good game
like my title says good game but not great game. this game is fun and has good grapchics for the time period it was out it is fun but corny i mean u play as a fox.. it i s also very short u could beat it in like an hour but it has replay value because you can beat it but go on different paths all leading up to andross!!!! so since its outdated and if u have an N64 i would buy it because it is cheap and fun

BETTER THAN ROUGE SQUADRON!
StarFox 64 is truly one of the greatest games I've ever played.I just want to play it over and over again.The bosses aren't very hard, but so fun to beat.The tank and sub make a nice touch to. No blood,language or gore. (Like anyone wants that...)Truly the greatest aerial shoot em' up I ever played.And since it way out of date (it being 2006) it's really cheap buy it today!

Very Fun
Aerofighter Assault is a really nice aircraft simulator and has pretty good graphics for an n64 game. Though the weapons are sort of unrealistic (ninja stars?), the gameplay and individual feel and control of each plane more than makes up for it. I personally prefer the fx plane, it has a really powerful special and is very maneuverable. The countinuous pilot talk does get a little annoying after a while and, for some reason, the storyline gameplay does not go by difficulty (or a least for me....It took me only 1 try to comeplete the 6th mission while it took me more 5 tries for the 3rd mission). Overall this game is great and will have you captivated for hours.

The best
I love this game, but until now (soon) I will be able to play it whenever I want. My cousin rented it twice. But now I bought it used. Anyway, it is the coolest game to play and is really neat. Personally, I like crashing my planes into buildings and shooting missiles at them. It's so much fun. I think it's the best N64 game I've ever played.

not that great
I rented this game the other day not sure how it would be. As it turns out , its fun,but not that great. The graphics arent really up to what they should be.Maybe thats just because I also have a playstation 2 and ever since everything looks much crappier. The overall racing was fun but there wasnt enough modes.Its basically race or race. No freestyle modes. In conclusion , buy a ps2. It will enhance your gameplaying 10 fold, or however you want to put it.

Baad!!!
This game is rather BAD! The graphics are lacking and the music, well, don't get me started on the music! It's like some kind of wannabe techno. Take my advice, DON'T BUY IT!!!!

Average Game With Its Ups And Downs
Really this game isn't all that bad, it infact is a nice game with neat graphics, interesting levels and may i say very interesting cars. The sound to me on this game is great, each level has its own music, the type of music which is perfect for racing to and the controls are easy to learn however, my only complaint is that this game lacks in replay value, like i kept playing this game over and over again until i finally managed to beat this somewhat tough game, but then once i finnished i never even really played this game much, you just get bored of it. I think the game could have featured some special tracks which you could get by completing challenges, and i think this game could have worked more on the fun factor, maybe add more interesting little games for multiplayer. Lowly recomend you buy this, highly recomend you rent this.

Great Game very chalenging
This game is very chanlanging and fun. At first you might not like it but as you gain more cars it gets harder and alot more chlanging. Anyone looking fo and action/adventure game this is for you. which game is this???
Can anyone tell me if this is the Mario games that has them racing ona beach, in a ice castle(or something), a dirt track and other places?

Fantastic multiplayer game
I'm 15 and have been playing this game since I was 9 and it's still fun.I just recently brought it out again and it really brings back emories form playign it at my cousins or at my nieghbors house.The multipler racing and battle never gets old and mabye after a while 1 player gets old but thats why u got friends so this is definetly a must have for the N64.

i;m not that big on racing games, but this one just blew me away! at first... but then it got very easy very fast! and you need at least 2 N64 controllers to have fun. this game is a lot better with 2-4 players, otherwise, it can just be easy, boring, and dumb after a while. but then you take a month or two break from the game, and it's pretty fun again... for a while. ... Not a very good game

Great game, it's just not for me.
Okay. So back in 1996, the Nintendo already had Super Mario 64. The addition of the critically acclaimed Wave Race 64 made the Nintendo 64 even more promising over the then-somewhat-struggling PlayStation. Although it may be largely forgotten now after the relative failure of Wave Race: Blue Storm, Wave Race 64 opened to critical raves and is still a cornerstone of Nintendo 64 nostalgia for gamers.

I remember the first time I saw this game... What a beautiful memory.Even though the Nintendo 64 turned out to kinda bust, it was my transition from 2d to 3d games.My first experiences with 3d were with Mario 64.I first played Nintendo 64 at a friend's house, and Wave Race 64 was one of the first games I played.My jaw was hanging for about a half hour.The first thing I saw was Dolphin Park - swimming dolphins, fish, "splashy" sounding music, backflips, barrel rolls, and BEAUTIFUL water.It was too much!What a surreal experience!After I got back up from fainting, my friend and I played this game for HOURS and HOURS and HOURS and HOURS.We would go to Southern Island and tried to find what we could ramp over, go under, and crash into.It sounds pathetic, but I've had some of the best times of my life playing Wave Race 64 with friends.

Great for the N64, but...
If you're looking for a solid racer to fill out your N64 game collection with, F-Zero X is a great choice. The graphics are low on detail, but Nintendo compensated with a huge emphasis on speed. Tracks twist and turn every which way, including death-defying jumps, corkscrews, half pipes, and cylinders. The familar F-Zero soundtrack has been updated too, and keeps the excitment high.

Beetle Adventure Racing is a fun racing game for all ages. The graphics are amazing for a Nintendo 64. The Championship mode is a little to easy though. But I really love the Beetle Battle mode, especially with four players. It deserves 5 stars by far. It is a game well worth the money. It will keep you entertained for hours played levels, earning cars, and much more.

A fascinating game for the N64
I thought this game was actually very good for a racing game on the N64 so so early of a release. This is before alot of the other much better racing games came out and I was suprised to find such a fun game.

ah pure motor bike bliss!
remember how cool the original nintendo exite bike was?its all here in its original form.but thats not the cool part.the cool part is theres a whole new way better version too.you can learn all your skills in a tutorial mode.you can build your own tracks from like hundreds[maybe] of different hills,ramps,dips and spins.you can even go to modes where you can play games with your bike like soccer.its easy to get lost for days in these games but the real idea i guess is to beat it on championship mode.its pretty straight forward there.theres a side game where you must scale a very steep and rocky mountainside.one[yes i mean one]mistake and youll see some of the most hideous wrecks in exite bike history!its great fun!

too many hangups
this game is a monster sized pain in the butt.you cruise around far slower than everyone else.the weopons are never there when you need them.you get totaly screwed when you get hit by one however and of course the computer gets like barely fazed at all.then theres the whole booger,herpes,poop aspect.once again,nothing funny about that guys.can we grow up already?

big dissapointment
the unlockable costumes and hidden characters are cool but many of the levels areimpossible to beat. also once you run out of money ur screwed.I would recomend this to no one and hope that they just buy someting else for their 64.Even hardcore south park fans will be dissapointed.

Good Game
A good buy for NASCAR fans. Has a great selection of drivers, from Jeff Gordon to Cale Yarbarough (Cale must be unlocked). The game doesn't have the daytona track and the season is kinda short. You can race anywhere from 3% of a race to 100% of a race. 40 cars in all (including the hidden ones). I had high expectations about this game, and NASCAR 2000 met my expectations.

One Of The Best Stock Car Racing Games For N-64
This is one of the best NASCAR games that I've ever played.I've played NASCAR 98',99',00', 01' and NASCAR Heat.So if your holiday shopping for a NASCAR or video game fan whatever the case may be this is a best bet.

Not what I would expect from a racing game.
After renting this game, I was very dissapointed of it's overall game play. I found the graphics were nothing spiecial, the game was just plain-out boring, with no (big jumps) found in the rush series or the garaphics found in World Driver Championship, which I didn't expect in a stock car racer, but they could have made it a little more interesting with bigger crashes and maybe some better music. Pretty good
When Nintendo first sent out its N64 development kits to third-party developers, there must have been a sticker on the box that said "please make a racing game." There is no way around it: You all have at one point played an N64 racer, be it from Midway, Human, Boss Game Studios, Imagineer or Nintendo itself. Luckily, Extreme-G, the latest one out for the N64, is quite unique (at least until Nintendo's own F-Zero 64 arrives next year). Read more

I immediatly was hooked from the first time I played it.The N64 version of "ROAD RASH"is simply extreme compared to other versions I have played in the past.It incorporates new weapons and attacks with varying effects.Motorcycle "gangs" are now more of an issue, you can join them depending on the bike you buy.Difficulty ranges from very easy to impossbile.The cheat codes are interesting too.Using codes you can play as a cop busting rashers or the other extreme, racing cheesy (and very slow) motorscooters.The controls are very responsive, the music is excellent and the sound effects are great.There are flaws though.The graphics have the 3-D look but with little detail in textures, this could have been much better done in my opinion.It is really dissapointing when you think how much better it could be with the expansion pack and realize there is little to no noticable difference.Another thing that may bother some gamers is the slim pickings of bikes, only four per level to choose from.The frustration factor can set in near the last couple levels, but it isn't nearly as bad as some games.Other than the graphics I would highly recommend this game to Road Rash fans as well as racing fans in general. ... FUN!!! ONE OF THE BEST!!!
This game is a classic that brings back memories to my brother and me and our two friends. We used to play it all the time in our summers. We would rent it every chance we got. Then I bought a gamecube and so did our friends and we never bought it. I am here about to buy it because because we all miss it very much. This game has great graphics, great music, great cars, great courses, and great control!! Buy it now! Any kid loves it!! Its fun to crash into cars on the road too!

ExcellentGame!
This is one of my favorite games. I have owned Cruis'n World for about three years now and I continue to play it religiously. It is great fun. You are able to compete on several differnt difficulty levels and perform awesome tricks and flips. Not to mention if you get enough points you can get power ups and paint jobs! Great game, I would reccomend it to anyone who likes car racing games.

The Speed Demon Lurks
Unfortunately for Nintendo, and a lot of video games in the industry, they fail to really reach the next chapter of gamers in the industry, when it comes to racing games. I often find it to be a mental block of shame. However, there are some racing games that do fit the bill with a lot of extras. With The Crus'n series for Nintendo 64, it failed the first time, crossing the U.S.A. Thankfully, the sequel was able to make the engines roar just a tad bit harder, and a little more exciting.

Rare does kart racing for Disney
Mickey's Speedway USA is a kart racing game in the vein of Mario Kart. It was developed by Rare, who had already produced their own Mario Kart clone for the N64 in the form of Diddy Kong Racing.

Not that bad
This was the first game I got for my N64 and I was made up with it.Ok that was years ago and times have changed, but although it's limited in terms of the number of tracks, it's still good fun!I had hours of fun playing this game, I really enjoyed it!I unlocked the cars by racing the oponents, and I mastered the handling, it was brilliant!
Crash!!!
You know, it is just a shame that they don't make good racing games for the video game industry these days. Released back in 1997, this one really took a drip trip all the way down hill. The problem with Multi Racing Championship is that there are very few tracks to really choose from. Although there are so many car racing games out there, how could you really buy something with only just three tracks and just 8 cars to really choose from. I strongly suggest you pass this drag, and get either Rush 2: Extreme Racing U.S.A. or Mario Kart 64. At least there you'll really have a good race to play.

Iggy tried something new... and won
Iggy's Reckin' Balls is the only game like it on the system. Likewise, it's very difficult to try to explain just exactly how it all works. But it does, and that's the important thing. If you think Iggy is a racing game, you are only partially right. This also includes a lot of elements from platform games. You don't just roll down slopes and through loops; you also grapple through floors, jump onto moving platforms, and catch elevators to help you advance in these very strange courses (to name a few). 100 tracks and plenty of original characters sets aside a lot of time to see, earn, and do. Throw in a four-player mode and a bonus battle mode and you're gonna love this. The bad thing about Iggy? It takes too long to get good at it. If you hope to invite some friends over for a quick-play, then think again. It'll take even your most ambitious friends at least a half hour to grasp onto how to play right. So if your friends will never play with you, then I probably wouldn't buy this. Once you've opened up everything, playing with the computer is just downright frustrating and boring.
