Great Game
I have played all the commander keen games, and I'm glad they made a new one. This was a very fun game, and commander keen fan's should try out this game.

I didn't know there was a Game Boy version
I haven't played the GameBoy version, only the PC version. It was so much fun, however, that when I was a little kid I played it on my computer all the time. The only dissapointment was that you get killed if you get hurt just once.

MAJOR dissapointment. For this pain, I need special ointment.
This is a piece of trash. The graphics and gameplay are horrible, and there are very stupid sound affects. Also, Wolverine is utterly disrespected and so are the villains Sabretooth, Lady Deathstrike, and Cyber(all of whom are cool)This game is junk. If you like X-Menstuff, stick to games like Wolverine's Revenge, and steer clear of this thing.

the worst
I don't know what these people are thinking.If they want to make a good game so a lot of people will buy it, they have to be using different systems!This game dos'nt look good when you're playing it.these graphics are a joke.And all the old X-men costumes!I being a huge X-men fan was throughly dissapointed.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Average run of the mill side scroller
The only thins that sets X-Men: Wolverine's Rage apart from other side scrollers is the X-Men license itself.Strip away the fact your playing as Wolverine, and you've just got yourself an average run of the mill side scroller with nothing special attached to it.The game's 13 levels are relatively short and not at all too challenging, and the gameplay gets very repetitive after a while as well.The graphics are nicely animated, but the characters move around a bit jerky, plus it would have been nice to have some added super villians other than Cyber, Sabretooth, and Lady Deathstrike.All in all, if your an X-Men fan and own a GBC, give this game a try, but all others should leave this on the shelf. ... why get it on game boy advance?
my freind's brother gave this game to me years ago, and this is the first time I have seen it for sale on regular game boy. the only reason why this doesn't dissapoint me is because every true sega genesis fan owns or severly wants this game.I can't say the same for super nintendo because strangely, I don't know more than one person that owns one. I don't see any reason to get it on game boy advance since it costs forty bucks and you can get it here for seven. this version is just as fun with it's crude, silly humor and gameplay. I've played it constantly since I've gotten it and I'm not even halfway through the game yet. this isn't just another game that you beat and throw away. this is an addicting challenge to see the obvious reason it became a cartoon on the wb.

Spiderman Game Boy
my 12 year old son bought this with Christmas money.He loves the game and it has renewed his interest in his 3 yr. old Game Boy....wanted to get Game Boy advance but we discouraged.Great seller, fast transaction

Not as bad as one would think
Before Spider-Man became a box office smash and became everyone's favorite hero, Activision changed the way super hero licensed video games would be by releasing the surprisingly great Spider-Man games for the PS1, N64, and Dreamcast.Eventually a GameBoy Color version would be released, and while it's nowhere near anything great, it is surprisingly solid and challenging.The graphics are typical 8-bit side scroller fare, but are colorful and well animated.Controls are simple and the enemies (especially Venom) are very challenging.This game is also surprising in the fact that it is more solidly realized than any other 8-bit or 16-bit home console game that was nothing more than a repetitive beat 'em up with a comic license attached to it.All in all, those who only have a GameBoy Color and are fans of the web head should give this a whirl.

The best Gameboy colour game.
It is too hard but it is still miles ahead of anything else on the Gameboy colour. I am not that good at hanhelds but I manged to get pretty far in the game and I have beaten Venom, The Lizard, Hobgoblin and Venom again. I am now fighting Venom a 3rd time and have found I can't beat him. The birdds are also pesky too. But it helps that the better you play the more points you get which gives special moves which makes fighting a hell of a lot easier. I have had a lot of fun with this game and as soon as I learn how to beat Venom again I will no doubt have more fun with it. ... Read more

Star Wars Episode 1 Racer
I am 6 and play this by myself.Some of the turns are really hard . There are 3 races for each planet.It is not like the computer game.I have only won the first race on Tatoine.I don't like the Hoth race.

Awesome GameBoy Game!
This is the best Game Boy Color game I have ever played in my life! The graphics are excellent, considering the graphical limits placed on the system. The sound is awesome, and I like the rumble pack that is included with the game. It has a great replay value, and the game play never really gets boring. The only thing I had trouble with was the tight turns, but even here it wasn't really a problem. Anyone who is a Star Wars fan, looking for a good GBC game, or buying for little kids should buy this game!

A monster of a game
Godzilla is a game like the railed shooters on PCs. the game basically has you playing a Godzilla. You have no control over godzilla's movements as he walks on his own free will...sideways. You get to control his tail to attack, his head to breath fire and bite, his paws to take cover and to swipe with his pwas and his legs to thump the ground and cause a shockwave destroying everthing near him. Well if you are stiil reading this review then you will have guessed by now the nature of the game. If you find this kind ofgameplay to be your idea of fun then you are welcome. Though I was apprehensive about the game at first but i got to know the finer points of this game. This game is too short though as it can be finished under 5 hours. The graphics are great for a color gameboy system and the sounds are well mediocre. The gameplay is quite easy and most beginners will be able to finish this game. Overall I give it 4 stars out of 5.

Godzilla is great!
Someone is messing with Godzilla's brain,so he is going to mess with them.In this game you battle through six levels of action-packed adventure.I loved fighting machines and monsters.

The Power House
That's not true, I did enjoy the manga-styled Bomberman movie scenes, but the game... EUH! It's the ancient style, offers very little, and NO variety. I enjoyed the N64 Bomberman for it's multi-player, here they left that out and it left a big gap. Trying to play is ridiculous, the computer loses about 7 percent of the time, and it's no fun attempting to beat them. You never feel responsibility for the loss. The game can change soo quickly that it might as well be set to one minute, to save us time. There's way too much going on in one screen, like 50 different things and it's like you're supposed to try to watch it all, and you don't... and you lose. Also, there isn't even an Adventure mode here! It's all bombing in a small space. You always start out in a cramped area, far away from opponents. It's so old, and dull, it's begging for a drastic gameplay overhaul, like the N64 version (not saying that was great, but it WAS a direction with genuine innovation). All of the elements exist for a fun game, but it doesn't ever come together. I kept wondering when I would get to the fun part. ...

Review for Men in Black
Ok, Men in black is...well...ok. Not the greatest game in my collection, but still not the worst either. It doesn't have very good graphics, and the sound quality isn't the best either. Control is suprisingly good, and replay is not much boring as the first time. Overall, it's OK. One of the worst games I ever played.
This is easily one of the worst games I have ever played. The graphics are unpolished and lack detail, and the controls are terrible. I hate this game, and there are only six short levels.

if you whant 3d action you should go some were else. if your going on a trip and you need something to do in the car or on the plane... go some were else. this is a game that i beat in an hour. the only level that is any trouble is the very last one with zerg. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!! RENT IT! this is a game you play when you get bored. in order to use a wepon you have to have money but you can only have a total of five coins and if you whant to get on a jump jst or a hover bored you need to use all of it. you can only get on you jet or board for more than 2 minutes any way. the best wepon is iether the bazzooka or the machine gun. and when you fight the boss of the level it tells you what his *CURRENT* weakness is. and again RENT THIS GAME. This game is pretty good exept level 9 it is un beatable but the rest of the game is pretty easy. Entertainingly HORRIBLE!
This game was a real disappiontment for Animorphs fans. The graphics are smudgy and in the first level, you just wander around aimlessly.

Not Worth Your Time Or Money....
I found this game quite by accident when looking for something to buy and play at Circuit City. Bought it, took it home, and started to play, thinking "Oh cool, I'll be able to morph into animals and fight aliens!"

Well....
This game was very strange. It's pretty much like the old version yet too easy. If you want a great Space Invaders game, get it for PC. It's fun and if you beat the game(it's really easy), you unlock the old version. This game isn't too good. Just skip it.

I thought this would be like the arcade version of Space Invaders Deluxe but I was disappointed.I could sit there all day and keep clearing the most "advanced" level.What happened to the challenge of the oldgame?As an "old timer" I enjoy the old arcade games that I grewup with...it would not have been too difficult to duplicate the arcade gameor at least make it a challenge (as in Pac Man and Missle Command versionsfor Game Boy).By the way...where are Galaga and Gorf? Great gameplay
The gameplay in Yars Revenge is addicting, fast paced, and very fun. This Game Boy Color version is much better then the version bundled on the Game Boy Advange with Pong and Asteroids. I know this because I had originally bought Yars Revenge for Game Boy Color used for about 2 bucks. At first, I could't figure out what to do in the game and didn't understand the goal. After I got the hang of this game I was HOOKED!!! It was the best 2 bucks I ever spent. Then, one day I popped the cartrige into my system, and it wouldn't fire up. Attempt after attempt to boot the game up failed: the game had inexplicably stopped working! I had played the game without a problem earlier in the day, too. So, since it broke I thought I'd buy the GBA version....wow, what a rip-off. For 15 bucks I got a slow paced, lower-rez graphics (yes) and much worse version of the game. Don't get me wrong, Asteroids and Pong are allright, but with no high score saves this compilation is lacking. Since the GBA Yars was such a dissapointment I hopped onto Amazon and once again purchased one of the most fun arcade style games EVER: Yars Revenge.
Just as I remembered it!
This one's a classic, folks. I don't remember 'Yar's Revenge' being one of the "bigger name" games on Atari. It wasn't a 'Pac Man' or a 'Space Invaders', but it was definately a fun game. I loved it back then and I love it now. The Game Boy port of the title is excellent. The game is just as I remembered it. The only noticable difference is that the playing field is larger than the Game Boy's screen, meaning it will have to scroll in order to get to the other side. This is a minor footnote, however, and is an obstacle that will quickly be overcome. If you loved this game in the 80's and own a game boy, grab it up!

Fun!
I remember this game from my young teens....it still hasn't changed and is just as much fun as still addicting.The graphics are ok, but for those of us old timers from the Atari 2600 generation, this will feel like putting on a pair of old shoes!Its challenging on a small screen and takes some getting used too.I reccommend this to the 30 something crowd! ... 3.5 stars - the rebirth of two arcade classics!
Asteroids and Missile Command are indeed worthy of the title of "arcade classics." Through the course of the seventies and the early eighties, very few games were up to the incredibly high standards set by these games. Sure, the games are dated, but that doesn't mean they aren't fun! In the mid nineties, a number of Arcade Classics titles were released for the Game Boy, each one featuring two games each. It's really cool.
I bought this game and love it I have played it thriugh entirely at least like 10 times. You have 3 ships all have special powers (i suggest the 3rd one it's my favorite) and you can earn a forth one. Once you beat all of the missions you get the original asteroids and a new ship. I highly recommend this game.

Kool game
This is a really good game. You have 3 ships to choose from, each with their own special things that they can do. The only thing that I think is bad is that the last zone is way too easy, and the fact that when you play in expert you don't get any special weapons. But the graphics are great and the whole storyline and gameplay is really cool. This is a great game.

Asteroids Strikes Back
This is a new cartridge for an old game. This means if you don't like original Asteroids, you'll not like this one too. But if you've fighted in a wireframe universe for years you cannot miss this one. Many new hazardsand enemies will cross your way, ready to be blasted out!
