2-0 out of 5 stars BORING!!!
Ive never been a big fan of dynasty warriors. But this game is just bad. First off on easy mode you can defat an entire army by yourself. This is because the enemys never attack. once i ran into the center of a group of enemys and i stood still. I didn't get attacked for ten minutes. Also all of the soldgers look identical. there are about three enemys that dont look the same.and there are only 4 hard fights in the entire game. Also THIS GAME IS REPETTATIVE. you have 6 attacks per character but they all do the exact same thing. And one hit kills petty much all enemys. Now this game is long but so what. If you have a huge pile of garbage, is it really any better then a small pile of garbage. and either way it is still garbage. just like this game.

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun, but Love/Hate continues
Now I'm probably one of maybe 200 people on the continent that has actually read the entire unabridged "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" by Luo Guanzhong, Dynasty Warriors really messes up some of the history and the characters and yet I own 5 of the games. Why? Because they are fun as hell and they got most of it right, right enough anyways.
4-0 out of 5 stars Yea its a lil different. But its the BEST in the series
I'ma keep this real simple. Dynasty Warriors 5 is better than the rest. YES, if you've played 4 than you'll notce some changes. I suggest you accept them {u may even come to like alot of them} that way you can actually enjoy the game for what it is.

5-0 out of 5 stars nightmare before christmas
i bought this game for my daughter and she told me the graphics of the game are totally awsome. The voices of the game she really enjoyed; plus the different levels of the game are challenging. She found the hard part on trying to beat OOgie. There are different levels of difficulty of the game that make it alot of fun.

5-0 out of 5 stars Here's hoping for another sequel!
I was so excited when I found out there was a new game coming out for the Nightmare Before Christmas that was considered the sequel this wonderful movie never got.
5-0 out of 5 stars Jack is Back

I like it,the stadiums look very nice definitely world class stuff.Thank you!
2-0 out of 5 stars BAD CAMERA VIEW!!!
Trust me on this one... everything looks OK... over 100 teams to choose... you can make your own team, player... all kinds of tourament... and World Cup 2006 Match... players are just like in real life... they look same... so everything seems perfect... except... BAD CAMERA VIEW... Camera is so far that... all you see is players' body and a white dot flyng back and fourth(ball)... I tried to zoom in... it only zooms little; there are no difference... all the camera views are almost like Bird's eye view... TRUST ME!!! TRUST ME!!! RENT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF... 2002 World Cup is way better when you think of it... Controls are very very confusing!!! TRUST ME!!! TRUST ME!!! Go look for something else!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun Soccer Game
I'm not into soccer a lot but I like the world cup finals.I picked this game up and it did not disapoint me.You can choose from over a hundred teams around the world. The graphics are cool for ps2, except for some of the people in the background. They look like stand-up life-sized picture boards. The players look small when you play the game which is less, but if you zoom in the camera to see them better, then you can't see the field.

3-0 out of 5 stars Could've been much better...
I have mixed feelings about this game.I appreciated the simplicity of the puzzles, the neat graphics, and great music. The down sides, however, are many. The main character is, frankly, a wimp, and she moves verrryy slowly.Loading times for scene changes are WAY too long...I counted almost 30 seconds for some.Bosses can be hard to defeat simply because the main character moves so slowly and is so fragile, and it becomes frustrating to keep starting over, especially if your save point is far away.I'm still not quite sure what the actual storyline is, and aside from some expected gore, the brutality of some of the scenes bothered me.It could've been a lot better and I don't think I would pay a whole lot of money for this one again. It's definitely an interesting adventure game but I think its potential to be great was lost from the start.

2-0 out of 5 stars Rule of Rose is probably the worst Survival-Horror game in quite some time
I know you're going "Oh this guy is just lacing into the game for no reason". No. That's not the case. Rule of Rose is perhaps the biggest waste of $50 you will spend on Amazon. The gameplay is slow and boring. You have a dog that does everything for you so you don't have to think. You ocassionally fight whatever the hell those things are. It's just downright horrible. The story, on the otherhand, has an interesting premise and is told is nicely done cut-scenes, but you'll wish you didn't need to play anymore of the game to get through it. The best part about Rule of Rose is everything can be done in less than 12 hours. That gives you more time to play games that are actually good. If you choose this game over Okami (PS2: $39.99) after reading this review, you deserve to play garbage of this calibur. Rule of Rose gets an awful 2 stars out of 5.

2-0 out of 5 stars So bad, so very bad
This game is slow moving (why no run ability?), there is no onscreen life meter (WTF?), no ability to target enemies, imprecise controls, terrible combat system, yet extremely well done strange & bizarre cutscenes with beautiful graphics. I can understand people loving the trailer for this game, the cutscenes really are some of the best graphics I've seen in the PS2, but this is a game, not a movie. The control & combat sections (random guys each level and boss battles) are why this is so bad and many of the combat parts you cannot avoid.

2-0 out of 5 stars Technical aspects good, everything else lacking
I've been a Silent Hill fan since the original survival horror legend.I've played all the games in the series, and to tell the truth, this installment simply doesn't live up to the others.Rather than ranting like a lunatic and taking an extreme stance on this, I will say this: The game is mediocre at best, and I will do my best to construct an objective analysis of it.
5-0 out of 5 stars A very underrated classic
As I looked through some of the reviews written here for this game I see there are a lot of people whining and crying.Does anybody need a tissue?Yes,this game has many new features and changes from previous SH games which automatically causes people to complain, butif the guys at Konami didn't make these changes and made it look exactly like every other SH game people would complain YET again that Konami doesn't "have the balls" or "ideas" to make changes to the series. So my advice to those reading this who haven't played it yet is to ignore the reviews and play it for yourself.
3-0 out of 5 stars It gets better as you go but doesn't measure up.
just writing a review to let you know what this game ISN'T (despite what others may say in their reviews)

I love this street fighter game! I was lucky I got this game for a low price! I 't wait for the next SF game to come out!

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect, flawless port

5-0 out of 5 stars READ THIS REVIEW!
Bought the Fast and the Furious game yesterday and HAVE BEEN BLOWN AWAY! As a drift racer in real life, this is THE GENUINE ARTICLE. Anyone who wants to get into drifting, NEEDS The Fast and the Furious! Leave the roll up races on the freeway and get drifting up in the Japanese mountains. You also need to know how to customise your car to make the most of the game. Its AWESOME! Give The Fast and the Furious a spin - learn about Drift Racing and smoke the opposition!

2-0 out of 5 stars Mr. Disapointed
The game did not do the "Fast and the Furious" name credit. Visually to rough for the eyes, not smooth. Sub par graphics. Did not feel any real sense of speed. Gald I didn't pay $39.99.....................

4-0 out of 5 stars Resembles Tokyo Xtreme Racer series
I got this game the day it came out and so far it's ok.I thought it would have more like a NFS feel to it, but it more closely feels like the Tokyo Xtreme Racer titles. That's not really a bad thing though b/c I enjoy the Tokyo titles.I don't think it's worth $40 though. For half that it would be well worth it.But I am enjoying it though so I don't feel too cheated although I was disappointed in the feel of the game.So far all I have been doing is driving around finding shops and such and finding roll up racers along the highway...meaning you do the same thing as in the Tokyo games...find a racer driving along the highway, come up behind him and flash the lights at him to accept the challenge...then you're racing and trying to get so far ahead of him.I also found that at certain points along the highways, you take a left into racing hotspots where rival crews await you to challenge them.Once you beat the crew members...usually around 4 guys...you get to challenge their boss.If you win, you get his/her car. That's a nice plus indeed although you can't modify their cars further.Graphics aren't too shabby but not the best either. Also, when racing, the screen is really rough and jumpy.I prefer a smooth race screen. Not bad game, but not super either. If money is tight, just go get similar titles such as Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 or Zero or even Drift which are pretty good games and wait for this title to go down in price. Also, if you are looking for an NFS style racing title, look elsewhere. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Great Game in the Series
After a very disappointing experiment with the N64 games I was happy to see the rebirth of one of my favorite game series Castlevania .Like every 3D environment game there are some glitches but nothing that is horrible .The storyline is fairly straight forward but has enough mystery to keep you guessing .The gameplay is a lot like the previous entry C:LOS but different enough to be a new experience . I'm looking forward to the next release .Be Seeing You .

5-0 out of 5 stars WTF???
Why can't Konami just re-release Castlevania Symphony of the Night?
3-0 out of 5 stars Average game without much flair.
I was greatly looking forward to Curse of Darkness after enjoying the previous PS2 Castlevania so much.

3-0 out of 5 stars Too Slow to be enjoyable!
I like Harvest Moon A Wonderful Life Special Edition. I however recommend spending an extra $100 dollars for a Gamecube. The Gamecube Edition is faster and easier to play. Sure there are extra features in the special edition but it isn't worth it to wait for more than a few seconds to move your character and other simple actions.

5-0 out of 5 stars Happy Harvesters
I bought this game for my 11 year old daughter. She'd played it at her friend's house, and loved it.It is charming!Everyone in out family loves it.No overly annoying music, and no fast moving or realistic graphics. This is a great game in which you are a farmer, you must buy farm animals and supplies, court and wed a wife, raise a family, etc.No blood, no gore.Great for families with old fashioned values.
4-0 out of 5 stars Silly, but addictive
I'm a sucker for the Harvest Moon games. Sure, they seem to be geared toward a younger crowd with their simple play and they are very repetitious (same thing, day in and day out), but I find it addicting and just keep playing to find out what *might* happen. I admit it, I want to see what happens to my farmer, his family and his farm. If Natsume ever does a Harvest Moon puzzler game, I'm there.

3-0 out of 5 stars Wears Out Its Welcome
Spider-Man 2 is probably a lot better than most superhero movie video games, but overall it's a blast at first that quickly becomes tiresome.Swinging around Manhattan and being able to crawl up the Empire State Building (and jump if you so choose) is fun and battling random crimes, racing around the city, delivering pizzas, and (my favorite) catching runaway balloons for children is amusing...for a little while.Soon it becomes routine.
3-0 out of 5 stars Not that great.
Although, very fun, it has many flaws. At first it seems to be great, but about halfway through glitches pop up everywhere (my disc has no scratches on it)! And why couldn't Actvision make the mouths move? But, worst of all, the fire graphics are horrible! It is still fun exploring New York though.

4-0 out of 5 stars The best Spider-Man game of all time
Not all movie based and licensed games have to be completely average or just plain bad.Spider-Man 2 isn't just the best Spider-Man game of all time, it's possibly the best super hero game of all time as well.Stepping above and beyond the first game, Spider-Man 2 allows you to take on the role of the web-slinger as you swing and fight your way through a completely free roaming New York City. And when I say free roaming, I mean free roaming. For the first time ever in a Spider-Man game, you can touch down on the ground and interact with pedestrians and accomplish missions to earn points to build up your stats and abilities.Along the way, you'll take on villains such as the Rhino and Mysterio, and of course Doctor Octopus, and film stars Tobey Maguire, Kirstin Dunst, and Alfred Molina reprise their roles from the film (and the great Bruce Campbell is back as well as your helpful guide throughout the game). The voice acting is great, the graphics are pretty good while your swinging (once you hit the ground running some of the other character models become a bit blocky), but the biggest downside of Spider-Man 2 is that the missions get repetitive after a while.Mostly it's rescue him/her, beat up group of people that's jumping you, stop robbery, help out cops, etc, etc., but you can't argue with the overall package.Between the Spidey games and the X-Men Legends games (don't get me started on the X-Men 3 game though), Activision knows how to do licensed super hero games, and Spider-Man 2 remains the best Spidey game of all time. All in all, if you've never taken the game for a spin, what are you waiting for? ... I have say I love this game. I am not a fan of Rambo type games and with the exception of 1 of the missions, brain beats braun. The AI is pretty well done. Your opponents will circle back on you.
5-0 out of 5 stars Has a few flaws, but overall superb
Good points:
5-0 out of 5 stars The Game
This game is fun. You get to kuill people like any other shooter but on this, wind, gravity, lung capacity apply. You can even shoot somone on the head and if far enough a little cutscene will pop up showing the bullett peirce the enemy. You can even leave these nasty bulet hole things in the enemy, if they are shot on the head. Miollions of ways and paths to beat a level. You can even get a souldier wounded by shooting his arm, then he will run to cover holding his arm and not shooting you. Or bably wound them, they fall to the ground screaming, if there is another guy nearby he will help the wounded guy and bring him to cover. So cool/fun. 3-0 out of 5 stars Sims Lover, but Urbz, not so much
I own all of the Sims games for gamecube (the sims, the sims bustin out, the urbz, the sims 2, and have pre-ordered the sims 2 pets)and have played them all on computer (including sim city). the urbz was the 3rd game that came out, so, you'd think it would be a lot better than the previous ones, wrong, the only reason I gave it 2 and 3 stars is because it is, however, still the sims and the soundtrack was awsome!!!
5-0 out of 5 stars City Livin's for Your Sims! - Good game.
While I don't think this game ever got as good as the Sims2 for Playstation 2, I still enjoyed it. The replay value is relatively strong. I went back and played it several times, and enjoyed myself every time. This game does justice to the Sims franchise, and I applaud Maxis and EA Games for getting it on the shelves.
1-0 out of 5 stars Loading
I did not enjoy this game much. I never play it because it takes so long to load. You have closets in each of the neighborhoods and you are supposed to keep track of what kind of clothing is "in" in each particular area. For example, if you are in the skateboard neighborhood, you have to dress like them. BUT then the outfit you were just wearing is now in the skateboard closet so all your clothes get tracked everywhere, i have no idea how you are supposed to keep up with that. If you think of how a kid with divorced parents may have two rooms with all their stuff, but now multiply it times however many neighborhoods are in this game, all you are doing is changing clothes and waiting to reload the screen. For me, it was a total waste. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Not as fun as MMAC, but close
A short while after releasing the solid Mega Man Anniversary Collection, Capcom wisely heeds the call of its fans for the re-release of the blue bomber's older, tougher, future self in Mega Man X Collection. Bringing another heaping portion of the finest 2D platforming around in six yummy courses, it even throws in a racing game and some extra goodies for dessert.
5-0 out of 5 stars megaman players dream game
the one thing about this game is that its best played by megaman fans, otherwise its just a moderate game.
4-0 out of 5 stars great collection... except X3
X2 was a pretty good, but nothing spectacular follow-up to the original MMX (even with its share of problems) but the third installment comes pretty close to being nothing more than a piece of garbage.

2-0 out of 5 stars "It's over already?"
I'm going to keep this short because the game doesn't deserve a review longer than the actual game play.great idea, tons of fun, addictive, and SHORT.my only complaint, just when i was digging the game, i beat it.alittle disappointing, definitely worth $20, just make sure you have something else to do after you beat it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not nearly as bad as everyone says it is...
I am scratching my head as to why everyone thinks that Gun is such a terrible game. I bought it a few weeks ago at a reduced price, and I really enjoy the game. The graphics are quite nice, the voice acting is really good, and the gameplay itself is entertaining. I really enjoy the open Western environment in the game.
4-0 out of 5 stars With "Gun," it's a love-hate form of relationship
It's obvious, "Gun" isn't for everyone; I really enjoyed it, as did a friend of mine, but I've read many reviews (both on this website as well as elsewhere) with thoughts that have been quite unlike my own. I've read that gamers thought the controls were too sinewy, or that the storyline wasn't interesting enough, or even that the "Western" genus alone isn't worth a game being made about it . . . and personally, I think that's entirely untrue.
