What an awesome game
I only got gameboy for the car and long trips or to wait somewhere.I play this games for hours at a time and it never gets old.I this is the BEST games for gameboy!!!

Mario golf is the best game for gameboy period.
this game is awesome. it is a very very addicting game. the grafics are great, gameplay out of sight, there are so many things that you can unlock but i wont tell you. the more courses you win the better it is for your drive, control and the stuff you can unlock. i highly recommend you buy this game even if u dont like golf that much.

Golfing, Mario, and RPG combine
This game is absolutely fantastic. With excellent graphics, a very easy learning curve, and simple play control, anyone can pick up and enjoy this game. Beyond these though, is the game play. Not only do you travel from club to club, testing your skill against people, but every match you play increases your number of experience points. At certain intervals, your level increases, allowing you to better one of your statistics. You could increase your maximum driving distance, adjust your shot height, or take care of that annoying slice you may have. Extremely fun, but very simple to beat
Knockout Kings is an extrememly fun game for about an hour. That's how long it took me to beat. In career mode, you can choose a name for your fighter, design your fighter, and choose his class (heavy-weight, light-weight). The first time you play this game, it's a bit challenging, but after a couple of fights it gets easier and easier. The part I hate most about this game is that all you have to do to win the fight is press 'B'. Oddly, I stil find this game very fun to play because of it's great graphics and up close and in the action fighting. I would recommend this as a first Gameboy Color game to kids 6-9 that aren't very aware on how to play a Gameboy. However, if you are an experienced gamer, Knockout Kings is definitely not for you.

Fun, but quickly beaten.
I greatly enjoyed this game when I first bought it.The trouble is that it is easy to beat, and quickly gets boring.If you don't mind playing the same thing over and over, this is a great game.Otherwise, I would recommend renting, not buying this game.

Helps teach scoring
This is great game I have had it since i was 11 or 10 and now im 15 and i just started playing it again. I am playing it again because i am trying out for my high school tennis team and this game really teaches you the rules and the scoreing and its really fun!!!

Best Gamebay Game EVER!!!
I have owned this game for a long time and it never gets boring. I first got it when I had a Gameboy Color. Now I have a Gameboy Advance SP and I still play it more than any other games I have for the Gameboy Advance (such as Mario Kart or Pokemon Emerald). If you are thinking about getting this game I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend getting the N64 version and a Transfer Pak. Although the game is awesame, it doesn't do too well graphically speaking and seeing the character you made in 3D and playing with it against your friends makes Mario Tennis the best Multiplayer game ever. I have been playing this game for over 5 years and it's still my favorite game. Based on reviews I've read on "Mario Tennis Advance" I would not recommend getting that game. I have not played it, but everyone who gave it a good review had only played it a few times and mentioned how easy it was. The cons mentioned how it paused every time someone used a power shot. In my opinion, it's the same as the Gameboy Color version except with slightly better graphics and "special" powers that take away from the game. If you're looking for a game you can enjoy for months, I'd highly recommend this game.

Mario Tennis: Best Game for the Game Boy EVER!!
I first played Mario Tennis at my friends house, on his N64. It was pretty fun, difficult at first, but I got the hang of it. Aiming the ball is very tricky at first (I can't get my dad to figure it out), but after a few hours you'll be aiming as if it were natural. I didn't have an N64 at the time, so I bought the Game Boy version. At first I was disappointed by the small selection of characters, but when I started playing the Mario Tour (the actual game, not the practice or Mini game) I really enjoyed it. Now I've beaten the game and am half-way through playing as a girl. If you have an N64, I highly recommend getting the N64 version and a transfer pak too. The transfer pak doesn't cost much (about $15 if you buy it new) and it lets you transfer the character you created on the Game Boy game to the N64 game. The graphics are much better on the N64, but there is no "Mario Tour" (the best part of the Game Boy version). If you transfer your charcter to the N64, you can win tons of trophies in the N64 version and from all the games you play to get the tropies, you'll gain tons of experience, making you even better. I've gotten my character so good, my friends call it a "cheat character", even though it's perfectly normal. I recommend this game over the N64 game even though it's graphics aren't as good, because the game is so much more fun and has so much more to do. A very fun game
This is one of the best games that I have ever played. You and your brother have to catch the River King and the Sea King.You can fish in freshwater or saltwater.They are a lot of kinds of bait,lures.and flies that you can fish with.They are a lot of rods that you can buy.In each level there is a town that you can buy bait,tools,And lots lots more stuff.The town has buildings like a bait shop,a fish market,A grocery store,A inn,and more.You can pick flowers and catch bugs to sell at the stores. This game is very complicated, but after a while you will get used to it. It has an extremely well fishing engine, and it also works great to trade with Harvest Moon 2. If you've played the first one and liked it, you'll agree that this game is ten times the fun. It is also much, much longer than the first one and is sort of a two in one game. By that I mean you can choose to be a kid and go through his game or you can choose to be a teenager and go through his adventure. Those two modes have nothing to do with difficulty levels, but they do have everything to do with different adventures. There is also three more things you can do that are added from the first game including planting flowers, sea-shell diving, and catching bugs. All this in addition to the original games' modes of RPG elements, fishing (of course), and fighting animals. This game will cause you to dust off the ol' game boy and start using it. You'll be amazed at the quality of this game. It was even delayed three times so that the developer could polish up the game and add more lakes. Overall, you can't go wrong with this game. Disappointing...
One of the finest baseball games ever created for the Super Nintendo was, without question, Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major Leage Baseball. Ken Griffey Jr MLb is an excellant game. It is the best game out there for the gameboy. some of it's special features include trade a player, Home run derby, and season mode. When i first played it, it was hard but i turned on auto fielding andnow it rules. This is a must buy if you only have original gameboy like me.

As bad as it gets
Betrayal is the worst wwf game that will ever be made. It is so bad that you will seel it or throw it away. You will end up selling it to a store because nobody will want it.Every character is the same so it doesn't matter who you are. The only difference is the finishing moves but it does the same amount of damage. The Stone Cold Stunner looke like a bulldog, you will end up breaking your gameboy because you have to keep pressing buttons when you are dizzy. Each level takes about 30 seconds and there are only 6 levels. Also, there are only 4 characters. The Rock, The Undertaker, Triple H, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. I am a wwf fan, and I still hate this game. I don't even play it anymore. I beat the game with every character in about 1 hour. A 4 year old could beat this game in 2 hours. This Game Absolutely Sucks
Never buy this game. Horrible graphics, too easy, no difference of boxing style between the "many" (8) boxers. Wow, my cousin gave it to me because he didn't like it either, and an hour later I beat it and gave it to him back. I can't even sell it at a used game shop as it has no demand whatsoever

Don't waste your time or $
I bought it and 45 minutes later I beat everybody.8 fighters (that look terrible), poor controls, and the "Rumble Pack" doesn't add anything to the game.How did this game ever make it into stores?I'meven easily entertained....this game is a joke!

's ok
I got it off a friend with no instructions but it was really easy to start.I played the easy level and i thought i was going to get through it with no problems until i got to a level when i the 'thing' on the skateboard disappeared every time i tried to get a certain deck.I managed it in the end though i think this games fixed or something cos i cant find anyway to control speed and so can never get to the required deck in the given time.Its like running for the bus with a sore leg.You go slower than you think you should be able to and just as you get to the bus stop, the bus pulls out.may be good if you've got good gameboy control.but if your that much of an expert you wont want to play it.

Not what I expected
This game was definitely not what I expected. I thought it would be just as good as Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, but I was wrong. This game was boring, and didn't keep my attention for more than 10 minutes. This game is now sitting in a box in my room never being used. The one good thing about it was the graphics.

Avoid.
I do not like this game. It comes from a developer with absolutley no history and plays out to be a complete waste of time. The graphics are very bad, especially compared to the Game Boy Advance version. The controls take quite a bit of practice, and the trick catalog is serverly limited. There are only 4 freesytlye courses, where you might enjoy grinding your way down a vast assortment of rails. The games only real fun lies here, as nothing else will ever bring you back. Good for at least an hour, but you will never pick up this game again. If you need some handheld sonwboarding, try the Game boy Advance version of this, or try MTV Sports: Pure Ride Snowboarding on the Game Boy Color. Put this at the bottom of your list for BEST GAME.

tony hawk series has come a LONG way
Wow--this game is really bad.I remember it being pretty pathetic the first time I played it a couple years back, but after getting TH4 on the GBA, I realized this game isn't worth a buck. This game really bad!
I bought this game for my game boy at [a local store] for [money]. This game is not even worth [money]. I brought the game home and I put it in my game boy. I played it for 5 minutes and I lost intrest in it. The graphics stunk. Every Time time you do a trick like an Indy, they stop the game and say congratulations! You did an Indy. You only get 3 points and they stop the game for a couple of seconds and then you get to go back to the game. Their are only a couple of tricks you can do and it always says you did an indy. I also beat this game in 5 minutes. It is not worth it. Save your money and buy a better game!

The challenging THPS
I got this game on my birth day,and as soon as I played it , I loved it.This game is VERY addictive. The graphics are't the best either,the corses a fine but the skaters...thats a different story. The skaters all drop in 'regular' stance,they are mostly one color,and there arms are similar to the Power Puff girls.This game is also challenging,unlike THPS2,the tricks are much harder to land. There are abunch of tricks, but at the same time, not that many.Now I average over 1000 points with tony hawk,1000 points its not that much in other video game, but in this its awsome.I highly sugest buying this game.(also check out my review about THPS2 for the GBC) ... Like the show love the game
It all boils down to those who like the Bears and those who do not. If you are a fan, then this is a great game title. It is for kids, I find my 6 year old likes it much better than the 4 year old. It is like many other Gameboy Color games in both play and graphics but has the beloved Bears. Simply put, it is not a next generation title, buy it for the love of the Bears.

Sweet But............
This game is alright I mean it has Sting who is my favorite wrestler besides Brock Lesnar,anyway this Mayhem game has only 8 move sets each,and it doesn't have create a wrestler mode,or even 10 additional wrestlers.So you can get this game,but it is only fun for vacations,or if you are only bored.

A cute and fun game
Snoopy Tennis was put together well I think. It has a cute aspect to the game by favorite characters in the Peanuts comic strip to be in this game and you are competing against other characters too. the fun part is there too by the action of the tennis game going on and the Peanuts characters playing. characters in it are charlie Brown, Linus, Pig pen, Lucy and many others. A fishing RPG!?
Yeah, it looks like it is a fishing RPG. Not only is it a Fishing RPG but it's fun too. You start off in a small town with limited supplies and skills. Upon catching fish, you can sell them for money, and then use the money to buy better supplies. As for your skills, along the way you'll encounter monsters. Upon defeating them your casting power and attack power will increase. The battle system is rather awkward, but is easy to get used to. The fishing system is great. You let the fish run with the line until it stops. At this point you hold down the reel button until he fights back. Repeat this process until you achieve success. One thing you need to remember is to use appropriate hook sizes. The wrong hook will not get you a catch. The game itself is quite a catch though. Along with the fish raising extra, this game is fantastic and unique.

A really cool game
This game is quite hard to start with. At the beginning you have a small amount of money and you have to learn how to fish properly pretty fast. It took me a while to figure out how to catch the fish and I got a bit annoyed with it after half an hour of playing and still not catching any fish. The booklet helps you a bit but it doesn't give you detailed instructions on how to fish properly. After you've learned how to fish, the game is very enjoyable and it isn't that hard to follow. I really enjoyed playing this, and even if you don't really like fishing in real life, you should still give this game a try. ... Read more
