It even has a dialogue control, so if you are offended by minor swearing, you can turn off voices. (Just remember to trun them back on to watch the awesome cut scenes)

5-0 out of 5 stars Same old Simpsons but wacky new game!
This game is fun because you get to play as all the Simpsons in their crazy wacky world. This game is also full of Simpsons humor with lame jokes and gags. On this game you get to drive around in multible cars and compete in races and missions. Also the cheats for this game are super fun you can make your car invincible or faster or when you honk your horn your car jumps 50 feet in the air!

4-0 out of 5 stars For any Simpsons Lover. Period.
I do so love this game! Ironically, I hate Grand Theft Auto with all my guts, so to love a rip-off of it...
