5-0 out of 5 stars Played it for years until the hackers killed battle.net
The original Diablo was ground breaking and a hell of a lot of fun. D2 took all of the great features of Diablo and then expanded both the universe, the story and the game play. If you want to disappear for a time - head for this world - you'll love it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Blizzard's sequel may just be the most addictive roleplaying game ever
The original "Diablo" came along at a time when the CRPG market was in dire straits. The game breathed fresh life into the genre and created an unparalleled accessibility that made it very easy to pick up play. Using the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" formula, the sequel follows along the lines of the original, and expands it into a bigger and better game.
5-0 out of 5 stars Oh my... so many complaints... should I buy?
I have gathered from the reviews, lots of people love it; lots of people hate it. I am not much of a gamer, but this is the best game I have ever played, period. The gameplay, the fun, the challenge...what more should a game have? A few words on the complainers...

5-0 out of 5 stars Interesting, and fun
Alright. Herinteractive, I admit, did a great job. A few parts I didn't like though... I felt that the Hardy Boys were supposed to be better than Nancy Drew, and considering that she is the main character, that was slightly depressing. I thought the new cellphone was awesome, except for the fact that I never used the camera on it. Maybe some others found some use for it. The puzzles were deliciously hard, and it had the right amount of challenge in it. The characters were OK. The graphics were lovely, and I was glad that we didn't have to stay in a rickety old train all the game. I'm looking forward to playing the latest nancy drew game!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Fast moving!
This game was great! It's easy to get stuck at the beginning, but after you get off the train, it goes by really fast.

4-0 out of 5 stars Call Of Duty Deluxe review
This game is quite enjoyable.I have finished the first game CD and it was great fun!The second CD was quite challenging at the start being at the fronline action. The game music supplied in a separate CD I have installed in my 6 CD changer in th ecar and the music is very interesting! The game plays very well on an Athlon 2800 chip unsing nVidia 64 MB video card.

5-0 out of 5 stars awsome game
when it comes to world war 2 games, the 2 games that come to mind are battlefield 1942 and call of duty. im gonna say it flat out, buy call of duty. it has a very fun singleplayer story spanning many levels, many diverse weapons(unlike battlefields 10 guns), and great multiplayer. it also has some cool mods out for it.

5-0 out of 5 stars EXTREMELY Great Game
I own both CoD and CoD2, and I can say that they are both top-notchgames.I think that some of the best multi-player maps are included with this game, and I think it's a must for any FPS gamer.

5-0 out of 5 stars Cheap fun multiplayer war action
I've actually only played single-player for about five minutes just to learn the moves on this game and the rest of the time have gone online for the multiplayer, which is great fun.
3-0 out of 5 stars AI is horrible, not realistic, but a fun game.
Personaly I feel Medal of Honor was better constructed.Medal of Honor has way better squad AI and the game flows better. It's also a bit more exciting.Nothing beats the Omaha beach mission.
5-0 out of 5 stars BEST FPS EVER! Forget medal of honor!
This game is amazing. It has good graphics and great gameplay. I like it a lot better than medal of honor because it is just more realistic. in moh you blast through a whole panzer division on your own, in COD it is more realistic because you have squad members with you and the objectives are more realistic.(though you still kill an insane amount of enemies for one guy). Its great because its challenging enought to be fun but not so much that youre stuck playing the same level over and over forever.(like in MOH) The multiplayer is also very good, though you need to beat the campain a few times because some of the online players are freaks they are so good.also when youre playing multiplayer you need to stick to it for a while and find your little niche(charging with a submaching gun, sniping with a sniper or blasting away with an M1) ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Make A DASH for "Dinner Dash"
I rarely buy PC games, but this one is clever and fun. I thoroughly enjoyed playing the demo several times so I decided to purchase it. Yes, this is a game that you can play for hours and hours. Every so many years they come up with a game that captures the imagination. I remember being blown away by "Roller Coaster Tycoon." But games like "Dinner Dash," "Cake Mania," and "Luxor" are bringing the fun back. I like the fact that a lot of these games have different skill levels or goals that you have to reach. It's challenging. I'm an adult and I'm finding myself addicted to PC games again. It's hard to beat arcade classics like "Pac-Man" and "Centipede," but the current crop of PC games seems to be headed in the right direction.

5-0 out of 5 stars Hours of entertaining play
The older I get, the more I appreciate what are called "casual games" - simple objectives, like Tetris are more my speed. I grew up playing Asteroids, Centipede, Root Beer Tapper & Frogger... in many ways, this game is a combination of all of those. The main character of the game tells her boss to shove it (in a nice way, of course) and starts her own restaurant. She has a variety of customers... college kids, senior citizens, businessmen & women - and all have different levels of patience, tipping and fuses.
4-0 out of 5 stars Great PC Gaming
This is a great game. It's ery addictive, and doesn't get boring. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Support please?
I decided to purchase the deluxe edition instead of 2142 because my friends still play BF2.Well, the original works fine.I don't think it's as good as Counter Strike, but it makes up for it being able to fly, drive and all that.
3-0 out of 5 stars Run, Spray, Respawn - a lot.
While Battlefield 2 has great graphics and is easy to play, the game suffers from the 'run, spray, respawn' mindset that ruins almost all of today's FPS games. When are game developers going to realise that this playstyle is inherently frustrating? If the developers made the weapons truly realistic the game would be much better.Because of the player's ability to hold the weapons rock steady they are about ten times as accurate as their real life counterparts. This makes a game in which firefights are won by player who has the fastest reflexes, and not the player who uses the best team play tactics or who has the better cover.Basically, although the game developers go to great pains to claim that they encourage team play that's really not the case, and as for cover, because of the hyper-accuracy you're as exposed and visible behind a brick wall and with your head 99% shielded by a plant as you are standing in open ground.

2-0 out of 5 stars Very Disapointing
Very disappointing!I bought the first Black and White for $50.00. There was no way for me to know that it was not compatible with Windows XP. I was so ecstatic to find the new Black & White 2 on sale. I popped it in and started with a sense of wonder. It was frustrating and took some time to get used to the controls, but I got past that after reviewing the tutorial. As I progress into the game I have become more disillusioned. It seems that the "evil devil" guy talks a lot more than the "guru monk good guy". Often the little stupid guru guy just kinda shrugs, while the devil guy tells you all kinds of things about warfare and exploration. Because I came into this with no experience, I thought it would be an equal thing between them. Obviously the little devil guy has most of the understanding, and so you end up doing his will. I really wanted to build a beautiful city of peaceful people, but so far, no matter how hard I try to be good, little messages show up saying "evil" when I do something. What a disappointment. I would not recommend this game to anyone who has children. The intent seems to be that no matter what you do, you are inertly evil. When children continually get that message, they will start to think of themselves as evil, and then fulfill that. Very BAD, single minded guys who created this bullsh_t. Also, even when you are working as hard as you can, you will get messages that the people are very unhappy. Very soon everything goes downhill. If you really want to make this work out for good, you have to continually save the game before you are damned to be evil. If you want a game that will easily make you an "EVIL GOD", you have the right one!

3-0 out of 5 stars black & white 2
its an interesting stratergy game but there are several things i hate in the controls and the ai is not as good as some games i have played

5-0 out of 5 stars play it a few times before reviewing
plz stop doing reviews over how bad it is with to few options, cuz it just simply isn't that way. Yo can fire flaming people with catapults and or let you creature throw a flaming guy in the middle of an army so the middle of the army willl be on fire. You just need to be creative. Think like what will happen if I teach my creatureto pick up a army guy set him on fire and than throw in the middle of a thightly builded city. This game has many options, but you'll have to create these options.

2-0 out of 5 stars FRUSTRATION!!!
This game has all the earmarks for a superb game. The graphics are outstanding, the AI excellent, the overall look of the game is fantastic. The one thing that made me throw it in the trash however, is the loss of in game saves if you want to quit for awhile and come back later. In other words, lets say you play an hour, and decide you want to turn off the pc, or go mess around in another program so you save your game and close the program. Well, surprise! When you come back you HAVE TO START THE LEVEL ALL OVER!!!! This is pitiful! You have to complete a level at one sitting or you have lose everything. What were they smoking when they wrote THAT part of the game! My pc has been "wiped clean" of this frustration!

4-0 out of 5 stars Regular Joe Review
I have never played any of the other "Hitman" games, mainly because all I ever heard was that they were hard and clunky. I picked "Blood Money" up at risk and was very happy. First off, the graphics are top notch. Clean and smooth. The sound was awesome. You will notice that the music changes with gameplay, giving it an effect of panic at times. The soundtrack seperates this game from others. The storyline was told better than most movies. You will probably get frusterated because if you screw up even once during a mission, odds are your going to want to restart from the beginning. But there is nothing more satisfying than completing a hit undetected. Now I did beat the game fairly quickly. But out of all the games I own and have beaten, I find myself coming back to "Blood Money" the most. Replaying the missions, trying to find a better way to complete a job. Just waiting for "Hitman 5" because they did a great job with BM.

1-0 out of 5 stars Missing the necessary drivers
How can I say if the game is any good or not? I can't play since the drivers to run directX 9.0c don't come with the CD and I'm not where I can download 'em. This stinks. I am a big Hitman fan, and this sort of cheesy runaround, expecially at a premium price, is way out of line. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars This game is great!
I bought this game and played it. It was so fun! The graphics are good and the gameplay is good. I'd recommend that you should get this game if you are looking for a shooter game.

5-0 out of 5 stars Patience = Fun.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great game, Great offer.
EverQuest is a well known title, u play if u like Questing a lot, and it got better with EQII, better GFX, new world ... etc, the expansion adds a lot of enhancements to the game and for the first time a worth playing PvP system, if u get both the game and expansion from Sony Store it will cost u 30$ (50$ if this offer expires), for 5$ less price AND the chance of having free and fast shipping from Prime u get it from Amazon, both ways it's a great value, and it deserves that price, and of course u get 1 month free play and a chance to try out the Premium features.
5-0 out of 5 stars I am enjoying
I am having fun with this game.I am playing on the pvp server that have made and having a good time.Lots of quests to do and plenty of content. It is hard to begin as a new player though on the pvp server since you get ganked a lot hehe. But once you reach around level 25 you are ok to run around.

4-0 out of 5 stars Gorgeous content... though high level
What this expansion DOES NOT INCLUDE, here, that others seem to mention: all the tradeskill changes *ARE* *NOT* part of this expansion... they are part of LU24 (Live Update 24), which was mid-June 2006.You don't need this expansion to experience the decrease in the sub-combines for any level 10 + (or really more-so level 20+) crafted items.Overall, while it dumbs down crafting to a single combination of mostly harvested items (two combines for the advanced recipes, often of "rare" nodes), it was a much needed improvement to the prior system and overall it lessens "the grind" to which any old level 20+ crafter can testify.

3-0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable even with Technical Glitches
Each of the games reaches a point where, in the words of one of the game's programmers, "poor coding kicks in." Rather than go through each of the points in the games where bugs surface, I'll simply suggest potential buyers go to EA Games' website and flip through the 4 pages of the technical support issues with the Harry Potter games on PC. If you still want to buy the set, then beware:at some point, there you or your kid will be, having a ball, and just about to -- [hey, what the..., why did the screen go black?!]. Caveat emptor.

5-0 out of 5 stars A lot of fun!!!
I am currently playing the sorcerers stone. It is very fun. I like all of the puzzles. One thing that I don't like is that there is no freedom to wander around the castle. It is still very fun though.

1-0 out of 5 stars Tomb Raider Legendary Bust
This is by far the worst in the Tomb Raider series. The controls are impossible and the action lame. The auto sight never seems to work even if you're right on top of an assailant. It seems the designers tried to make it more 'Movie' like and forgot it's just a game. It's supposed to be fun not laborious. They should go back to what works and modify the character from lV Revelation.

3-0 out of 5 stars Tomb Raider Legend-playability
The game,so far, is fun. I play at the easy level. The problem I experience on my Dell Dimension PC is the perspective will change when I'm least expecting it. All of a sudden instead of viewing say, from behind Lara, the view will just change to the top of her head. When your trying to kill something critical this perspective change is a major drawback to the game. I can't believe this wasn't picked up in the Beta testing. I bought the game as a "used" item so I'm very happy not to have paid full retail. It probably wouldn't have been worth the price.

3-0 out of 5 stars A Bit Disappointing
Well I am not a game expert or top notch player. I play for fun to kill some time. I have played all the past TR games, and enjoyed them. First of all with Legend, I thought the improved graphics were almost breathtaking, almost brought Lara to life. Although if you do not have a recent system it will slow you down. I was really frustrated with the new controls though, it took me a bit to just to be able to move around efficiently. I miss some of the old safeguards for us NON-professional game players, like being able to walk up to a edge without falling off. Quick saves and loads. Being able to collect multiple health packs and flares to use when you really need them.

4-0 out of 5 stars The Secret of the Old Clock is Fun Time Spent

4-0 out of 5 stars omg
OMG how can u think the music is dull??????????? Its some of my favorite music for the games. It's lively. You might not like it but it's definatley not dull! Why would you have scary music in a friendly scene???? This game is not scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun, But Short
I really like this game, especially that you get to drive [having 4 more years before I can even touch a wheel, this is awesome! :-)]and that it is set in 1930 (awesome!), and that you get to use a 1930 payphone (don't ask me why I like this, I just do. Maybe because you don't have to dial numbers? YAY!),and that you can talk to Nancy's dad (first time ever!) and that in my opinion, Bess and George are really funny in this one (and they have "a nosy busybody", as Bess puts it, sharing their phone line), and that you get to go fishing (though it's not exactly hard. Strange, the fish is in the same place.....EVERY. TIME.) and that there's a minature golf course (which, though sometimes annoying, is actually quite fun overall)! Sooo... what don't I like? For one thing, saying the game is based on the book is exagerating. Hello? The game is nothing like the book. OK, there's a clock. Oh look, another clock. And- *GASP* - ANOTHER clock???? As I recall, the book had ONE CLOCK (that was significant) in it! Also, Nancy stays at Lilac Inn in........the FOURTH book! Plus about every other change you can think of. (Guess what? In the game, the banker, Jim Archer, is about 50 and married, and the president of a bank. In the book, Helen Corning marries Jim Archer. I can tell you this: the two Jim Archers are NOT the same person.) OK. I don't really care if it's not like the book, it would be cool, bubt also pointless- you already know what is going to happen! So, I can see why the game is nothing like the book, but saying it is based on the book is not true! (In case you read the book and you think you know what the game is like.) I didn't really like the ending. It's different, which is good, but...I don't like it. (It's a...chase. No more said in case I spoil the ending.) But even though I probably seem like I hate the game, I actaully like it. It has pretty good graphics, an "upgrade" for the most part, there are quite a few puzzles, none particuarly challenging but more or less interesting, I like all the characteres,
