5-0 out of 5 stars ARE YOU READY FOR THE JACK ATTACK?
Aside from The Sims and Who Wants To Be a Millionaire You Don't Know Jack is my third favorite computer game and is one of the the two games in the YDKJ series which I own and the reason I like it is because it's real silly and is a good game to cheer you up when you're down.In this version you'll meet the very silly and sometimes rude host Cookie who always has a teasing word to say about you when you get a question right and the White Rabbitish floor manager Raul who always will try to make you hurry up and type your name so the show can start but if you do not they will make up a name for you {such as Doris A Jar}. Also new to this version is a round called Three Way in which you have to link seven names in which the category represents and the tough yet hard Impossible question where 20,000 points can be yours only if you get the answer right.Plus let's not forget the classic Dis or Dat Round and the final battle known as the Jack Attack which is similar to Dis Or Dat and the impotant Gibberish Question which is hard for me,
5-0 out of 5 stars trivia Blast!
For trivia fans everywhere, Jack is a refreshing slap in the face. The catagories are wickedly funny, the format is adorable and the breadth of topics is satisfyingly gluttonous.Rosie has nothing on Jack.I currently own YDKJ, YDKJ vol. 2, YDKJ 3, YDKJ the ride and YDKJ Offline.....and can't wait to get my itchy fingers on more. The game is dangerously addictive, yet every time Cookie gives me an insult I am eager to keep coming back for more. Those who appreciate trivia for trivia's sake will bask in the glow from Jack's screen.

5-0 out of 5 stars JACK V3
The 3rd Game in the JACK series was a big success. With Super Audio and Impossible Impossible Questions.V3 might make game of the year.It is rated T.But I still play it.You Don't Know Jack Volume 3 has 800 questions and is hosted by Cookie Masterson.Who used to be Stage Manager. He's also got a different voice.Once again, the show where high cultureand pop culture collidemakes you Laugh out Loud. 1 to 3 players can play. The Impossible Questions are worth 20,000 dollors. That is a lot! You Don't Know Jack Strikes again with Volume 3. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Trivia with an attitude
YDKJ games are very fun to play, and the feuding of the hosts makes it more interesting. It's like a soap opera with the hosts.
4-0 out of 5 stars I Memorized Jack
The Jack series, overall, is one of .the. best trivia games I've ever played (and I've played a number in my time).Sadly, The Ride, while being a F'ing blast, falls short on the replay factory. You play a number of floors, but after you're run through the game once (it's set up in a linear fashion), you have to start over from the beginning, and all the questions are the same--I'm still working over games one and two, and despite having some questions appear multiple times, there are still new questions to discover.

Love all the You Don't Know Jack Games. This one is no exception.

1-0 out of 5 stars As Lame as YDKJ Gets!
I am a YDKJ fan, I have been for years.I have to say that the Television and Movies games are lame. You would have to really be a YDKJ addict, as well as an addict of TV shows which are mostly from the 70s and 80s to enjoy this game.I was totally disappointed to see these games after playing the original and The Ride.If you want a fun trivia game, it is YDKJ, but spend your money on one that is worth it- The Ride is tops.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good game
If you love YOU DON'T KNOW JACK like I do, then I am sure you will like this game. It is a little bit harder than the others because it deals solely with TV, but it is fun just the same. It's a challange though, so watch out! ... Read more

    4-0 out of 5 stars It's fun
I really think this is a fun game but I think this is more of a game for adults. I'm good at some categories like Geography and animals and food but I really want a Jeopardy Kids to come out. Other than that I think it's great although the one online is easier since you have to pick one out of 4 instead of just telling the answer.

4-0 out of 5 stars You get what you expect and more
The Jeopardy game was everything I expected. A group of us play this at work on breaks in a mini-tournament and have played many games. We can report little problems. Every once in awhile, we have had repeated categories but not very often. Also, I checked out the Jeopardy experience section and really learned a lot of what it takes to become a contestant on the show. For the price, this game is well worth the money.

3-0 out of 5 stars Jeopardy 2nd edition review

1-0 out of 5 stars won't work on windows XP
Just received this and it said on Amazon website that it works with windows XP but it doesn't. The box says windows 95 and 98. And there was a contest registration that expired in 2000! So this game is very old and doesn't work on XP despite what Amazon says.

5-0 out of 5 stars Mahjong Makeover
Ultimate Mahjong 15 does go a little over the top with the many backgrounds, tile sets, games, etc. it offers but this is a great version of Mahjong and it isn't expensive. If you like Mahjong, go for it.

3-0 out of 5 stars Not recommended
The game itself may be fun, but it is so difficult to click on what you want. The software won't allow you to go instantly to the tile and click on it.You have to go in slow motion or else you pass the tile and end up 2" past it.This causes finishing time to be extra long.I don't have that problem with my other games.

5-0 out of 5 stars Lots to Explore on this CD-ROM
This is an excellent Mahjongg program. It includes MANY tilesets and backgrounds, and if you have even a basic understanding of a program such as Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop, you can create customized tilesets with just a bit of time and patience. 3-0 out of 5 stars Kid's edition, try high school/first-year college edition
This is not a "kid's edition" "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" These questions are difficult, as they have to be for the dollar amounts given. I expected a $16,000 question (the ninth out of the fifteen questions) to be one like "What is Tommy's last name on the "Rugrats" television series? with choices like A: Dill B: Pickles C: Onions D: Tomatoes Of course, that answer is B. Instead, a $16,000 qustion is one such as "Who was George Washington's vice-president? A: Thomas Jefferson B: John Adams C: Benjamin Franklin D: Ronald Reagan Of course, that answer is B, but I know it because I am an adult playing this game.
4-0 out of 5 stars Fun and challenging!
I have this game and at first, I only got to $100 or $200 but now I can reach like $8000 or even more! It is really really challenging sometimes. Sometimes it is scary when you answer a question that you are 99.9% sure is correct and you wait and wait and you find out it's wrong. I also don't like when they say you are a "cheater".

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun, but HARD
This is a really fun game!! But some of the questions are hard! When our relitives came to our house for Christmas, it took them probably at least several hours and at least two times starting over before they finally got it. I think the questions are aimed at kids that are about 10, 11. But still, this is a fun game. I would recommened it! ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Celebrity Help!
For a lot of game shows that have came out for the computer, they've always seemed to have a little bit of a blind-slighted feel to most gamers. They always seem to fall just a dash flat for a full-feeling of being in the actual video game. Still, most of them are still willing to find that out one day at a time. With several revamped versions of game shows on P.C. like Jeopardy, Wheel Of Fortune, and other game shows, there is one that actually tries to stand out a little bit, Pyramid. With the success of Pyramid being revived with Donny Osmond, has been an unbelieveable exciting game, but the P.C. game still needs a little fine tuning. 5-0 out of 5 stars recommendations

3-0 out of 5 stars Not the Best
It was okay. You get to play a normal game,a solo,or a tourtment.I played normal against two computer players.I like the fact that Vanna White was in the game.Plus I liked the comments from the computer players.Yet like the other reveiwer said it would have been better if it had Pat Sajak.Yet It's fun if your stuck in the house on a rainy day.

4-0 out of 5 stars It works for me!
Though I prefer Merv Griffin's other game show, "Jeopardy", "Wheel of Fortune" does have its merits and this home version does the latter justice. With Vanna White showing that she could possibly do more than just turn letters as the "hostess," replacing Pat Sajak, the CD-game is so fast-paced and similar to the nighttime show that it is most enjoyable. All the familiar categories are there ("Same Name," "Places," "Things," Before & After", "Events," and People, among others).
4-0 out of 5 stars 4 star fun for the whole family
Like, an reviewer, I also rarely watch the tv sereis and yet I know that Pat Sajack does most of the work that Vanna White does on this computer game. And with this game you don't have to sit back and watch the game, you can get into the game if you don't have time to get on the game show. When the game beings, a seeting will come up like on road, or beach, or in Hawaii, but you can always change the setting if you want. But before you begin playing the game, you have to tell it a coouple of things, first you have to tell the computer, if you want to play a normal game, a solo game, a tournament game, or if you want to see the high scores. Then, you you have to tell the computer how long you want the game to be before the speed up round, if you want either a 15 minute game or a 20 minute game, and if you don't want to play a timed game, you don't have to, you can play a 3, 4, or 5 round games. You also have to tell the computer how many player(s) are playing, and then enter the name(s) of the player(s), then after all that you can begin the game. And Vanna will reveal a cateorgy and then the puzzle with either a few lines or many lines. And you can get pizes, like a suprise and prize, that is allready revealed to you if you care to know, but you can only get them if you solve the puzzle, and if you land on a bankrupt, you will then lose your puzzle(s). The things, that I don' like about the game is when you land on a bankrupt or lose a turn, or if you land on .... After the end of each round Vanna will reveal how many money does all the players have in thier bank. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Lots Of Fun!
This is the first Trivial Pursuit P.C. game I've played, and I enjoy it very much. This game includes the classic trivial pursuit, as well as the unhinged version. The first version I tried in this game is the classic. I was immediately addicted! A few days later I tried the unhinged version, and found it even more fun and addictive. The reason I give this game 4 stars instead of 5 is that at times during the unhinged game, it can be difficult to hear and understand what the "host' is saying. Furthermore, in the unhinged game, it is not possible to play solo.

2-0 out of 5 stars One Giant Step Downward
Okay, the best point of reference from which to view this game is from the perspective of someone who played Trivial Pursuit Millenium Edition (TPME) for the PC until it literally ran out of new questions. That someone, is me. I really loved TPME and was looking so forward to this Unhinged game blowing me away, but like most modern games fot the PC, this game is all show and no go. Let me explain.
